Obviously not a service dog, and running wild in the restaurant.
    Paul H.

Service was uneven. Some servers were nice, some had a bit of attitude. Restaurant was hot and uncomfortable. I avoid restaurants with auto gratuities even for small parties of even 2 but apparently this policy was changed. Parking is challenging and no validations. I decided to give it a shot for Dine LA week. Food was just so so. Worst part was we were seated next to people that brought in a large dog. My dining partner is allergic to dogs and the woman with the dog would not control her dog and we had to dine with a dog azz in our face. I had to speak up to the woman to move the dog. And not once but two times the dog escaped and ran wild in the restaurant. I wanted to like this place but I don't see any reason to come back. Don't get me wrong I love dogs but there is a time and a place for things.

I love this Resturant but when we visited last week with friends for the Dine LA event, a few dishes were too salty, and overall quality was less than our expectations. For example, for additional $20, we got lobster but the lobster was really tiny. We invited our friends to enjoy Teleferic with us here, and they drove from Ontario, and we didn't enjoy it as we'd hope.

I always know my dining experience at Teleferic Barcelona will be nothing short of remarkable. The service is always top notch, the sangria drinks are superb, and the ambiance is perfect. This time I ordered the lobster paella with a side of crab coquettes, patatas bravas, and tuna tacos. The tuna tacos were recommended and they were stuffed with the freshest ahi tuna, I loved it! It's my first time trying a lobster paella, usually I go for the mixto, but the lobster was so well cooked. The texture was nice and chewy. My friends and I loved the presentation of the food too. Highly recommend checking out Teleferic if you haven't already!

came for Dine LA with friends as they've eaten here couple of times and really liked their food. we came in before our 6pm reservation on a Friday night. not too many people, but we were seated at the 1/2 booth&1/2 table against the wall, immediately next to another table of 2 people eating. The entire restaurant was pretty empty and we were seated next to another party? and the booth seats are an head shorter than the 2 chairs so we had uneven seats across the table. We asked to change to a regular table so we can be more comfortable. we thought we'd order 2 DineLA menu and add 2 orders from regular menu to try more dishes, but we were told if we want Dine LA, everyone at the table have to order Dine LA. don't know if this is normal Dine LA practice but I didn't like the restrictions. each person gets all 5 appetizers, and two people share 1 paella flavor. the appetizers came one dish at a time: Tuna Tacos: we each get a taco, but the tuna was sooo salty that we had to drink the whole cup of water to wash it down potatoes: 2pp shared a whole cup of fried potatoes with sauce that tasted like marinara sauce. none of us finish our portions as we didn't want to fill our tummy with all the carbs. wagyu empanadas: the ONLY dish that tasted good and flavorful. Jamon Iberico de Bellota: a good portion of these ham slices that tasted good but didn't have anything to go with?! Pan con Tomate: 4 pieces of toasted bread with tomato sauce, which tasted burnt. when I told the waiter our bread is burnt, we're told it's the 'special' way that they 'charcoal' grilled the bread before it's served. so charcoal grilled bread tasted 'burnt' and looked black? we ordered paella mixta w/ lobster (extra $10pp) and paella negra so we can taste different flavors: mixta: the lobster is so small that we each had 1 bite. the rice were so thinly spread that they burned onto the plate so it's hard to scoop it out. negra: squid ink black color rice had more shrimps and 4 clams that we can each taste one. better than the lobster one. dessert was Torrila, sweet caramelized bread with ice cream and passion fruit (syrup toppings). overall, we didn't like any of the dishes. our friends also were disappointed at the food. the service was ok, water glasses were fill throughout the dinner. the place was filled as we were having our dinner so it's a popular place. price is way too expensive for the kind of food we were served. very disappointed.

This was pretty difficult place to find as we walked around the mall and found out the entrance was on the outside. This restaurant specializes in Spanish tapas style, so it's good to share here. Wagyu Empanada (5/5): Super packed with meat and flavorful. The crust was baked to perfection Crab Croquettas (5/5); filled with crab and topped with tuna sashimi. I found the sashimi unnecessary but the crab filling was flavorful. Iberian oysters (4/5): Amazing presentation with the dry ice, but I felt like the oysters were not very tender and kind of hard. The flavor from the oyster was mild, but the sauce was good. Grilled octopus (5/5): This was so amazing. The meat was tender and the spices complemented it well. Prime Wellington (5/5); This probably won't make you fool but wow this was great. I really liked the meatballs. Paella Negra (5/5): Now time for the headliners. This had seafood mixed with squid ink. There was plenty of seafood to go around and the squid ink really enhanced the flavor of the rice. Iberico Paella (5/5): If you want meat, you have to get this. There is just so much pork pieces to go around. So many great different flavors in this pan. Overall I really enjoyed my experience here. P.s get the inkind gift card at Costco

How exciting we have a Spanish restaurant in north San Diego! The place is beautifully decorated, airy and open. It can get really loud as people gather to drink and eat. The food was really authentic. The Spanish albondigas were tender and flavorful. Lobster Paella was the star of the show. Seafood and rice were perfectly cooked. Loved the flavor profile and the lemon and garlic aioli enhanced the dish. Portions were generous. The wait staff team (Victor and Tony and team) were attentive, made recommendations and were friendly. The manager was also on the floor and checked in on us.

Anniversary dinner win! Friends brought us here to celebrate our anniversary. Fair warning: the location's a bit confusing to get to. Once you're in though, you get solid food and solid service. They even gave us a small cake with a candle for our celebration. Bonus: Kid approved We'll be back. P.S: Mall parking

It's been awhile since we had this visit. But I remember really enjoying it. I had been to the one in Los Angeles. Which was good. But this experience surpassed that for sure. My fiancé and I came on Valentine's Day, on a whim, on our way to a show. Not knowing how crazy and packed the place would actually be. We went up to the hostess and explained the situation, and at first it was an "impossible." But the hostess or manager (I think her name was Mariate or something similar), somehow made it work. There was a table next door to the entrance, that I'm assuming they didn't really use because of placement. But she was able to seat us there at the perfect time. Super grateful for that! Our waiter, I think Alvaro, was really nice. He explained the menu and had different recommendations. We got a few speciality cocktails. And tried the Sangria flight (my personal fave, must try them all!) I got the spicy tuna tacos and garlic shrimp plate. My fiancé is vegan, so I'm not sure what he got but I remember he really liked it! The decor inside is beautiful. The location is great. All the staff was kind. And I love that you can see the kitchen and everything being cooked from inside the dining room! It's pricier for tapas, but authentic and perfect for a nice night out. Would definitely go back!

Ambiance: it's a trendy Spanish style restaurant located at 2nd & PCH shopping center, there's large patio facing the harbor and spacious indoor dining as well, comfortable sofa seats, stylish decorations, clean restroom Service: very friendly and attentively refilled water, food was served fairly fast, although it took a long white to get the bill as they seem understaffed Food & Drink: standard Telefèric menu HAM CROQUETAS - *** Croquetas with Iberian ham and aioli, crispy and creamy PATATAS BRAVAS - *** Crispy potatoes topped with Brava sauce and aioli, bold flavors WAGYU EMPANADAS - *** Braised oxtail empanadas, beef tartar and Manchego, beautiful presentation, tasted just fine TUNA TACOS - **** Marinated ahi tuna, mashed avocado and wonton shells, fresh and crunchy, recommend BARCELONETA SANGRIA - **** Sparkling wine, lemonade, prickly pear, honey, rosemary orange, mixed berries, fruity refreshing taste, recommend SPICY SANGRIA - **** White wine blend, serrano Vodka, Triple Sec and lime, unique spicy taste, recommend Price: tapas food in small portions, and expect $40~$50 per person for bites and drinks

What a gorgeous idea to spend a late lunch at Teleferic. We were just thinking of getting Chai latte nearby on this day but I needed more, like a snack, so here we are. Husband and I chose the following tapas: Crab croquetas - served piping hot with a delicately sliced tuna sashimi. Spicy aioli. Love the tender crunch of the croqueta and the rawness of tuna in one bite, those two complemented well. (2 count) Jamón Ibérico de Bellota - 38 month cured. Acorn fed. Lovely presentation and garnished with a simple sprig of rosemary. Mild in taste, perfect with cheese and pan. Pan con Tomate - toasted and dressed with tomato and chives. (4 count) this completed our entire meal. Salmon Tartare - marinated with citrus, on tostada, avocado mayo, radish. 2 count. Manchego plate - not on the menu. Cheese, pistachios, blueberries. (8 slices) great with jamon. His drink - Catalan g+t - Bombay Premiere Cru gin, rosemary, juniper, tonic. Dry, bittersweet Her drink- Ibiza g+t - butterfly pea tea-infused gin, kaffir, orange peel, tonic. aromatic and botanicals. Love. This snack was packed with protein. It fulfilled our appetite for the rest of the day, believe it or not. Just the right about of carbs too. We enjoyed every bite. Service was friendly and super thorough. Our water glass was always filled. Music streaming was chill beats and sets the mood for some good r + r. Thank you for your taste in music. We have visited several times prior, therefore this review was long overdue. Come and enjoy! Salud!

Came here for my birthday and had an amazing experience! We specifically came here for the Parrón, paella, and the La Flaca bubble drink, and everything was delicious. The food was fantastic, and the service was just as good. One thing that stood out was chatting with the hostess, who had actually moved here from Spain for the job. It added an authentic touch to the experience. The harbor views are beautiful, I was also pleasantly surprised to find out they're dog friendly! To top it all off, the staff surprised me with a birthday dessert and candle, which made the evening feel extra special.

Visited for the first time during Social Hour. Free parking on the street. Friendly and welcoming service. Highly recommend ordering drinks from the Social Hour (comes with a complimentary tapa and ordering from the Barcelona Lunch Menu (ends at 5pm) for $28 (Starter + Main Course) or $34 (Starter + Main Course + 1 dessert). Drinks: La Flaca: if you like Mezcal, you should definitely order this drink! Estrella Damm: ordinary beer, nothing exquisite Complimentary Tapa with Social Hour drinks: Patatas Brava (smoky flavors and yummy) First order: Burrata Bowl (fresh and flavorful) Prime Wellington (great flavors, but a bit too salty) Churros (great texture with hazelnut filling, a bit too much sugar on the churros) Second order: Bruselar (roasted brussels sprouts with Finley shredded cheese was delicious) Grilled Salmon (smoky flavors, needed some acidity) Torrija (yummy French toast type of dessert, not too sweet)

I visited this location for a friend's event and was part of a large party. The parking is very difficult. The ambiance is nice and open. We got a flight of differwnt flavor margaritas and the drinks were not strong at all. The food was not good and the prices were high. We ordered the grilled octopus and ahi tacos for appetizer. For entree, we had the pan of rice with seafood on top. The portion of seafood was so small for the large party. It was ridiculous. The service was terrible. This is definitely not a place to celebrate anything.

Ask the Community - Teleferic Barcelona

    Is this family friendly?

Yes, while the food can be creative they will happily host your kids.

Is parking available for mobility challenged customers?

Parking structure has parking spaces, however it won’t be right in front of the restaurant. Best thing to do is park in a meter parking space in front of the restaurant to drop off and one person can park at the structure or across the street.

Do they have a corkage fee?

    Yes they do

    Is their patio dog friendly?

During my dining experience yesterday there were a couple dogs inside the restaurant

This place is honestly a joke…read more We waited in line for almost 2 hours while security kept people outside for no reason -- and when we finally got in, there was so much open space inside. It wasn't even close to full. They're clearly holding people outside on purpose to create fake hype, which is honestly pretty messed up. You're telling me dozens of people are stuck waiting forever while there's plenty of room inside? It's giving manufactured crowd and poor management. To make it worse, they stopped serving drinks and turned the lights on at 1:15 AM, way earlier than literally any normal bar. So after wasting hours in line, you barely even get time inside. And it somehow gets worse -- at 1:35 AM they were literally kicking people out of the restroom. We weren't even allowed to finish or wash our hands before being rushed out. That's not just rude, it's straight up unhygienic and disrespectful. Overall, completely overhyped, disorganized, and not worth the wait at all. Don't fall for the line -- it's fake.

It's nice to see a place that is filled with dancers of all skill levels just having fun and learning to dance. The venue itself is beautiful. They have a large open air dance floor that overlooks the marina as well as a smaller dance area inside near the pool tables. The decore is classy and elegant overall. On salsa nights they have drink specials in addition to the regular drink menu. Lastly I once lost my key fob there and someone returned it to their lost and found. I'm forever grateful to whomever returned it and the staff at the front door / lost and found. Overall it's an awesome place to come out and hang out and dance.

Free parking in the underground, when you pull in you can't miss it. It's the pink carpet, black/white checkered entrance screaming "Nigel's." While walking in, you are hit with this amazing view of the waterfront harbor and a nice breeze! Checkin was fine, the first gal got our table ready. I asked about the champagne speakeasy and she informed me that it's only for people who had to wait a longer time than usual, so I guess that didn't pertain to us. A little disappointed as I had told the birthday girl this was a thing at Nigel's, but.. it wasn't. The second gal that was there when we left was super bubbly and sweet and took a pic for us! We sat, a tad squished but we made it work at the table by the water. Our server was the sweetest gal EVER. We left happy and I would def want to come back for another special occasion and the pics we got were so great, especially the phone booth!
