Fish wasn't cold!!! How is that even safe to eat? We told our waitress and she said "well they keep it in the ice there." And I told her that they needed to add more ice..it was hamachi style so it needs to be very cold. Quality of if the food isn't good at all. Our waitress was awful...beyond oaeful. Not friendly, just plain miserable. Ambiance is nice but that is literally all they have going for them. DO NOT GO. Ambience was terrific, it's decorated beautifully, and the service was impeccable. The downtown/uptown lunch crowd hasn't figured out TEN Sushi is open for lunch, so we were seated right away. I went to 10 Sushi yesterday I brought my Service Dog with her proof of service registration she was sitting on the floor under my bar stool not on the furniture and she was well behaved the bartender came up to me and told me I had to leave with my dog I let him know that she is a registered service dog I even tried to show him the ID card and also the back where it states that under federal law my dog is legally allowed entry anywhere patrons are allowed he said he didnt care and refused to look at the registration card and when i told him that she was allowed to be in the restaurant he told me he didnt care and it was an open air kitchen (which still doesnt matter she is allowed LEGALLY under federal law to be inside) I told him multiple times she was allowed he wouldnt listen, ignored me and continued to tell me to leave the restaurant. I have been there a few times and have brought friends and recommended friends to 10 Sushi but I will never go back there again the way he was soo rude and dismissive and clearly mis informed of federal laws according to the industry he works in was ridiculous...its wild that no one else was in the restaurant either so great way to get rid of the only customers that were in the building....nice job!!! read more

This past Friday 9/20 my fiancé and I attempted to have dinner here. We called ahead of time to check for reservations and someone told us that there was a private event happening so no tables were available, however there's plenty of seating at the bar or patio. We had no problem with either option so decided to go ahead and try out the restaurant. Unfortunately we were stopped before we could even request a patio table or to sit at the bar. Before we could even get a word out, The jerk at the front immediately stated no seating was available (even though the patio was practically empty) and already had a card in his hand for some sort of discount for another time. I was going to inform him that we had already been told that we could sit out on the patio but my fiancé was so put off and wanted to leave.
