This is a cute coffee shop but too bad there was no seating! It's a small squarish place that's for to go coffee and non coffee drinks. I saw their signature menu and immediately got an iced matcha einspänner and it looked so good when I got it. It was very matcha creamy on the top with chocolate powder across the matcha cream! The cream tasted like heaven and was so delicious! I sipped some of it and stirred it with the rest of the drink! Cup looked cute too! The lid was a bubble tea or Frappuccino lid which was very cute! Also got a matcha cream roll and it was fluffy and soft in the middle but kind of stiff and dry around the edges. There was a lot of matcha cream coming off of the roll and I kept dipping the dry stuff crust of the roll into the cream to make it soft. Very tasty and it was a good size to share! This is, without a doubt, the best coffee I've ever had in my entire life! We all ordered lattes: one with vanilla, one with caramel, one plain, one vanilla with oat milk, and one hot chocolate. Every single drink had the perfect consistency, with foamy milk at the right temperature. On top of that, the staff were incredibly nice, patient, and caring. Second time in New York and I just had to try this place in my last day. Really delicious coffee. It's such tiny little shop in FIDI with only one table outside to sit with two chairs, but worth the trip there. Service was fast and great. What a beautiful location. It's tucked away so it might be hard to find for some. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk while my boyfriend ordered the matcha einspanner. We both are not coffee people but really enjoyed the einspanner. It balanced out the sweetness of the matcha perfectly. I wasn't the biggest fan of the iced matcha as the sweetness was overpowering and lacked the bitterness matcha is suppose to bring to the table. Overall, it was awesome to try. I love this place! The baristas are nice and made my order quickly. There's not really any place to sit inside, so you get your coffee and go. I got the einspanner and the yuzu matchade. Stoped by when we came across walking. It was pretty packed so we had to stand for a bit but didn't take too long to reach a seat. Got the espresso cream latte which was beautifully made. I do wish it had a stronger coffee taste as i tasted a lot more of the cream and milk than I did anything else which overpowered it just a bit. The interior was light, bright and clean. There were multiple groups when we went on a Friday morning but the line moved pretty fast and we received the coffees quickly. It was my party's first time and the barista was nice to explain to us their different specials. We ordered all 3 specials: -Iced Einspanner latte ($6.95): I liked this the best -Iced Onyx Latte ($6.95): chocolatey which I also liked -Iced Espresso Cream Latte ($6.95): my friend liked the taste but it tasted more milk than coffee. The matcha jeju ade ($7) was lowkey disappointing because the matcha was nonexistant, but I really loved the kumquat/preserved lime-esque flavor. The store is pretty small so it can get crowded very easily, and luckily for them, often. I like to treat myself to the Onyx latte here and there, and it's always been good. The pastries are always delicious too. However, I cannot give this place more than 2 stars because of the staff members. Every single time I've been here, regardless of how busy it is, the staff always seem very unhappy to be working. It's rare I ever get a smile from them. There's a cashier there who I LOATHE interacting with because she speaks quietly like a mouse and also mumbles. One time, she shot me a death glare because I gave her a 0% tip. No- I am not tipping you for a cup of black coffee. Anyways, I'll probably still come back here for speciality coffees here and there. Ever since I've had an Einspanner for the first time elsewhere, I've always wanted another one. However, it's pretty rare to find. Therefore, I was really excited that Ten Thousand Coffee had it on their menu as one of their signature drinks. The drink is very aesthetic that you almost don't want to mix in the cream. The coffee was perfect. The whipped cream is slightly sweetened and acts like a milk for the coffee. However, it is a bit stiffer than I would have liked. They pile a lot on which I enjoyed. Their signatures and non-coffee beverages remind me a lot of what you can find at Korean-American cafes. I definitely want to come back to try the other signatures. They also have a discount for people who live/work in the neighborhood. read more

The foam is to die for! It's wonderfully balanced sweet and velvety, yet you can still taste the bold espresso. Truly a must-try drink. There is not much room--there is no seating inside and only one table outside, but great if you want to drink your coffee on the go. They offered a purple sweet potato latte and I had to try it. I had previously heard about Ten Thousand Coffee on TikTok but I did not realize they had a downtown location! I was walking to the Wall St (4/5) station when I came across their tiny cafe and had a chat with the staff. They were very friendly and explained their signature drinks, out of which I chose the Onyx ($6), a cold brew latte with black cocoa and chicory. It was cold and refreshing and had a very lovely deep chocolate flavor that complemented the robust NYC blend. Very small cafe with limited to almost no seating, so probs best to grab and go your beverage. I saw a couple of outdoor seating, but the street is narrow and there's a lot of foot traffic during work hours. Popped in to grab an Einspanner and was blown away with how decadent the coffee was. The Einspanner is layered with a lot of homemade whipped cream. The whipped cream was pretty stiff, which made it hard to mix it with, but laid perfectly afloat the coffee. The drink itself was a little pricey; it was $7 for a drink that I finished in few sips. While this may not be a coffee I would get often, it's well worth it to treat yourself with this once in a while. read more

I was looking to branch out from my typical coffee spots near the office and found Ten Thousand Coffee on Google Maps. It's on my way to the office, so I stopped in around 8am to grab my caffeine hit. Baristas are super nice and they have a lot of baked goods in the case. I had a blueberry cheese danish and it was delightful. I loved the sugar on the crust of the pastry. I had a cold brew with a splash of half and half and they poured the perfect amount. Date of Visit: 12/5/2022 Walked by the Ten Thousand Coffee on Wall Street during my visit to New York. Was quite surprised since I was planning to visit the store near Bryant Park. Haven't had breakfast so just walked in to get a cup of coffee and a croissant. Love the Caffe Latte, the mix of milk and espresso were perfect balance and the croissant was crispy and buttery.
