For mains, we chose a shish kabob (filet mignon) plate and salmon kabob plate (pictured). The beef was tender and juicy. The salmon was fantastic with its saffron and seasoning. So flavorful and flaky. Both came with rice, salad, and a grilled tomato. For one of the dishes, we opted for the "cherry rice". It was our first time ordering that and we cannot wait to have it again. So good! We ordered 114 boxed lunches for the company last week. We spoke to Pasha 4 days in advance to place the order. They open at 11am, but they had the meals for the 11:30am pick up in 2 separate packaging per our request. Pasha was so easy to work with and accommodated our detailed requests. Everyone loved the chicken kabob with rice and shirazi (cucumber) salad. For our vegetarians, Pasha created vegetable kabob with eggplants. They used the nice black container for the salad and clear plastic container for the kabob & rice. Both the presentation & the food quality/taste were a hit with everyone. Wow. This place is a hidden gem. I love Mediterranean food and have tried a lot of places, but this restaurant had, unexpectedly, some the the best Mediterranean food I have ever tried. Everything I tried here was good. The beef kobedeih was flavorful and cooked to perfection. It complimented well with the cherry rice which is not as sweet as some of the other cherry rice I have tried at other restaurants. The lamb shank that my girlfriend got was juicy and delicious. You can tell that it was slowly cooked with care marinated in a blend of spices for a long time. The service was helpful, the prices are reasonable, and the food is out of the world. I definitely recommend everyone to come here, the only down side is the availability of parking near the restaurant. They have a valet service for $5 outside which was conviene since there was no parking nearby! read more

My friend got the mixed beef kabob, Soltani. I could tell they marinated in onion juice to tenderize and had a delicious spice blend. Rice was fluffy, of course, Indian long grain Basmati. We also had the eggplant appetizer, kashk bademjan. The chef cooks with heart. Wish they had warm sengak instead of lavash bread. That would be my only criticism. Love the fact that we have Persian food in ktown. Not only is the food good, the owners are super sweet and friendly. Not sure if people know this but in the Korean language, "Ro" means street. So TehranRo is "Tehran Street" and there is an actual TehranRo in Seoul. So this is a perfect name! We had the filet mignon kabobs, stuffed grape leaves and tahchin (a chicken/rice dish that's like a casserole). We're always happy with the food. They also serve Persian beer, Korean beer and soju! Great for groups! Definitely one of my favorite places in ktown. read more
