The food we ordered was great and the service too until I ordered a burrito to go, I asked the server how the burritos were served and he said it was basically the meat with rise, beans etc... when the server brought it out the bag felt a bit too light so I opened it thinking it was just chips and salsa but to my surprise the "burrito" plate was in there too and when I looked inside it was literally just two tacos with just meat inside and nothing else. I even thought they gave me the wrong order so I asked the server if that was supposed to be the burrito and he said yes. I told him these were just two tacos and he still insisted that it was a burrito cut in half to fit the plate when I can clearly see it's two tortillas with just meat. The server said nothing else and walked away, he never addressed the issue again and when I got the bill for it the total was $12 so I basically paid $12 for two plain tacos. I felt really compelled to tell him I didn't want it any more or exchanging it for something else but was afraid I would be in the same situation or worse. I'd say if you try this place DO NOT order to go because you'll be stuck in this predicament and I'm saying this because my co worker ordered a desert to go and based on the pictures and what she got the difference was really disappointing. I would go back for a sit down meal again for the food but will probably not go back due to the lack of accountability and customer service from the staff.

Leslie at the register is always informative. We listen to her talk to new visitors about the cuisine with such knowledge and passion. The cook (we are gonna assume he is either owner or manager) came out and visited with us to ask about our visit and how we like the food. So refreshing. The amount of food for the money is well worth a stop in! Best beans we have had yet and we have eaten at food trucks and Mexican restaurants all across the United States. The servers give you a card promising to give you their best for a great experience, and, by and large, they strive to do it. Our server was Alisia, and I recommend asking for her by name if you can. She was friendly; she explained options to us; she got our coupon to work easily; she remembered our customizations and got them right. Very helpful. The food was good. I'll admit that to me, all Mexican food tastes the same whether it's from a Mom & Pop place, Chipotle, or Huey Luey's, but this stuff tasted just fine. As you can see, the decor is fun and welcoming. Another special feature: when a kid orders from the kids' menu, they get to pick a treasure for the treasure box; it's a decorated treasure chest "guarded" by a stuffed Octopus named Pablo. They can pick from candy or mini-toys like slinkies, little scorpions or snakes, rings, etc. Thanks to Katherine for pointing this feature out to us. One minor thing: you can get into this location from the main highway or the back; come in from the highway. The back is a one-car-wide entrance/exit, so it blocks up. As with anywhere in Hiram, turning out can be tough, so take the back exit around to get to a traffic light. Worthwhile stop. Friendly crew, good food, recommended.

This was my third bad experience at the Chipotle in Hiram, GA, and unfortunately, it will be my…read morelast. When I walked in, I understood they were busy, but the restaurant was dirty. Honestly, that should have been my sign to turn around. Instead, I decided to give them another chance. The employees making my food were moving very quickly, but in the rush, they didn't drain the liquid from the corn or the pico de gallo before adding it to my bowl. By the time I got home, the liquid had soaked through the paper bag and leaked onto my passenger seat--for the second time this has happened. When I picked the bag up, it was so saturated that my food nearly fell out. I was able to catch it before it hit the ground. As frustrating as that was, it got even worse. While eating, I found a hair in my food. At that point, I was completely disgusted. I understand restaurants get busy, but being busy should never excuse poor cleanliness, careless food preparation, or food safety issues. After giving this location three chances, I'm extremely disappointed. This is, without question, the worst Chipotle I've visited in years. I won't be returning until significant improvements are made.

I looked around and found all the staples of Mexican cuisine I would need for future cooking. Visit and meet a local shop full of friendly and helpful people. Bonus?
