Located in the same strip mall as El Pollo Loco and Rio Cleaners, this large bakery offers plenty of parking and an impressive selection of gorgeous cakes and pastries. The sun faded exterior sign makes it easy to miss and drive passed it; therefore, look for the strip mall with El Pollo Loco in it. Clearly a neighborhood favorite: during my visit several customers came in to pick up cakes, tarts, and other sweets. Inside, you will find a vast selection of pastries, cookies, specialty candies and elegant desserts. The cakes and pasties are both delcious and beautifuly decorated, with popular favorites like tiramisu, carrot cake, and red velvet, as well as unique offerings I hadn't tried before, such as the Russian and Mikalov rollets; both of which were delightful. They also offer both whipped cream and custard filled cream puffs and I tried one of each; both were fresh and light. Its worth noting that this is more of a bakery than a cafe. Despite its name, it's not a sit down coffee and pastry shop, but rather a place to pick up your treats and go.

If you have a sweet tooth then this place is for you. Has a parking lot which it shares with other stores. Wide range of selection of bakery goods. Cakes are expensive but so worth it as they not only look gorgeous but taste just as amazing. The sweetness is right in the middle so perfect. Different slices of different flavors of goods so plenty options. Staff is just doing their job so even if they dont smile or mean business dont look too much into it. The bakery items are what matter and they are delicious

My first time at the bakery but I had their pastries many times before. My niece always brings us cookies and tarts from Teapot and I always liked the taste and the freshness of them. Today while in the area I decided to buy a tart so I stopped by yo check it out. The store smelled heavenly and I couldn't decide what to buy. So I ended up getting a blueberry tart which was delicious. My family enjoyed it with their afternoon tea on this beautiful summer day. The variety here is big , cookies, pies, tarts, baklavas, cakes and more. They also sell ice cream, packaged imported cookies and more. Customer service was ok, not the friendliest but not bad either. Overall a good place to buy pastries. I almost never buy from bakeries cause I myself am a baker, so this place didn't disappoint. If you need something in a hurry this is the place to go.

TeaPot never seems to disappoint. Honestly love this bakery. The Ashta Cake was amazing and extremely unique. Definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I need pastries for an occasion.

We Love their adorable mini European fruit cookies/cakes. A must on all our Holiday dessert table

Amazing bakery and amazing service. I want to say that their dry goods are the best. And customer service is amazing especially Gohar. She helps me a lot with my orders. Thank you Teapot bakery for being always fresh and honest.

Bought the pastry's around 8:15pm, opened it 8:32 pm.

Moldy pastries, " Its not possible" I wasn't going to write a review out of curtsey, I gave the benefit of the doubt and called to give them feedback on their moldy pastry. However I was hit with "exceptional " customer service which accused me for their pastry's mold. I bought the pastry around closing time and when came home and opened it up some had mold on it. I called right away and left them a massage. No one called back. So I called the next day to let them know to check the product before selling it in the nicest way, but was told not possible and I kept the product for so long that it got mold. In return I'm posting this with time stamped pics for costumers and all to see. FYI I never wanted money back I was just letting them know the issue. This could have been avoided with some minimal level of customer service which they don't have.

My first week in my new home and a mid-week birthday was made joyous and sweet by the surprise delivery of a delicious birthday cake (strawberry shortcake) from TeaPot Bakery and Cafe. How the delivery driver managed to place the cake on my front porch without my even hearing him or making my dogs bark was a feat in itself. The cake was Heavenly! Beautifully presented, moist, fresh fruits and berries, delicious filling and icing. I couldn't have been happier! Can't wait to make this my go to bakery in my new neigborhood!

This establishment is RACIST!! The cashier named Lilia or Lilian has been rude and racist in several occasions. I don't even know if she gave me a fake name when I asked for it since my receipt says Diana. When I have walked inside in past occasions, she has ignored me completely and will smile and greet other Armenian customers. I have been to the teapot for a few years now and I have noticed that this particular cashier is rude. Today was my limit. She was staring at my 2 year old niece because she was touching some of the candy and then asked if I was going to pay for what she had in her hand (which my brother purchased right away for her). I purchased several things today and have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. Every one should check out Altadena bakery instead. You'll receive great customer service there.

Came here for the souffle pancakes and they didn't disappoint!…read more My party of 3 stopped by Saturday afternoon 2:30 pm and it wasn't crowded. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor since it was such a nice day out. They have all of their desserts on display in the case, so you can peruse the options and see what looks good. So many of the desserts looked good, like the matcha yuzu chiffon crepe cake or the rose and lychee crepe cake. We ordered via the kiosk and got the mango sunshine souffle pancake ($16.50) and well as a couple drinks. My drink was the white peach lemon jasmine bliss ($6.25), with 50% sweetness and less ice. Even though there are signs everywhere saying that it takes 15-20 minutes for the souffle pancakes to be cooked, ours came out super quickly, in 5 minutes or so. We got it with the sauce on the side, but I regret doing that as I saw others getting it with the sauce on top and it was beautiful. The pancake was super fluffy and a bit eggy as well. We all really enjoyed it with the mango sauce. I made the mistake of eating the pancake first before trying a sip of my tea. The pancake was pretty sweet, so I could barely taste my drink, but I think it was good? I could taste a bit of the lemon but definitely not the white peach, which is a lighter flavor. I got a slice of their Hokkaido cheese cake roll for $7 to go and had it the next day. It was okay but definitely a bit pricy for what you get. I'd love to come back to try their other desserts and pancakes!

The drinks were served to us, but we had to go to the counter to pick up our dessert. There are a lot of cute cakes/desserts and drink options. I wouldn't say the drinks were the best, but pretty average. All the cakes/pancakes were so cute. I would come back to try more. We ordered the sea salt Oreo mini cake. It tasted more like an Asian roll cake. Not too sweet but I didn't taste much sea salt. Plus- clean restroom available for customers Parking: street parking or lots around. The closest parking garage is on De Lacey next to the miniso.

And I also ordered a Coffee Milkshake. I wished I had asked for additional flavors because I was told you could mix at least 2. Then again, it may depend on the counter person. I was so enthused by the availability of parking spots within the shopping center that I decided to walk around the area! Oh, they have a Target there, too! I'll definitely bring my friends back in the next couple of weekends so we can hang out and enjoy the environment around us.

Got here in the evening. Parking appears limited where I was parked, but I know there are more parking at the town center. Anyway, I got lucky with a close parking spot. No inside seating. Just a couple tables and chairs outside. They weren't super busy at the time. I was the only person in line. This is my 2nd time trying Bruster's. My first time was at their Rancho Cucamonga location. Nick, the staff member who helped me, was very nice and helpful. I asked for recommendations on their best flavors. He graciously offered them. Thank you Nick! I got to sample a handful of flavors... Boston Cream Pie, Sea Salt Caramel, Death By Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, and Cinnamon. Thanks for the samples! All the flavors were very good except for the Cinnamon which I thought was very light in taste. Since I was driving, I chose an ice cream shake instead of a cup or cone. Caramel Macchiato was my pick! It had a really nice caramel flavor with coffee bean bits. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't pile up the ice cream to the top of the lid. It stopped at the top of the cup. I felt I was shorted some ice cream unfortunately. Hence, 4 stars! Nevertheless, Nick was amazing. His service was fantastic. Wonderful conversation and experience. Ice cream shake was yummy. It was finished before I arrived home. YES, I will come back to try their other unique flavors! Thank you Bruster's!

Easy to find something for every kind of sweet tooth: chocolate cakes, cream puffs, tiramisu, cookies, sweet breads, etc. Prices are nicely priced. We got a variety and were happy with everything. I liked seeing that trays of items were completely sold out. Must be good! Service is not the friendliest. It would be better if they got rid of all that junk plastic candy mess on the top of the displays. It makes the small space feel smaller, it pulls away from all the lovely pastries, and the women behind the counter can't even see over it when they ask you what you want.

Her mother texted asking if we could bring pastries. It was after 6 p.m., so I turned to trusty Yelp to see what might still be open between Montrose and our destination. This bakery came up, so we stopped in to give it a try. One gentleman was minding both the bakery and the liquor store next door. It wasn't that busy at either place, but he did have to run between the two. He let us know that he'd be right with us, so we had time to look around. The baked goods cases were about half full at 7:00 at night. The man helping us didn't really know anything about the fillings of some of the items that weren't self-explanatory. He got our selections packed up nicely, but it would have been helpful to be able to get more info about some of the cakes/pastries. SG (age 5) boldly chose a cream puff for herself. I wasn't sure if she would like it, but once we got to her house she happily scarfed down half of it, saving the other half for the next day. Dear Hubby and I picked several layers cake pieces, and I added two chocolate-filled cookies. He went for a cannoli, of which they had several options of fillings. I think our daughter and son-in-law made out the best, as we weren't sure what they would like so we got them some Black & White cake, honey cake, espresso cake, and some of the chocolate-filled cookies. It was a dessert-tasting feast to wind up the weekend when we arrived at their place.
