The vast majority of the experiences I've had with Teriyaki Madness have been delivery; there was a period of time where we seemed to be ordering it for dinner like 2 or 3 times per week during a short stint we were living in an apartment after selling our home and never felt like cooking lol. Delivery was always on point and I became obsessed with their spicy teriyaki chicken bowls. I moved to Erie about a year ago and learned that there was a physical location only like 10 minutes from where I live, so you best believe that we've hit this place up pretty regularly while out and about on some weekends! I've only dined in at the location off I-25 near the American Furniture Warehouse, but each visit has been pretty consistent. The staff have always been really friendly and the food is always steaming hot when brought to the table. Service is very fast and the food is great! Chicken has always been cooked well and seasoned/sauced perfectly, veggies are always fresh and crisp (though I could always use more in my bowls), and the rice has never been over or undercooked. Just overall super fresh and delicious. I used to get the regular sized bowls, but have since scaled back to the junior size, as the portions are pretty large (not complaining!!). Food was spot on awesome! Service was excellent and staff was super nice! Super clean inside. They are super busy right now as they just opened a few days ago. There could be a bit of a wait. We were told 30 minutes for our order and had are food with in 17 minutes. It sounds like they are not taking on line orders, phone orders and delivery orders until Monday, but don't hold me to that. The young lady answering the phone said it to someone on the phone. My wife and I ordered two spicy chicken teriyaki bowl madness meals and the kids got junior chicken teriyaki bowels. All were excellent. The spicy chicken wasn't very spicy at first and than it kicked in. It was a little more than I wanted but I loved it. Next time non spicy for me. Their teriyaki sauce is also excellent. Egg rolls were excellent. The bowls are good with and with out the teriyaki sauce. My only complaint is the price. It's just a little expensive for something that should only cost 5 bucks. It was 10.99 for the meals and 7.50 for the kids. Food is usually pretty good but sometimes just so-so. Can't figure out why. Unfortunately the new policy on teriyaki sauce is too moronic from a consumer's POV that I can't ignore it. Now they have apparently outsourced packaging of the sauce and are charging for it if you order takeout. If you eat in, you get an entire *bottle* of it to use as much as you care to. Got my mom a steak bowl on our way home today. She has been wanting to try this place for several months because she loves Teriyaki. Needless to say, she was extremely disappointed. My Dad and I stopped in for lunch today(Thursday 1ish) There was a small wait to order,when ready the cashier took our order promptly. I got a 2 protein bowl with steak & chicken breast, Dad got 2 protein bowl with spicy chicken & steak. It was a wait of about 10 minutes to get our bowls. They had a small mistake with Dads bowl and it was fixed quickly by the kitchen. We both were impressed with the quality and quantity of the bowls. Drove over to pick up and order and found it to be ready. The girl behind the counter was extremely friendly and professional the store was very clean and organized. I get home to enjoy my meal it was very flavorful the vegetables and noodles cooked to perfection wish I could say that about the chicken although seasoned great only was so over cooked almost impossible to eat kinda like leather. I don't have much money to spend on me and my children and when i do go out to eat I expect the food to be edible or get a refund or give me an apology at the least, not play spin doctor and deny your food was not terrible. Refused to take helpful suggestions and got aggressive with me. Staff cleans way too early before closing, spraying non-biodegradable cleaner into full food bins. You cant get a good meal if everyone is trying to get out of there hours before close. Food is poison! Very expensive for what you get, I would go as far to say this is the most expensive meal I have ever had to throw away plus two of my children threw theirs out too. My meal tasted like I was eating metal. Unacceptable sir! If your going to poison my children with toxic metals you should not own a restaurant. We have been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness since recently moving to the area. I ordered the salmon teriyaki and my fiancé ordered the chicken katsu. My salmon was way over cooked and my whole bowl was dry. An employee had their personal purse on the counter where food was which really grossed me out.
