My favorite food item here is the turkey and Swiss croissant with jalapeños. The coffee shop is located in a plaza by the competition ( a boba shop) but they really made it a local gem!

I found Maestro after a Google Maps search, and chose to try them based on their solid reviews and uniqueness! I was not prepared for this level of pizazz!!! I ended up finding their take on my favorite coffee drink (Kerouac), and I was able to order it large - score!! It was muy, muy delicioso until the very last drop. On top of that, being very hungry and wanting breakfast, I was recommended a lovely turkey or ham croissant - and when additions were suggested, I just asked for eeeeeeverything (bacon, avocado, etc.). And guess what? That breakfast sando was eeeeeeverything!!! It blew my mind!! My neck was sore after all was said and done, because I kept shaking my head in disbelief, saying to myself things like "aww man this is GOOD" and "mmmMMM"!! Anyway, on top of this, the kind and happy folks making the magic happen behind the counter were fun, efficient, and receptive to me projecting all of my enthusiasm their way, haha. And yes the joint itself looks very nice and has ample seating, despite the narrow space. This place deserves all the love, all the attention, and all of the business!! Indeed, I had an amazing first experience - and it was no surprise that they had a line out the door. Thank you, Maestro for an unforgettable experience. I know where my new favorite coffee/breakfast place is!!! ^_^

Boooo to this location for not allowing customers to use their own cups to keep hot drinks hot for a longer period of time. Edit: upgrading to 3 stars from 2. I was preparing to leave when Arjan softly asked if I was Candace and did I receive my medicine ball. I told him yes and yes I did receive it. Very nice of him to make sure I received my entire order.

Every time, I order here the customer service is terrible and the cashier is always rushing you. The inside is not different than any other Starbucks. There is no seats or tables in the Terminal B location, but Terminal A is a different story. This location always makes the drink wrong , missing ingredients or just makes the drink out right sloppy and then have the audacity to have an attitude when you ask them to remake the drink. I try to avoid this location when possible, but sometimes it unavoidable. I wish there were another coffee shop by the gates. :(

In closing-if u find yourself in Terminal B and need that Starbucks pick me up-be sure to have the mobile app ready and enjoy your coffee and have a safe flight. Review #100

Before a flight out we stopped at the airport Starbucks for a little pick me up. I understand it is…read morean airport and expectations can be different, but this experience was rough. Ambiance: 3 / 10 It is an airport Starbucks, so there is only so much they can do. The big green Starbucks Coffee sign is enough to pull you in, especially if you are running on travel fumes, but beyond that it is pretty basic and crowded. Service: 1 / 10 There were only two baristas and a very long line. I can absolutely understand being short staffed. What frustrated me was the pace. There was no sense of urgency at all. I watched my food come out of the oven and just sit there while other tasks were slowly handled first. No hustle, no acknowledgment, no real customer service. When you are at an airport and people have flights to catch, that kind of energy is not it. Food: 6 / 10 I ordered a chai latte with caramel and it was actually really good. If the service had been better, I probably would have rated it higher just based on taste. I also grabbed a warmed cranberry bar. Flavor wise it was decent, but it came out more lukewarm than warm. Glad I tried it, but I would skip it next time. Starbucks will always be convenient at an airport, but this visit definitely left a sour taste that had nothing to do with the chai.

I ordered the taro latte with pudding, mango coconut pudding, spicy crab, and tator tots. Taro latte was 70% sweetness and was still kinda sweet. That was on me though. I typically order 50% sweet but this was my first time here so I only went slightly less sweet than the base. The mango coconut pudding was really good but also slightly sweet for me. The spicy crab rice ball was delicious. It was hot when it came out and didn't have too much mayo. The tater tots were super hot and crunchy. Not too salty either. Definitely coming back to this location!

We especially excited to try the instant ramen maker. We walked in and ordered in the kiosk. The menu had different teas, mochi donuts, dumplings, corndogs, and other snacks. However, after ordering we noticed the ramen wasn't on there. We asked the staff and they said the ramen maker wasn't working so that was disappointing. They were also out of something I ordered and they were able to refund me. The drinks and food took a bit to come out. The wonton and dumplings were ok, but the soup it came in was pretty good. The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.
