Hello the reason why I'm really upset I ordered a large teriyaki bowl with spicy teriyaki chicken I can literally count how many pieces of chicken with my hands and I ordered for extra protein and I paid for it I paid $18 for the whole bowl and at the end barely had any chicken was not spicy at all when I asked for it they gave me a little bit a hot sauce on the side very unprofessional when I walked in and three of the workers are just standing around with no mask on talking to each other which especially during this time of Covid it was completely unprofessional will never return again to the store I do not recommend this location for this restaurant as a matter fact try a different one read more

This place is absolutely horrible ! First off they only had one option for white meat and it was the teriakyi breast it had no flavor and was so gross I didn't eat it! The lomein was dry with no flavor. The customer service sucked the girl in front was not nice at all. The table behind us ordered the same appetizer as us and they came in after us and they got there's before us. I give this place a zero not even one star. It's funny because I see this place advertised all over Facebook and it looks so good but it is there worst place I have ever been. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here unless u want to be disappointed. And waste your money. I wish this review was not true!! If you want to ingest fattening food with no flavor this is the place for you. I was so excited to try this I had been scoping it out for weeks. When I dug into my teriyaki I was so disappointed by the lack of any flavor at all. Not only did it taste like a plain piece of chicken the noodles also lacked any flavor, like nothing at all. I guess if they didn't have a name like teriyaki madness I wouldn't expect such great teriyaki flavor. Bottom line is this is my 1st and last time eating here and I was throughly disappointment and wasted money on food I ended up throwing away. Place is clean, yet new. Food was good. One suggestion though, with your high ceilings somewhat loud inside. Could you ask your employees cleaning the tables to lift the chairs back in place vs dragging them across the floor? That loud noise over and over will keep me from going back read more

It's just ok. If you are in the mood for quick food court type food, this is the place to go. I just think it's a little overpriced for the quality. My lunch cost $31 for my girls and I, with only the drinks that came with their meal. $4 of that is from the tip screen that automatically pops up if you use a credit card. Dont get me wrong, I always tip, but showing you a screen with an 18% MINIMUM. just for bringing out food is a bit much. Especially when the guy is staring at you telling you to add tip. I've read good reviews on this establishment and decided to give it a try. My opinion is that this place is not worth it. Went in on a Sunday and ordered a beef bowl and a chicken bowl. The chicken was dry and bland. The beef was tough and way over cooked. It tasted like it had been cooked for hours. We ended up throwing it away. For the money, there are places much better. We were very disappointed and won't be going back. After my review, Keith of Teriyaki Madness replied to my review/ comment. He was very sarcastic and condescending. Maybe if he offered to make our experience right we would have given it another try. By the way Keith... it was my pleasure to "dust off my yelp account". I honestly didn't care for this place. It took awhile to get our order and it wasn't busy. When we got home to eat it - it was very average. The teriyaki was just poured over top of it and not actually cooked in it. It was nothing special. Maybe I had a bad experience - I would go back to try again but I wasn't impressed. read more

I went there for the first time today. Ordered the spicy chicken bowl- asked for all white meat. Awesome! Tasty with a kick but not so much that it overpowers the food. Was going to ask for more spice but glad I didn't. Regular size is enough for two meals. My mom and I randomly decided to try this place out when it first opened and we were pleasantly surprised! You got a ton of food for the amount of money you spend and we always end up with leftovers (which is always a good thing in my opinion!). The staff has always been extremely friendly. The only thing some people might consider a "downfall" is that it sometimes takes awhile for them to make your food but if you think about it, it's all made fresh so it doesn't bother me at all! read more

My new favorite! I love their teriyaki chicken bowl and two-protein bowl. It's great how you can select/customize the plate with the veggies you want, just the way you like it. The food is always fresh and sooo good! I will say it is a bit more expensive than many other take-out places, but it's worth it. They do offer coupons from time to time if you sign up or download their app. I've actually ordered from here just two times so far..but I felt compelled to write a review. I eat here a couple of times a month. The food is pretty good, but sometimes it can be oily. I tried the teriyaki chicken once and it was rubbery, so I switched to beef and orange chicken and those have become my favorites. I enjoyed the variety of healthy choices on the menu. My lunch companion and I began our tasting experience with a couple starters: crab Rangoon & chicken pot stickers. We ate them up. Both were yummy. Next, we each selected two different proteins so we were able to try 4 in total between us. I chose to compliment my entree with brown rice and stir fried veggies and my friend went for a double portion of the veggies. The orange chicken was my favorite. The spicy chicken definitely has a kick even if you order it mild. Both the beef & chicken teriyaki were tender and juicy, although the sauce on the chicken teriyaki tasted different from the teriyaki sauce I am accustomed to. We also tried a side of tofu which my friend really enjoyed, but I found it lacked just a little in flavor. What I realized though, to their compliment, is they do not over season or over sauce anything here which is a good thing, as it allows you to control your own level of sodium. A definite plus for the health conscious. If you are looking for something that is fast, fresh & healthy in West Boca, this is definitely worth a visit. read more

This review is for the Melbourne/Viera location. I ordered via online for myself and another person at my work. Once I hit submit, two coworkers said they wanted to order too, so I immediately (within 2 min) tried calling, it rang and went to VM several times. I finally reached someone who said I could add the orders to my current order and I specifically asked if they can just charge the card I paid my original order with- she said yes. This was delivery, so almost an hour later, the delivery shows up with only my original order. I call the store to inquire about my added order, and the girl who answers says to hold on, then a man gets on and says "what." I again explain my situation, and he says "yeah we couldn't do it." Without an explanation, I asked why and he said the girl would have had to charge my card over the phone and she didn't do that. That was ALL he had to say, meanwhile I have 2 people who waited an hour for food. They had my phone number from my order, and still didn't call me out of courtesy to explain this. They will never get my business again, and I will be sure to share this with anyone who mentions this restaurant. Food was also not great- chicken was very mushy. read more

Excellent! I've been waiting for a place like this for quite some time now. I ordered a plate with teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken thigh and noodles. First off... the teriyaki sauce is delicious, light and sweet with a hint of green onion. The beef was very tender and absorbed the teriyaki sauce very well. The chicken thigh was moist and perfectly cooked. I was given more noodles then I could possibly ever eat, but mixed in with the teriyaki they are very good. Another plus is the price, you get a generous portion of excellent quality food for less than $12 a meal, and I got the most expensive thing on the menu. I highly recommend checking this place out. They are relatively slow because they are brand new, but the service and the food is well worth it! read more

Been wanting to try out this place and turned out to be a good choice! The price was very reasonable as I used a coupon but I also found out they have specials on certain days. This place was clean and a friendly environment. Although it is a fast food style, the waitress brought over the food to our table and even came back to check on us. I was so looking forward to the Teriyaki sauce which had the consistency of pure liquid soy sauce type. I was expecting Teriyaki sauce to be a thicker consistency (Kikkoman type which I had to use at home to give my noodles some flavor). The food here is great. The service is great. I come here almost 4 times a week. Everything tastes fresh and made to order. I would highly recommend anyone to come and try if they like fairly priced asian food. Also, portions are large. If you're hungry, there's no need to order a plate if you don't want to. The bowl is plenty for one person. The chicken teriyaki is great, but all the proteins are worth trying. The Katsu is also a favorite amongst my friends and I.
