If there is a line for Teazzi, I would highly recommend placing an order online and picking it up at a later time. I ordered the signature oats and tofu pudding milk tea. I enjoyed the tofu pudding as it gave a silky texture to the drink. Unfortunately, the milk tea and oats were underwhelming as it tasted a bit watery.
A new tea shop opening in a crowded SGV, my wife and I visited for their grand opening weekend and we were pretty happy with the experience. Staff here for opening weekend were efficient and quick for the amount of people visiting. There's self order kiosks as well as ordering with the cashier up front. Seating is limited but just enough for a small cafe I'd say. It's more of a grab and go spot rather than a hangout spot. Inside is pretty spacious though, mostly walking space with small tables and a wall bench. It's also pretty clean and modern. Love the tan color lighting as well as the counter design. Their menu design is pretty big but not too big. They put a drink cup logo next to the drink options that are popular and my favorites go to the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea which happens to be one of their most popular drinks as well. It's refreshing and not too overwhelming. Highly recommend trying this drink. Overall, definitely a spot that my wife and I will visit again. Their cups are definitely social media worthy as well which is nice. Sturdy cups + cute design = excellent quality.
Really love the minimalist zen vibe of this place. The jasmine milk tea with mochi was really good. I like that the focus is on the quality of tea and the ingredients rather than trying to be everything to everyone. The other time we were here we tried their mochi waffles. Very good as well and will be adding this to our boba rotation!
I had seen the "Coming Soon" banner for Teazzi for a couple months, and I was so excited that they're in Monterey Park now. I first had their boba at their Flushing, NY location and absolutely loved it there. Teazzi is located near the 24 Hour Fitness in the Atlantic Square plaza. The interior is clean, modern, and spacious. I had read previous reviews saying that the inside was stuffy, but when I went, they had fixed the AC already. I got the honey amber oolong milk tea with tea jelly, 50% sweet. It was a bit underwhelming. Oolong milk tea is usually my go-to at boba spots, but it tasted watery and bitter here, even with the honey. Maybe because it's dairy-free? It tasted like they had oversteeped the tea. I remember the same drink being a bit more milky and creamy back in Flushing. I do appreciate that the self-order kiosks have descriptions of each drink and even a 20% off coupon. Service was quick around noon on a Sunday. I'm hoping to give this place another try since there are fruit teas, matchas, and oat drinks on the menu.
It's not bad I feel like most of these places are too similar now....nothing bad to say about it...tastes fresh and flavor was good.... I got the White Peach Tea... Store is wide open and nice and clean. Only thing I just feel the prices just keep going up for a Fruit Tea not just here but everywhere so I rarely visit these places anymore, only if my friends choose to go I'll go with them...
Was excited to find out that Teazzi opened a storefront in Monterey Park, especially since I had initially enjoyed their drinks in New York. Visited a few times already, and unfortunately their AC wasn't working, so it felt stuffy inside. I'm not sure whether that is fixed now. Nonetheless, I do like their drinks, particularly the milk teas. I would recommend the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea, which has a toasty and smooth flavor profile. The honey adds a natural floral sweetness that softens the roast instead of making it taste super sweet. As for the fruit teas, I think they are a bit overpriced considering they seem pretty basic. The fruit teas do include a tea jelly or fruit jelly topping, but the tea flavor seems to be overpowered by the fruit flavor. The tea jelly adds a nice texture to the drink. Seating inside is pretty limited. There is only one kiosk inside for placing orders, but you can also order through your phone to avoid lines.
Nothing special, could skip. Tried the taro nunu mochi drink with jasmine milk tea at 30% sweetness and it was meh. I like Auntea Jenny version much more.
Teazzi Tea Shop was rough during its grand opening; the AC wasn't working on the hot summer day, and the lines were long and out the door. It was also chaotic, and so unclear where the lines started and ended. Also, people would cut the line and go straight to the counter to order while we all were still waiting in line. There was absolutely no order. I recommend they get at least one more ordering kiosk and use one of the TV monitors to display which orders are ready, as they do at Molly Tea and UG Tea. It's way more efficient that way. This was just a hot mess lolol. Anyways, for the grand opening, they were offering a BOGO deal, so I ordered what they are known for, the signature oats with tofu pudding with the deep roast oolong milk tea at 30% sweet; the taro nunu milk tea with the four seasons oolong milk tea; the amber oolong milk tea at 30% sugar, and then the jasmine green milk tea at 30% sugar. 30% sugar was the perfect sweetness for me for all the drinks. I enjoyed all the drinks, but didn't know the difference between the different bases. They have four options: four seasons oolong, deep roast oolong, amber oolong, and jasmine green tea. Another plus is that the drinks were dairy-free unless you added the creamy milk, which I didn't. They also have non-caffeinated drinks. Overall, I had a good experience, but I hope they can be more efficient and clearer with the lines and orders. Also, it would help if they actually clarified on the menu that the items were dairy-free. They're going to get the same questions over and over again, so why not just make it clear on the menu? Just my two cents.

More like a 3.5 but I'm rounding up since they're still in a very early opening phase and it's off to a rocky start (when I went their AC was down so they were encouraging patrons to order via QR code and they'll bring the drinks out). This is a shame because the inside is pretty upscale looking in terms of aesthetic decor (the wood, the "tree", the accents), it's pretty nice and would be a great place to study and hang out once that's been situated. Currently, they had a lucky draw during my visit where you can win some prizes and I got an air freshener. Aight, so I've been to the NorCal location and glad that SoCal has one now. I didn't have the best drink that I had in NorCal (probably put too much toppings that made it more like a solid meal than a drink), but I did enjoy their mochi waffle rectangle butter shaped dessert. I was already full from my visit to Asayoru earlier, so I just got drinks, but I hope to try their desserts here one day too. For my visit, I got the: 1) Deep Roast Oolong Milk tea: -I got this at less ice and 30% sweet (their recommended) and it was a bit too bland and watered down, but you do taste a subtle roasted tea leaf after tasting just all the milk. Compared to the other 30% sweet drink I got, it was like night and day. I hope this is just growing pains. 2) Hearty Oats Milk: -No sweetness adjustment, it's literally milk and oats in it. -Unlike the mung bean milk, since the oats absorbed the milk and "released" flavor into it, I liked this one much more. Give me the false sense of health and it ended up being my "breakfast drink" the next day. 3) Mung Bean Milk: -For some reason I thought this was going to be like what 7 Leaves have but I was sorely mistaken. It's literally just mung beans in milk and it doesn't have as much flavor was my other milk drink order. -There's no option to adjust sweetness for this drink either. When I brought it home, my mom added some honey to taste. 4) Toasted Grain Milk tea: -Caffeine free, nice! -I got this with 30% ice and at the recommended 30% sweetness and I thought this was still a tad too sweet for me, so I can't imagine it at every other level, especially at full power. -Regardless it wasn't strictly unpleasant, I just would have preferred to taste more of the now subtle toasted grain taste to it as it's not a type of tea that you can commonly get anywhere. -I'll try this again at 0% sweet. Hopefully things become more consistent and I'll find that ONE drink that will hit the spot, but with so many franchises entering the 626 BOBA WARS it's hard to say where Teazzi falls in the competition. Though I like that a good number of their drinks are dairy free for my lack toast friends. I like that despite it just opening, they're keeping the mobile order opening (you can get points through the Toast app) and I know I can grab a quick drink here the next time I'm back for Asayoru or for Milkyway Marketplace.
There's another new boba new shop in SGV located next to Hong Kong Cafe off Atlantic Blvd. & Hellman Ave. Went there twice. First time ordered the Taro Nunu Mochi Milk Tea. It needed more taro flavor and mochi, but it's a pretty good drink. Second time ordered the Mango Fruit Tea and White Peach Fruit Tea. Both drinks had a fruity taste and not bad. There's a self-order kiosk to place the order. They offer oolong tea ice cream and mochi waffle for snacks. It can get pretty busy at times and their AC isn't as cool.
Stopped by for a quick drink and got the Nunu Mochi Milk Tea. The mochi was soft and chewy, and had a nice flavor without being overly sweet I wish there was more tea flavor tho. btw When we got there, there was a sign saying the AC was broken, so customers had to order on their phones and pick up their drinks. It wasn't a huge deal but hopefully this changes because the inside looks like it has potential to be really nice.

However, I can't say that I liked my drink very much as it was too bland. I was expecting a tea taste when I asked for less sugar, 30% or so. My friend said his drink was also just okay as well. If you're fine with having that kind of drink and nothing else is around or closed, then this is the place to go. Service was top notch. Got the order right, the order came pretty quickly.
Teazzi is a new tea shop located in the Atlantic Times Square Plaza in Monterey Park. The interior has a beautifully modern, minimalistic aesthetic. The service was also excellent, Rafael helped me with my order and was fantastic! I tried the Amber Oolong Milk Tea, mochi waffle, and oolong soft serve, and everything was really good. My favorite combo was definitely dipping the mochi waffle into the oolong soft serve. I also like that they have healthier alternatives to boba, such as oats or tofu pudding. I didn't see that in any other boba shop. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other drinks and topping options. Definitely a cute new spot to check out in Monterey Park! read more
For the samples, peach tea wouldve been the best. I think the guy messed up our drinks. He told us he was sorry it took a long time to make because when he tried it, it was nasty so he had to remake it. Trusted him and didnt drink until later and it was horrible. It was the toasted grain milk tea. read more

I love oolong so I was so excited to check out this place! This place was packed on a Friday night. Lots of small tables and I saw some outlets. Deep roast oolong soft serve 8/10: tasted more like Hojicha than oolong. But the texture was good, thick, didn't melt too quickly. Not artificial in flavor, not too sweet. Wished it was more of an oolong flavor but I love hojicha so I would get it again. Maybe dark roasted oolong is just very similar to hojicha Four seasons oolong pure tea 7/10: was surprised that the recommended sugar level was 30%. I usually order my drinks sweeter than recommended, but even 30% for me was a bit bitter. Light roast oolong. Tasted like a blend of jasmine and oolong, leaning more to jasmine. Sometimes oolong leaves a filmy feeling on the tongue, and this one did do that Amber oolong milk tea 9/10: delicious! Good balance of milk flavor and tea flavor, had a hint of roasted flavor that even gave it a taste like coffee. Would get it again. 50% sugar was the recommended and it was perfect. The menu says their milk tea's are dairy free, not sure how that works but I did see Lactaid bottles behind the counter read more

Very disappointing, we ordered 8 drinks and all the drinks fell short in tea flavor. I got a deep roasted oolong tea, it just tastes like regular milk tea. No oolong flavor and nothing close to roasted. Their storefront also opened with no AC. The poor staff is working in there all hot and sweaty. It's really sad to see that management still wanted to open on a hot day not putting their employees first. Awful first experience, probably won't even be back. It can't compete with heytea in the same plaza. read more
Another great addition in the SGV area for fans of oolong milk teas. We got the Amber Honey Oolong Milk Tea with boba and the Deep Roast Oolong Milk tea. Compared to so many other places I've tried, the tea flavors and caffeine here are STRONG. So if you need a wake me up, this is it! I love that all their options are DAIRY FREE! The marketing and menu are super clear, so this is an excellent option for all my fellow lactose intolerant friends. Came during the soft opening, so service was a smidge slow as the staff get up and running. Staff are super friendly and patient in answering all my questions! They have fans running in the store since the AC isn't quite working well yet. It's located in the Atlantic Plaza, where there's a giant underground maze parking lot. Nice and clean interior with plenty of space to hangout! read more

My favorite milk tea shop back home and so happy they're finally here in LA. Been huge fan of almost all their milk tea; with my top 2 being their Deep Roast Oolong and Amber Oolong Milk Tea as I loved bold roasty tea flavor for my milk tea. Prolly cos they're relatively new, serving time was still bit slow so expect to wait a bit and unfortunately no online pre-order available yet. The store vibe and design were so convenient though for enjoying your drink on the spot. read more
Enjoyed the milk tea with some sort of post-modern vibe, as they have a very large space without much seating (well, without much seating given how much space they have). We were fans of the strawberry milk tea and a few others, I had a mango fruit tea that, when kept stirred, was quite good-- drinking it if things had settled was not quite as good. Service was quick, but with so many other milk tea and fruit tea places in the area, I am not sure this one stands out enough in my mind to keep coming back to-- although I will say I believe it deserves at least one more visit... read more
Stopped by during their soft opening day. It wasn't that busy, and it seemed like they intentionally kept it lowkey so it wouldn't be too chaotic for the staff, which I liked. I ordered: -Nunu mochi milk tea with Amber Oolong base, 30% sweet. The sweetness level was perfect for me but the tea flavor was weaker than I'd like. The mochi part was enjoyable but did not enhance the drink for me personally (I'm more of a jelly lover). Probably wouldn't order this again. -Crispy mochi waffle. Really enjoyed this! The outside was crispy and the batter was chewy. No mochi inside, but it is mixed into the batter. Came with a light salted cheese foam dip. Overall it doesn't hit the spot the way my favorites like Molly, 3catea or heytea do, but I would come back again to try their oolong soft serve ice cream and their lattes. You can order at the self service kiosk or the front counter. Parking is free underground in the plaza. Located right next to Hong Kong Cafe on the corner of Atlantic / Hellman side. read more
Their oolong tea is very strong that it has a slight bitterness after taste. If you enjoy that then go for it. I like to get my fruit teas with their jasmine tea which is lighter. I tried their peach tea w/ jasmine. It comes with peach bits and jello. I love their mochi waffle. It's chewy and pairs well with the whipped cream it comes with. We like the Nutella one. Next time I would like to try their matcha cream. It's a cute little spot with a few tables. My daughter loves to come here to grab a snack. read more

Came here during their soft opening. The cafe is spacious and well decorated. Very modern. The service was great. Staffs were nice and welcoming. We ordered through the kiosk. The store is still in construction so be prepare to be hot and stuffy inside the cafe. They do have a sign to warn you as well. The drinks were great! Very yummy and nothing us bad about it. Really wanted to go back and get their oolong soft serve. read more

great addition to monterey park! i just wish it was closer to me inside was quite warm but they had 3 very large fans to try and help. they also had a sign on the door that they were working on the ac! very spacious and clean. staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations! both the white peach tea and oolong milk tea were delicious. tea flavor was bold and the toppings don't overpower the drinks at all. i'll definitely be coming back to try more! read more

Glad to have Teazzi back in SoCal! There used to be one in Santa Ana/Irvine but it was in a really bad location so I'm not surprised they ended up closing. Our go-to is the house four season milk tea 70% sweet and less ice but next time I might try 30% ice. It felt like there was still a little too much ice for me with less ice. I'd also prefer less boba in there compared to the oats. The staff and owners are super friendly and you can order via the Toast app/website rather than going in person. Free 30min street parking or you can park in the structure. read more
Came for their grand opening BOGO deal and there was a line that stretched outside even though we came 30 minutes after they opened. However, they were nice and gave umbrellas to the people waiting outside so it was not too bad but still hot. We waited for about 30 minutes until we got to the kiosk to order. They also had a person taking orders at the counter but depended on your spot in line to see where you ended up ordering. I never heard of this tea shop before so I was curious. I ordered the Classic NuNu Mochi Milk Tea with Four Seasons tea as the base ($6.99) and the Signature Oats & Red Bean Milk Tea with Amber Oolong Tea as the base ($7.49). For the bogo drink, I choose the Four Seasons Milk Tea and the Jasmine Green Milk Tea. For all four drinks, I got 30% sugar which was the recommended level and 30% ice. The interior is decorated in a nice modern style with a few tables. I waited around 30 minutes for my drinks to be ready which isn't bad for grand opening day. But their AC was not working and they only had fans so it was a bit stuffy and hot after sitting a bit. The drinks are in nice oriental design blue cups which was cool. The nunu mochi milk tea was pretty mid since the mochi is a watery texture and not very chewy so you can drink it up very fast as if it's not there and it also made it feel like they didn't give much. It wasn't the texture I expected compared to mochi I have gotten at other boba places. The four seasons milk tea was pretty decent though and not too sweet, although on the milky side. For the signature oats red bean milk tea, it was interesting. The red bean and oats are in a chewy texture similar to purple rice that you get at boba spots and it tasted pretty good with the oolong milk tea base. I liked this one better than the nunu mochi. The four seasons milk tea and jasmine milk tea were both good and not too sweet but a strong tea taste, probably because of the 30% sugar. My friend got the Taro Nunu Mochi Milk Tea 50% sweet and she said it was too sweet and felt like it was full of sugar. She also thought the mochi was too watery but she did like the taro inside. Their tea quality seems pretty good, like the equvilent to Wushiland. Overall, the drinks here are decent but not mindblowing good to make a trip over for it. Their prices are also similar to other spots closer to me so this spot doesn't leave a strong impression to make me want to come back. read more

I was walking around the plaza after I finished watching a movie at the AMC theater when I saw that this place was in soft opening! It was a very pleasant surprise to see a new place open up. The employee was very welcoming. The room was very spacious with limited seating. I looked through the menu on the kiosk and picked the Amber Oolong Tea Latte with Boba. Very good drink. read more

Taiwanese based bubble tea shop had a wide variety of teas. Tried the tofu pudding house special milk tea, classic nunu mochi milk tea, honey amber oolong milk tea, white peach fruit tea, and shizuoka matcha latte. Milk teas were smooth and rich. Fruit teas were refreshing. Matcha was of premium quality. For dessert the crispy mochi waffle was soft and delicious. Staff was young, but kind, attentive, and pleasant. I got 3 milktea 2 fruit tea, They all taste like they're made by mixing milk or syrup with WATER, rather than tea, I can barely taste the tea at all. The four season oolong milktea taste like an Oreo was soaked in milk, then dissolved, and got mixed with water still couldn't taste the tea. And the topping texture in the orange fruit tea feels like phlegm even tho it looks like jelly, I don't know how that works but it feels horrible. But the design in store is good, good vibe. read more

Next to the gym. Came in during their soft opening and the vibe was very chill. There was surprisingly many staff and everyone was very nice! Everything is still a work in progress. From music, setup, interior designs, and other issue. The location is very hot, not much ventilation, and there is no AC. Plenty of seat available. They have a lot of fan blowing but is not helping. Personally best to get your drink on the go until they fix that issue.. Ask for staff recommendation and "White Peach Fruit Tea" was surprisingly good! You can choose your tea base, adjust the sweetness, and ice level. Light ice, half sweet, and Four Season Oolong Tea was my go to option. Drinks comes with fruit jelly and crystal boba. Definitely worth trying out! read more

I've been waiting for TEAZZI to open in Monterey Park for so long, and it didn't disappoint! We actually came 3times in 1 week to see if they opened or not, we finally acted the owner during 1 visit and told us about the soft opening on July 4th from 3-9pm we waited about 30 minutes total across both orders, understandable for first day soft opening, hopefully it will get faster as it goes. We tried several drinks, and my favorites were the Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea, and House Special MT. I'd recommend ordering 50% sugar--it was the perfect balance and really let the tea shine. The shop is also beautiful with a clean, modern tea house aesthetic, and the custom cups are a nice touch. Definitely worth checking out if you're a tea lover! read more

what can i say, WOW! The dark roast oolong milk tea was rich, with a touch of smokiness coming through but well balanced with the creamy sweetness from the milk. Every sip revealed a flavor depth that so many other tea shops lack. I also want to highlight the team's consistency. Visited on a busy weekend afternoon, as well as a relatively calm weekday afternoon - both times the drinks came out perfect. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I missed Teazzi so much! I'm so glad they're back in SoCal and had to support them during their soft opening! Their new space is very open, with only a few tables and mostly bench seating. I did notice a few outlets if you're lucky enough to score a table. You can order either at the machine or with a cashier. With about 5 orders ahead of me, my order took about 15 minutes. I order all my drinks with 30% sweet and 0% ice. four seasons milk tea + taro: my go-to! I looove four seasons for its sweet and floral notes! The taro rounds it out by adding a bit of nuttiness. four seasons milk tea + nunu mochi: Their mochi is silky smooth and rice forward. I love that you can tell that it's made in-house! amber oolong milk tea + tofu pudding: A bolder, fuller-bodied oolong. Strong and satisfying! The tofu pudding wasn't very sweet which was a pleasant surprise. read more
The IG crowds tempted me to try this place. It's still in its soft opening, so there are some things to work out like the AC that ironically makes it feel hotter inside than outside at 7:30 pm. I ordered a strawberry fruit tea with boba, a plain oolong tea, and an oolong soft serve. I'd say the drinks were just...fine, especially for waiting for a little over 20 minutes. Even though the AC didn't work well, I decided to stay inside to wait for my items. I found it weird that the signage said that we'd receive a notification that orders were ready, but employees took items outside and called customers' names. Supposedly, my name was called, but I didn't hear them, and I thought it was strange they didn't call again inside when I was...right there. The ice cream cone was also just fine; flavor was good, but size was disappointing. I like the ambiance though - very simple yet clean and modern looking. I'd also like to try their mochi waffle, so I'll probably return to try it and another drink. read more
