After seeing countless videos on social media featuring a massive steak, two perfect sunny-side-up eggs nestled on a bed of corn tortilla chips, and refried beans smothered in both red and green sauce, I knew I had to try it for myself. We arrived shortly after church around 11 a.m. The dining room was already packed, and the wait for a table for two was a reasonable 30-35 minutes. They took our name and number and promised to call when our table was ready. Outside, small groups huddled in whatever shade they could find under the overhangs, trying to escape the intense Nevada summer heat. We opted instead to wait in the cool comfort of our air-conditioned car. Right on schedule, we got the call, headed back inside, and were seated at a small table for two in the back near the kitchen. Directly across from us were the single-occupancy restrooms (men's and women's). Our server promptly took our order, and the wait for deliciousness began. I stuck with water, while my wife tried the peach iced tea. It was very sweet, with just a light peach note. We also noticed several glasses of iced coffee heading to other tables that looked more like milkshakes than coffee--decadent and dessert-like. We both ordered the Steak Ranchero Chilaquiles and requested the steak be sliced for easier eating. The dish arrived shortly after, served with half green and half red sauce by default so you can try both. The green was noticeably more flavorful, though neither sauce packed much heat. We asked for extra hot sauce, and they brought out two small containers. It had a thick, almost paste-like consistency with a reddish-pink tint. It didn't taste particularly smoky like chipotle, but it delivered a solid, building heat that I really enjoyed. The star of the plate was the steak. It was so tender it practically melted in your mouth and packed that bold, savory flavor you expect from well-prepared carne asada. I'm not always in this part of town, but the next time I am, I'll definitely swing by to try some of their other options. I came in on a Friday morning and there was no wait to be seated. I ordered the breakfast sampler with French toast, sunny side up eggs, crispy bacon and potatoes. The food came out within a decent time frame (less than 15 mins) so I was surprised that it arrived cold. The only item that was at a decent temperature was the French toast. The French toast really carried. The butter that was on top of it was sweet and creamy. The bread was perfectly thick and soft. The bacon and eggs were perfectly cooked as well. The potatoes however were very bland even though they were cooked with bell peppers. The waitress I had wasn't the best. She never refilled coffee or water. At the end of the meal I was waiting at least 10 minutes for her to come back to the table to give me the check. With her absence it made sense why the food arrived cold. Great place to start the day! It was a Sunday before grocery shopping at the local Costco, and wife & I were already hungry. Thankfully Bros was super nearby our location! Waiting a nominal 5 minutes before getting a free booth. Nice menu of choices for breakfast & lunch! We got: -Adobada Omelet ($13.99) - marinated pork, onion, cilantro, hash browns, pepper jack cheese, Mexican salsa, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas -Classic Buttermilk Pancakes ($10.99) plus combo ($3.50) - two pancakes with two eggs and two pieces of breakfast meat of choice Their cocktails looked soo good! I almost wanted to order a spiked mojito or sangria from the bar! They were massive! Didn't take too long of a wait for our entrees to arrive, around 15-20 minutes. It was explained to me that with the Adobada Omelet the hash browns are in the omelet, and the house Mexican salsa was a blended variety not chunky like a pico de gallo. Omelet was actually really tasty! Nice chunks of the pork, freshness from the cilantro & onion, extra texture from the hash browns, and some spicy cool from the pepper jack cheese. Adding the Mexican salsa to it gave it some oomph and a punch of heat! Very nice! Mash it all up and put the mixture into a hot tortilla and it was an excellent breakfast taco basically! Wifey's pancake combo was good as well - pancakes were fluffy, eggs cooked just right, and nice crunchy bacon! Also a nice touch with the warm maple syrup bottle arriving on our table! About 30 minutes later the church crowds started coming and there was a line down the front sidewalk. Bottomless champagne is only Monday through Friday. You can still mimosas by the glass or bottle. Note: The bottle is Andre and they charge you $20. This is the same brand you can by from the grocery for $5. I had the Monte Cristo for my meal. It was delicious and a generous portion. Held a baby shower event with brunch theme so we had Bros food catered for the event. The food was as always delicious and with plenty of extra food for all our guest. The food we served was egg scrambled, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and chilaquiles. All the extras were on the side like sour cream, beans, pico, butter and syrup. The chips were thick and kept their crunch and the flavor was okay. The blueberry pancakes could have had more blueberry flavor.
