Classic Jaguar is no longer servicing Jags; they are focusing on restoration.

So there's no misunderstanding. I was a customer for over 4 years. I am 79 and disabled. I cannot…read morestand or walk without a cane. I went to the shop get quotes for spark plug replacement and injector service. I also had a question about a previous charge for work done several months before. I was in the waiting area alone. A person who I'd never met in 4 years plus came in. When I asked about the charge he had no curiosity about the work performed. He immediately told me their rate was $160 per hour and if I didn't like it to go elsewhere. I was shocked. The previous work done was to replace a hose to the windshield washer bin. After the work was done I talked with the mechanic as I know most of them as I was curious about the issue. He explained a broken tube or hose and replaced it. I asked him how long it took to find the issue and replace. He laughed and said no big deal and took 15-20 minutes. I didn't even bother look as the invoice since I had been going there 4+ years. I was charged well over $100 for labor. The "manager" stated he been there since the place opened and told me to leave as he did not want to do business with me. I never raised my voice, used profanity or engaged in any argument. He feigned calling LE to have me removed. I just left. Never said another word. Then in a post by the purported owner claimed that it was about the safety of their employees and customers. This is blatant lie. I've been an elite reviewer for 7 years. It's always my interest to support local businesses and you can even read my previous comments on this business. So here's what's going to happen. I am a disabled veteran and member and past officer of multiple veteran organizations including the VFW,PGR, VVAW and CVMA. I'm going to post my experience with this rude jerk on all social media including NextDoor. I will give the real owner of this business 24 hours to contact and clear it. Since I'm a customer, you have my number. Balls in your court.

My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

BEST part was I had a huge dent in the front fender that I figured I'd pay to fix later this year yet upon pick up the dent was gone!? (Matt?) worked on my car and went completely out of his way to fix the dent. Total cloud 9 jaw drop! Sarah, Forrest, the gentlemen with fun colored hair... everyone is helpful and the biz is so well structured and efficient. No one likes spending on a broken down car but somehow I always walk out of here feeling like my car should break down again just so I can come back lol
