Caramel milk was good. Not too sweet. It was not busy on a Sunday afternoon, service was quick. Ambiance was casual and comfortable. The heater can be adjusted to a lower degree.

I ordered a strawberry colada with honey boba which was extra. You have to wait for 15-20 mins to get your drink. They have some games that you can play while waiting for your drink. Also they have free wifi. This place is always full. Their drinks taste heavenly undoubtedly, but I find the place a bit pricey.

I wanted a hot drink and also wanted to try the seasonal Ube Astra. My son wanted boba. We have been here many times. Ordered online and came in for pickup around 7:15pm on a Tuesday night. We were the only ones here. Everything went smoothly! I am a regular at Teaspoon and I also have been to many branches of Teaspoon. Service was good and atmosphere of this store is nice. Check out this branch if you haven't.

As a boba enthusiast, their signature flavors are fun to try, but at their prices it is a luxury for me. Setting: Very modern, aesthetically pleasing interior. There are games available indoors where folks of all ages can indulge. Service: When asked for drink advice the waiter was sarcastic and it wasn't very helpful leading me to not be satisfied with the order. Drinks: I got the Silky Mango and Dirty Ube. The mango was smooth, but too milky; the Ube was amazing, creamy, and had a round finish.

As much as I wanted to write a positive review, not sure if my first visit would entice me to come back. The gentleman taking our order was pleasant. The place is pretty roomy for a boba spot. Yet their bathroom had hand written signs. One saying out of order and another saying employees only. We ordered a taro lover with honey boba and a dirty ube coffee. My son wasn't a fan of his taro drink and he loves taro drinks. He said it was just okay. Now for my dirty ube, it was just coffee. I think they forgot to add the ube. Even before, while, and after shaking it, no hint of purple in it to be seen. The coffee was good but it's not what I ordered. And paid more for it. I was bummed.

Teaspoon is always convenient after picking up kids from school. Love the drink selections, and some of them allow sweetness to be adjusted. Not just tea here, but coffee and fruit flavors as well.

If you want your boba fix, Teaspoon is a decent place to get it! Service is okay. They don't go above and beyond, they just do their job. Seems like they don't really want to be there but they try. Inside has a lot of space and the outside has a table in front. I needed some energy after a TJ's run, so I wanted to try the Red Bull Cocolada. They don't use all the Red Bull, so they give you the can with the rest. You're allowed to add 3 different toppings, so I picked Mango stars, lychee and coconut. They don't hold back with the toppings! They give a lot. The combination of the drink and toppings tasted really good. Reminded me of the islands. The coconut is pretty faint but you can taste it. Would come back to try other drinks because they all looked really good!

***3.5. Stars*** After going to TJ, I needed some caffeine. Ordered the Dirty Ube for myself and my DD ordered the Ruby Fizz. Loved the Ruby Fizz. Nicely sweetened with bits of lychee. The Dirty Ube was a thirst quenching drink. However, there wasn't much ube flavor. Coffee was mild and not too strong

I live by here but I rarely come here, not sure why. I used to go more to study however it's been a while. I came by because my food across the street had a forty minute wait, but the server was nice and the drink was refreshing. It was clean inside and cool so it's good to avoid the heat.

You can order at the kiosk if there's a line or you can go up to the counter. Both times I have been there, it wasn't too crowded and I was able to go to the counter to order. You can choose a sweetness level if you want to customize your drink. I prefer a jasmine green tea unsweetened and they are able to do that for me. - Contactless payment is encouraged. - Go to the end of the counter and wait for them to call your name. - I prefer the drinks over the snacks. I ordered a mochi donut and it was on the dry side. - The space is very clean. Seating is limited to outside, though that may be subject to change depending on the COVID rules.

The best idea to get a iced drink on a hot day. I came in for my birthday drink. They cover up $6 and I pay the difference if the drinks price is higher. I am glad that I ordered online. This place was packed with people. Walk in and out to pick up. Tried the ube dirty latte. It's supposed to have ube taste, but it tastes like regular sweeten coffee to me. I wish the ube taste can be stronger. I would opt for something else next time.

Ehh service has changed... previously service has been exceptional, fast, and friendly... now its just mediocre. Workers seem to not really care, nor want to be there, just going through the motions, waiting to clock out. Drinks: 1. Seasonal Pumpkin King {2/5 stars, $5} - Was a disappointment. Could barely taste the delicious rich, roasted flavor of the oolong tea. The pumpkin creme was very watered down and diluted. It was also gritty... Not very good at all. 2. Grass hopper {3/5 stars, $6} - Too sweet even with less sweet. Tastes very artificial and has a sour tea flavor... Service: Mediocre. Slow service with no one in front of us. Three baristas and took about 7 mins for two drinks. The employees were very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed with working. Overall: Just ok. Was better a year ago with friendly service and helpful employees. I guess the franchise ownership has changed... or something.

For the virgin mojito, can I add both lychee and strawberry flavoring or just one flavoring?

Sorry..adding both strawberry and lychee will over power the mojito flavor.

Could i substitute black tea rather than oolong for the liquid gold? i'd love to order it bcoz i love honey but i don't rly like oolong

Yes, just ask the friendly tea-persons and they will whip it up for you.

Do they have free wi-fi? Is that a good place to study?

Yes, there is free wifi. They play music in the background, but not too loud, so you can still study. Comfy seating, spacious tables, and convenient charging ports.

They sell a ham & cheese croissant, coffees, teas, lattes, and four flavors of Japanese shaved ice called kakigori, which is the star of the show. The texture of this shaved ice is like fluffy cool softness that melts in your mouth. It is different than the traditional shaved ice and it is far from a snow cone. We ordered mango and kinako (a roasted soybean flour commonly mixed with sugar). These are large desserts! It takes time to make them since there are fresh ingredients inside. The mango was superb with little bits of fresh mango buried inside the ice. Not sickeningly sweet like the syrups most places use. My husband's had little mochi pieces mixed inside. It is common to add kinako to mochi so this was a bonus and a nice surprise. The kinako dessert was sweeter than the mango. Please know that there seems to be no a/c in this little shop but she has fans going. We went in the late afternoon so it was really uncomfortable inside. I had to leave and wait outside until the dessert was ready. It's hard to take these home as it melts fast so we sat inside to enjoy them. It was like heaven in my mouth and it cooled me down instantly. You must be patient as it takes at least 10-15 minutes for her to prepare the desserts but it is worth the wait! There is a small parking lot right in front shared with other businesses. Located right off the freeway behind Burger King.

Overall, it's been a good experience every time. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day. Most of the parking is on the street, so you'll need to keep an eye out for pedestrians and bicyclists while looking for a spot. That's probably the biggest inconvenience of visiting this place. There is usually a 15 to 20-minute wait whenever we come for dessert, but we've always been seated within the quoted wait time, which we appreciate. The restaurant itself is fairly small, so the dining area can feel crowded. Tables are very close together, and you're practically sitting back-to-back with other guests. Because of this, the noise level can get pretty high, and it's easy to overhear conversations from nearby tables. The desserts are the highlight here. The BingSu is excellent, and the lava cake is one of our favorites. The menu is accessed through a QR code, making ordering simple and convenient. Food portions are decent, although prices are definitely on the premium side. Service is efficient, and the food and desserts usually arrive pretty quickly. We used to go to their city location regularly, but over the years we've found ourselves visiting this location more often because the area feels more comfortable and convenient for us. That has made this our go-to spot whenever we're craving dessert. Overall, this is a great place for dessert. The quality of the desserts keeps us coming back, but the difficult parking situation and cramped seating prevent it from being a full 5-star experience. Would definitely return for the BingSu and lava cake.

Sulbing is a Korean dessert café best known for bingsu, a shaved ice dessert made with an…read moreincredibly fine texture that feels closer to snow than traditional shaved ice. We walked into a clean, modern space with a casual café feel that works well for stopping by after a meal or meeting up with friends for something sweet. The shop focuses on creative variations of bingsu with toppings ranging from fruit to chocolate, matcha, and other dessert-inspired flavors, and the layout encourages lingering over a shared dessert rather than rushing through a quick stop. The biggest highlight is the texture of the shaved ice itself. The ice is extremely soft and light, melting quickly while still holding the flavors from the toppings and condensed milk. We ordered the Injeolmi Sulbing, which showcases the more traditional side with nutty flavors, and the combination of the fine ice, chewy rice cake, and nutty powder created a dessert that felt both refreshing and satisfying. The Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownie Sulbing turn it into a much more indulgent experience, with richer flavors that feel closer to a full dessert than a light treat. The presentation is impressive, with each bowl arriving looking carefully composed, and the layers of toppings are distributed well enough that you get a good mix in every spoonful. The portions are also a major part of the appeal. A single bingsu is easily shareable, making it a good choice for groups or anyone looking for a dessert to split after a meal. We found that sharing worked well, as the portion was generous enough to satisfy two people without feeling like we were missing out. Beyond bingsu, they also offer items like toast and other sweet treats, which give the menu more variety and make it a place you can visit even if you are not in the mood for shaved ice. The main thing to keep in mind is that the experience depends heavily on the flavor you choose. Some versions rely more on the toppings for their flavor, while others feel more balanced throughout. The presentation is impressive, but certain options may feel less satisfying if you expect every bite to have the same intensity as the first. The fruit-based versions, for example, rely on the freshness of the fruit to carry the dessert, while the chocolate and tiramisu versions have a more consistent richness from the base itself. Sulbing is a great spot for trying Korean-style shaved ice. The unique texture, large portions, and variety of flavors make it stand out from typical dessert shops, especially if you enjoy lighter desserts with creative toppings. The balance of refreshing and indulgent options across the menu gives you room to explore different styles on repeat visits, and the quality of the ingredients makes each bowl feel considered and well composed.
