I'm a rather big fan of tea and have sampled quite a few options over the years but Teas'n you blew my mind. They have so many different tea options based on what you're in the mood for, including some seasonal options. I tried the the Horchata Matcha tea and it was SOOO good. I've never paired those two flavors together but I'm grateful that the folks At Teas'n you knew how to make magic in a drink. Again - amazing! Unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan of the food options (I tasted both the fries and the chicken poppers), but the tea itself is enough to give this place 4+ stars! read more

First time trying basil popcorn chicken and it was delicious! It was crispy, juicy and flavorful. The thai basil sauce was tasty, too. I will definitely come back to try their sweet treats. The blue matcha dalgona was really good and perfectly sweet. I wish the dalgona floated on the milk, but I guess it was due to being in a to-go cup. I also wish the basil chicken was spicer (I picked the spiciest option and it was mild to me) but that's just personal preference. We got the milk tea boba cream puff and mango tango. The milk tea cream puff was really good!!! The filling was on point and the dough was sweet and light. But, there was not a single boba bubble in any of our 4 creams puffs!! That was the whole reason we got them and it was so disappointing. The mango tango also tasted overstepped and left a soapy aftertaste in my mouth. I still want to try other pastries but I hope they're not missing anything next time. read more

I got to do curbside pickup and I have to admit that the online ordering was very simple and then they brought the order right up to my passenger window for delivery. Service was friendly and very prompt, they provide a pickup time and they meet it! I had the Infinity drink which was a lychee soda with pea berry, it was beautiful to look at and tasted super refreshing. I also ordered their pumpkin spice latte which was oh so perfect; it was the right amount of sweet, balanced autumnal spices, and then very creamy. If I didn't live so far away from this location, I would be here everyday for some sort of pick me up. read more

What a bummer, I missed out on the ube crinkle and the Doughsants that I was curious of trying. Their bakery went out on leave and so they ran out unfortunately. But the ube cream puff was on point and heavelly filled with ube coconut cream. It was delicious and I had to share it due to its size. I tried the rose milk tea out of recommendations I've seen on fellow reviews. It was good and 50% sugar was really sweet so I'm happy I didn't get anything more or it wouldve been diabetes. The popcorn chicken was good. It is shareable. it brings back memories of my teenage years... I'd hang out at tea shops, while snacking on crispy five spice taiwanese style popcorn chicken, while playing pool or board games with friends.It is almost necessary to have the sweet and salty. To abide by covid policies their is no dine in but they have outdoor seating and order at the kiosk type of service. The interior is super cute with a contemporary/asian stylings. The booth style seating is great for 1:1s and small groups. There's a good mixture of open table, outdoor, and booth seating. All ordering is done through kiosks and picked up from a different area. We ordered the ube puff, the taiwanese chicken sandwich, and various teas. The ube puff wasn't too sweet and way bigger than expected, definitely worth a try. The chicken in the sammy was bomb, but could've used more other flavors to bring out the chicken. I saw a list a while back that rated Teas'n You as the best boba place in Virginia, so I couldn't resist dragging my friend here a couple days ago and giving it a shot. You can order via kiosks in their "foyer" -- kind of an area between the front doors and the actual inside of the shop that's separated by another door, which allows for some distance between customers and the store's staff. The kiosks use Toast, so it's really easy to order right there and pay with your card on the tablet itself. I'm pretty sure you can also order online, and I'd probably do that in the future, but this was my first time here and I wasn't thinking that far ahead. Oops. I ordered a cold regular pistachio milk tea ($4.25) and got boba as a topping ($0.50 extra), with light ice and "Sweetness Level 1.5," which was supposed to mean 50% sugar. I also ordered the basil popcorn chicken ($7.25), which I asked to be extra spicy, with a side of Sriracha Aioli. The pistachio milk tea was ... fine. The boba was good; I found it pleasantly chewy and satisfying. The milk tea itself was okay -- I liked the pistachio taste, although I kinda wish it were stronger, and I didn't think that the drink was very sweet, but that's on me for ordering it half sweet without having too much of a reference point, since this was my first time here. I like trying interesting flavors, such as pistachio, but on a future visit, I'd probably stick to something like Honey Green Milk Tea, maybe go up to 75% sweet here. For me, the real star of the visit was the popcorn chicken, which came in a big cup with a couple wooden sticks. I hadn't eaten lunch before this, but the amount of chicken felt like enough for a solid meal -- and if you're not as hungry as I was, I'm sure it's perfect to share between two people. The chicken pieces are pretty big, cooked to perfection, with a good amount of crispy breading on them. The basil leaves are perfectly toasted and tasted amazing. If I had one complaint, it's that I didn't think "Extra Spicy" was particularly spicy, but your mileage may vary on that one. There is plenty of parking in front of the shop, which is in a complex with a few other businesses. Currently there was very limited indoor seating, but there's lots of outdoor seating even featuring a few fire pits that are a lot of fun to sit around on a chilly day. Teas'n You is another great boba spot to add to your rotation! If you are coming for a strong tea flavor - this is not the place for you. Their teas aren't the strongest, however, I think that makes them a good option for those that still want the boba experience without a super strong tea taste. They have innovative drinks that are usually a hit. One of my favorites is their Chrysanthemum based teas (though I'm not sure if that's a seasonal item). They have yummy popcorn chicken and tasty macaron options. I have yet to try their cream puff (since they sell out fast) The store is typically clean and they have both indoor and outdoor seating (depending on the weather) I think one area of improvement in terms of the store is how frequent they take out their trash, I've been there multiple times where the trash is overflowing. They have kiosks where you can place your order. You can also order online. Overall, a great spot. read more

This boba tea place is a must whenever I'm driving through Tysons. I have been going for years. My go-to order is the Mango Tango, large, less ice, 100% sweet, and add some boba. They have the boba on the bottom and real fruit chunks as a layer above. It's not the cheapest place but it's well worth it each time. The seating area is nice. Lots of two-person tables and a couple of ones where you can fit four. Order at the kiosk, and it shouldn't take too long for your order to come up. Teas'n You is one of my favorite boba places! The only reason why I don't go here as often as I would like is because of 1) the parking & 2) tyson's traffic is just horrible! Teas'n You provides a variety of different drinks but my personal favorite is the White Rose Tea. The tea itself is amazing but the sea salt crepe adds the perfect touch. Both flavors compliment each other, their sea salt creams is actually one of the best tasting cremas/milk caps i've tasted. Another thing that I got there was the Macrons and if i'm going to be completely honest with you, I got it for the aesthetics and to have something pretty to post on instagram :) hence the photo being cropped as a square. I actually can't remember the flavors I got but I know that I spent close to $50 that day (I know, i'm crazy!) but it was actually so worth it! I'm not a fan of sweets but these were so delicious I almost cried at every single macron I tasted. I shared these delights with my friends and they loved all of them too! Overall, Teas'n you is a great place to grab some macrons and bubble tea. The place is pretty too and the interior was well designed. A classic and aesthetically pleasing bubble tea shop! Everyone comes here for their innovative drinks and the pretty presentations. 10/10 for this! Their drinks are inconsistent. One day too sweet, another day no fruit favors, etc. I usually go for the Seasalt Jasmine Tea, which is pretty classic and standard if you love green tea! Definitely had higher expectations. I will say the ambiance is very nice, its a cute little shop thats perfect for catching up with one or two friends. Location was also easy to find, once I got off 495 it was easy to spot. The food was good, but personally I would not go back. I appreciate how the workers loaded the truffle fries and chicken bites so that I was getting my monies worth. Since I am used to spices I was expecting more flavorful chicken. For the truffle fries all the flavor fell to the bottom of the cup so it was hard to get the full taste. The teas were good but nothing extraordinary! Had a member of my party that has a dairy allergy. Asked the staff multiple times if there are completely dairy free drinks and were assured there were. Party member ordered a dairy free drink. Within a minute of taking a drink, party member starts having a reaction. Asked the staff if they are sure the drink was dairy free and the staff member pulled out the drink mix and it has whey in it. The staff member basically acted like it was no big deal, even though we explained the nature and severity of the dairy allergy. Avoid this place if you have a dairy allergy as the staff has no clue what goes into their drinks and really don't give a damn. read more

When POSH meets BUBBLE TEA. This is by far the classist bubble tea place in the DMV area. The menu is so unique, pretty, and creative! My go-to drink would have to be the White Rose! It's my favorite because not only does it love super cute/ IG worthy, but also it smells lovely and tastes amazing!! Love the cream on top with the sprinkle of rose leaves. You can't get this flavor anywhere else! The tea house is very covid safe and clean. What a pleasant getaway! I placed my Infinitea order online, had my order delivered to my car door, and enjoyed my drink on the drive home. It was convenient and fast! The Infinitea was excellent. It was truly non caffeinated (not just decaffeinated) which is so hard to find in bubble tea places. I have a low caffeine tolerance so this is a non negotiable for me. And it was a delicious combination of flavors, blueberry tea, crushed ice, and whatever gooey deliciousness I wanted to add to the drink. I absolutely love that they offer free samples of various items here - and the service is absolutely lovely. Very interesting menu, as well. I didn't really love any of the bubble tea products, although they were all pretty decent. It would probably earn roughly a 4 star rating if it wasn't for the great service and the free samples. Their drinks and Basil popcorn chicken are still SO GOOD, but the garlic parmesan fries have gone down in quality which is sad. The fries had way too much garlic and barely any cheese, it was like biting into garlic at that point. I think I'd only get their chicken still. read more

Aside from the decent location (next to a great poke place), I would say this is my least favorite of the bubble tea shops. Staff are pretty clueless about real bubble tea. In fact, if you just want a regular milk tea, it's difficult to get without almost having to ask management.... they have more "trendy" flavors like "horchata." It's not horrible, but almost everything seems to come from a powder or a bin that was made hours ago. The bubbles can range from soggy to sloppy. The macrons are good, but very very very sweet. The seating is also very hard to find without a wait on the weekends. The one thing I do like is their policies. They will try to fix any bubble tea if it wasn't right. Sad thing is, they don't get it right often. I've never taken them up on the offer, but friends have. One time, the wrong powder was clearly used, since the staff had no concept of what "Taro" should look or taste like. It ended up looking like a runny concrete drink. It just seems like "fixing" the drink involved the same person adding more of the wrong powder in the next drink. I recommend saving your money and getting more authentic BT in the Kung fu tea in the mall. read more

I've been seeing ads for this place for quite some time, but since I was working out of town for a while I hadn't had the chance to pop in until Easter. I had wanted to try the Tiramisu Cream Puff that I saw advertised but unfortunately it's a seasonal menu item. We opted for the strawberry Cream Puff instead. The crust was just the perfect combination of crispy/crunchy and chewy. The cream had a delicate strawberry flavor and was absolutely loaded with chunks of strawberry. Amazing. I ordered the Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew. When I drink coffee I always get Cold Brew and I love trying different flavor combinations. This one is delicious. I highly recommend it. You have to use the kiosk to order. It was Easter and they were a bit busy but I'm not sure if that's normal traffic for them. There's very little inside seating and what there is seems cramped. There's also outside seating available. We opted for that as the weather wasn't too cool and there wasn't very much seating available inside at the time. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

The boba here is amazing, except it is expensive. Much more expensive than any other boba place I've been to. The selection of drinks here is so diverse and all sounds so delicious. I tried the herbal hibiscus before and it is quite fruity and sweet (maybe want to lower sugar in your order). This time I got the lychee season special. The drink is very aesthetically pleasing and an ombré. The lychee flavor is so prominent compared to other lychee drinks like at Kung Fu Tea. I think it's because it's a lychee drink with lychee jelly in it. Currently during pandemic you can place orders through a QR code which is posted on flyers or you can order at the store on a tablet. The QR code way does not involve an app download which is nice. I've also heard of how good their popcorn chicken. I'll be sure to try it next time. read more

I like it, but it was too much ice, usually I get less ice but it wasn't available on the toasttab order form. I also always get the least sweet option available... I like that you can customize that for most of the drinks. On other menu items I've tried in the past: Their salty snacks, popcorn chicken and garlic fries, are good enough for a quick lunch... done it a few times already. This place has really good bubble tea! In the coronavirus era, they're set up for online orders AND curbside delivery, so it's easy to enjoy their drinks and food. I've been a few times and have appreciated their flower bomb chrysanthemum drink and (of course) the pictured sea salt jasmine tea. The only reasons this review isn't 5 star is that their prices are a little higher than some other places and the boba does not have that je ne sais quoi that the best stores offer. I think perhaps it's related to the texture (too chewy?) but I cannot say for sure. Nevertheless, the sea salt atop the jasmine tea was fabulous. Pricing is average for the area, boba is good, and there's usually parking in the parking lot. Definitely bonus half star for the cute decorations inside and the comfy seats. I want to replicate their solo table seating at home. Food options are limited to snacks like popcorn chicken, cookies, macarons, but the fried chicken sandwich is a good size for lunch.
