Grilled pork and the special. Delicious!
    Brandon D.

What a lucky find! The people were so nice and friendly. We got the special and the grilled pork sandwiches along with aa vietnamese coffee and a milk tea with black tea and boba! Delicious! And the coffee is nice and strong!

Special cold cut banh mi with extra pate

Omg the banh mi was so good! The bread was the perfect combination of chewy and crunchy, the way banh mi is supposed to be! It's such a cute atmosphere for a coffee date with a friend.

Ehh not the best I've had. Stopped by based off the reviews. The bread was off to me and was too crumbly and not soft. I ordered special banh mi, crispy pork belly banh mi, and the grilled pork skewer. The special was good but I didn't like the bread. The crispy pork belly was nothing of that sort. It wasn't crispy or had any textures of it being crispy it was like regular unseasoned pork belly without the crispy skin. The grilled pork skewer was the worst! I was like what are thoOose?!!! Tiny, burnt, dark, dried up balls shaped like meatballs cut in half for 4 pieces for $3! I don't mind the price but it seemed so old and reheated and just nasty and dried and black! Wish I took a picture.

Underrated boba shop!! Service and Atmosphere: Clean, quiet, and gentle music playing at a nice volume inside. Staff were very friendly and attentive! Food: I ordered the banh mi (bbq pork), and it was such a solid sandwich! The bread was soft yet crispy, was not stale at all. The veggies and meat inside were good portions. Flavor was good with a kick of spice from the jalapeño. Very yummy. It was a good size too! Drink: I initially didn't order a drink since I had coffee somewhere else, but one of the staff members informed me of a promotion going on, and offered me a free drink. I got the jasmine green milk tea. The drink was smooth and overall delicious. I could actually taste the floral-ness from the jasmine, and the tea wasn't over steeped (less dry tannin flavor) like some other shops. Highly highly recommend going here for any snack or boba cravings. They have a decent sized menu, and even offer breakfast sandwiches.

Great place to satisfy my bánh mì cravings. I also tried their taro smoothie and egg coffee--both were delicious! The staff was friendly, and it's a cute spot. I'll definitely be back again.

I've downed hundreds of bánh mì in my lifetime, maybe in the 1000s so my expectations are sky-high. This grilled pork version landed somewhere between nostalgic comfort and "could be more." The baguette here is on the firmer side--semi-hard crust that crackles under your teeth. If you're into that extra "crunch," you'll be right at home. Personally, I prefer just a touch more give: a thinner crust that still lets the soft crumb cradle all the flavors. Visually, the pork looked like thick bacon--hefty slices that promise a satisfying bite. The pork itself is solid--bright lemongrass notes, a subtle soy sweetness, and a hint of garlic. Every bite showcases quality ingredients, from the cilantro's freshness to the house-made mayo. That said, I'd love to see more char marks on those pork slices; a deeper sear would add smoky contrast and extra dimension. Tea2Go's take on grilled pork bánh mì is enjoyable and well-balanced, even if it stops just short of greatness. With a few tweaks--a slightly softer baguette and a hotter grill for those coveted char lines--this could be a local go-to. As it stands, it's definitely worth a try if you're in Murrieta, but keep your expectations tempered against the top-tier bánh mì you've had elsewhere.

Solid banh mi place for this side of town. I've had a couple of their teas and I really love that you can taste the tea flavor and not the syrup. I didn't even have to adjust the sugar level. I've had a banh mi here too, and it's decent. Service is quick and it's a cute little shop.

    Bahn mi grilled pork variant

Very surprised to find a local spot with a good bahn mi. Had the grilled pork variety and was pleased. Bread was good quality, didn't feel skimped on the pork or veggies in it. Cold viet coffee on the side, actually tastes like viet coffee and is strong. Honestly this shit was so good I had to make a review , please give them your money so this establishment doesn't dissappear

The fat and oil from the pork belly upset my stomach

There was a boba place here before that I tried to visit, but it was always closed. Not sure if it's the same or this is a new one? Went in for our first visit, the girl was soft spoken and polite. Ordered the special noodle plate, a mango smoothie with brown sugar boba (some were hard and some were soft), a pork belly banh mi and 3 piece egg rolls. Thought the egg rolls would be made fresh, we came in 2 hours before closing, but they were taken from the display in front. It was crispy on the outside, but horribly tough, chewy and stale on the inside, worried about how long it has been sitting out. The sandwich was not good with the pork belly fat, it saturated the bread and it was oily and unappetizing, but I was hungry. My stomach was hurting immediately after, couldn't sleep all night and the next day my stomach is still having issues. I wouldn't recommend the sandwich, don't believe it was the egg rolls as my kid had some in her plate and she is fine. The smoothie was very good (blended with fresh fruit) and my kid enjoyed her plate. The aesthetic in here is fun and playful, albeit the chairs are uncomfortable and tables are very small. It was a little off putting that both workers were sitting on their phones for our whole visit. I may come back to try something else, like the noodle plate or a boba drink, I'd also give another banh mi a try as well, but I now know to steer clear from the pork belly.

Cold cuts banh mi, brown sugar matcha with oak milk

Quick walk from a neighboring hotel for a banh mi fix! Good service, friendly staff, and nice ambiance inside. I enjoyed the cold cut banh mi, totally hit the spot. I would've loved a little more jalapeño but apart from that the ratios were pretty perfect. And $10! Good price compared to what I'm used to. Solid brown sugar matcha to go with my lunch as well :)

I have probably gone back 3 times already! So happy for a banh mi spot! I am in love with the cold cut and the pork belly! They are just starting but they are pretty quick in making the orders. It's a super cute spot! They do have a couple t chairs you can hang out at. This is going to be my new go to spot for boba and banh MIs!

The ambiance here is really cute. Staff was nice as well although the girl is really soft spoke. I ordered Vietnamese coffee with ube cold foam and my daughter got Thai milk tea with boba. To eat we ordered spring rolls, which were ok. The boba however was hard. My Vietnamese coffee was ALLLLLLLL ice and honestly felt like an extreme waste of 7.25. The Thai tea tasted a bit weird, almost like licorice.

I was waiting for my mom to get out of her surgery and decided to try this place out. The Thai Milk Tea Boba was amazing the Bánh Mi was sooooo good! I had to return to get some for my mom! She got a straw-mango smoothie. The service was great everyone was so friendly and the store is super cute! Thank you for a great experience!

    Cold cut Sammie. Yummmm.

I don't expect an over the top greeting when I walk in, but the unfriendly looks and apparent annoyance from staff make customers feel unwelcome. On more than one occasion, I've experienced baristas audibly huffing or acting inconvenienced when placing a simple order, such as a plain latte. Unfortunately, this hasn't just happened at one location, I've noticed the same attitude at multiple stores. I genuinely enjoy the products and want to continue supporting this business, but the customer service experience needs improvement. Customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering staff simply by placing an order.

We ordered a ham and Swiss croissant, a chicken pesto panini, and a matcha flight. I got the ham and Swiss croissant with pickled onions and it was quite good! The pickled onions added a tartiness to it that surprised me. The chicken pesto panini was really good as well. It came with a salad and vinaigrette that I really liked. The matcha flight came with coconut cloud, ube matcha, pistachio matcha and lavender matcha. I didn't really like the coconut cloud much, it just tasted like coconut water. My favorite was the lavender matcha. Send being the pistachio and then the ube. I didn't like that they cut the straws in half because they weren't tall enough to peak out of the cup and I had to dig it out with my fingers lol.
