Just by the luck of it, back in 2014 I answered a craiglist list ad offering a mid level gaming computer. Expecting to show up to meet just your average Joe.... I actually was let into there store/repair store, and greeted by a very upbeat, ready to help me kinda guy. We didnt't do much haggling about the price, and I left a happy customer. Months later I wanted to add some upgrades, and we settled on the right upgrade for the price range I could afford. The repair was fast, and the customer service was great. So about 3 months later I guess my computer got stuck in some type of sleep mode, that effected the operation of my computer.. expecting the worse when going to pick it up. He simply explained, the simple error and charged me NOTHING!!!! :-) :-) :-) I was shocked..So many people could have just said blah blah / & the total is $... I am VERY pleased !! I contacted Tech Assist with a black screen problem. I received a email back within 20 minutes which was the quickest response out of all the tech people I hit up on Yelp. Jon offered some helpful information as to some alternative things I could attempt on my own to fix the problem. I had a few back and forth emails discussing my problem and made an appointment for the following morning. I dropped off my computer around 11am. I was told to expect a call regarding the computer by noon the following day. To my surprise I was contacted that same day and was told my computer had been fixed ! I had my computer back on and running before I even received replies from other techs I contacted through Yelp at the same time!! I highly recommend contacting Tech Assist for your tech problems. Jon is one of the coolest techs I have ever known. There's no bullshit in the information he's going to give you. He will listen to what you need if you're looking for a computer and recommend one based on just exactly what you're going to be using it for. I needed two computers diagnosed to see which parts were working and which parts weren't. Tech Assist let me come in that day and had my computers diagnosed the next day. There was some miscommunication as to what I needed, so they spent extra time trying to get the computers up and running, but when I pointed out that the price was more than I expected, they were willing to bring the price to something I was happy to pay. They even recommended parts to replace and offered to find parts online for me and email me the links. Ultimately, their diagnosis was accurate and my desktops are up and running. I recently did that darn Windows 10 free upgrade and managed to screw it up. After several hours on the phone with Microsoft and Toshiba I decided to seek out local help. I read the Yelp reviews and called Jon Kennedy. He returned my call promptly and took my computer that day, Yeah! I had my computer back the next day, all fixed and back to Windows 7. One small glitch with the mouse pad and again, Jon jumped in and correct the problem in no time flat.
