The curry flatbread had lightly crunchy bottom, a silky and flavorful curry as the sauce, blistered tomatoes, and a cheese that had some great stringy pull- yum! The linguini was a nice chewy al dente with a giggly, jammy onsen egg that marries the sweet sukiyaki sauce to the dish. A mild Parmesan paired with the beef is also a great combo! They also have this really fun passport encouraging guests to try different beverages, lunches, and meals!
