Beautiful views from the patio. They have a nice fire pit and heaters for if it is cold. The brunch menu was fabulous. I had a delicious waffle with salmon and greens on top. Fresh squeezed juice is also a plus.

We're back once again and loved it just as much as the last time ! There's nothing like enjoying some coffee, soft music, and a stunning view. The weather is absolutely perfect right now so I definitely recommend sitting on the patio. They do have a seasonal menu and this time the options weren't my favorite but still really good. I just came from the hike behind the restaurant and was starving, so the vreakfast burrito really hit the spot. Once again, great experience. Will definitely be back next time we stay at the four seasons

There are a lot of restaurants in Santa Fe but this was my absolute fave for key reasons- it was subtle but creative and offered authentic flavors and spices without being too hot or overpowering. I really enjoyed the ambiance and being able to luxuriate in the sunset while sipping New Mexico sparkling by Gruet. It was really delicious and a great place to celebrate a birthday! Really loved the roasted cauliflower soup and the scallops!

I am basically obsessed with Terra Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We had the absolute best dining experience thanks to our amazing server, Larry, and whomever was in the kitchen cooking up some divine meals. Our experience even got better and better as the meal went on thanks to the gorgeous sunset that we had the perfect view of thanks to our patio table! To start, I ordered the painkiller drink while my dining companion has a lemon drop martini. We ordered the shrimp gambas (garlic and guajillo herb butter served with garlic butter bread) and a ravioli appetizer to start. Both fantastically flavorful although I preferred the ravioli. My friend ordered the Sunday special - fried chicken, served with green Chile mashed potatoes, sweet & spicy glaze, green beans, and a homemade biscuit while I got the beef tenderloin (6oz. beef tenderloin, chipotle Hollandaise, grilled asparagus/broccolini, mashed potatoes, and rosemary jus). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the portion sizes were great. I was able to try some of the fried chicken, it was so juicy and flavorful! We shared the boozy churros for dessert with some marques de Murrieta wine. I truly had a wonderful dining experience at Terra Restaurant. The food was really, really good, the atmosphere was excellent, and Larry was out of this world. Truly a fantastic service. We returned to Terra for breakfast the following morning. I ordered a latte while my friend got some of the freshly squeezed orange juice and a latte. I got the breakfast burrito (sunrise burrito; pinto beans, red Chile sauce, scrambled eggs, potato medley, cheddar, pico de gallo, and spicy avocado cream) while my dining companion ordered the American breakfast with a side of bacon. Our server, Estrella, had nothing on Larry but was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed our time at Terra and would highly recommend the restaurant for guests of the Four Seasons or anyone in the Santa Fe area! Fie stars - thank you Larry!

The food here was pretty good, though expensive as you would expect based on the location. That said, let's get real. You're not exactly coming here for the food anyway. And to that end, we experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable here. Dare I say it, straight from a Georgia O'Keeffe painting- no lie. Anyways, as you can see from the pics, the food was at least very pretty. And it was decent from a taste perspective. The drinks were actually above average and our waiter was very helpful from the moment we sat on their expansive outside dining patio (and that's where you want to be for the sunset). But, as I said, you came here for the views and the sunset- and in that it does not disappoint.

We selected a location where sunsets are easily enjoyed. The cuisine is well-presented and meets expectations, though it could use a touch more creativity. Luxury hotels often follow this trend.

    Great fries.

Ate here several times while we stayed at the resort, mostly just snacks and drinks. They have a few good draft beers and the mixed drinks are exceptional (old fashion was spot on). We had the Spanish cheese and olives one night and some fries another night (most times we ate in town). The cheese plate was great but would have appreciated a little bread or crackers with them. The fries were awesome, plenty of food for two to snack on. The only downside to the place is price. Leaves a mark.

I love the Terra for the food and views. I will also mention their cocktails and wine selection is pretty good. They could improve on service, especially considering it's a four seasons and not a self-serve restaurant, but it's not a deterrent.

We had breakfast, drinks, lunch, drinks, dinner, drinks and dessert here. And also drinks. We sat in literally every lounge, booth, table or bar seat indoors and outdoors here. So yes I feel very qualified to rate the restaurant at the four seasons. Well the food is good. Portions are actually pretty big. And they better be good for the price you pay. Some drinks are better than others. I didn't love the frose drink with rose vodka. But anything on the wine list is delectable. The steaks here are terrific. They know how to cook meat. The only problem? The service is sooo sloooooow. Oh my goodness. No matter what time of day..it just seemed like the servers and the kitchen had no sense of time. Everyone was friendly. Just gawdawful slow.

The lamb tartare was expertly prepared, and perfectly complimented with housemade potato chips (seasoned, very crispy, and the right amount of vinegar). The ratatouille was phenomenal; very flavorful (both the veggies & sauce), perfectly cooked veggies, and some crispy kale. The steak tenderloin stew was excellent, and I appreciated that the Christmas chile sauce was on the side so you could add it to taste. The meat was tender, the stew had a good flavor to it, and the chile sauce brought it to another level. My girlfriend loved the green chile pineapple sorbet. It had a lite chile flavor, and wasn't too sweet. The orange blossom tres leche cake was outstanding, with the cake and meringue cooked to perfection (both with great consistency), and the lowkey orange blossom flavor complimenting things very nicely. We ate at the bar, Ben the bartender was a great server. His notes on the dishes were informative and accurate, and he also recommended some places in and around Santa Fe for us to checkout... I've been hearing about Joseph's for some time, and on my most recent visit to Santa Fe finally visited for dinner. It was the meal of the trip. The restaurant itself has a charming neighborhoody feel with several rooms, wood beams, local art, and adequate spacing between tables (one of my pet peeves is the lack of privacy caused by tables too close together.) The food. Oh my. Food should not bring me this much pleasure... It's an award winner, so call ahead.

The goodness began with Naomi, who helped me fix an error in my reservation and get a table at a good time tonight. The goodness continued with our server Mitzi, who should be teaching graduate classes in hospitality in every big city. She was friendly without being overbearing, informative without being pedantic, subtle and gracious. Now, the food! My wife chose the vegetarian tasting menu and I had some of each dish: so very flavorful (a green salad with pears, a life-changing mushroom bisque [and I don't like mushrooms!], a chickpea croquette with pickled artichoke hearts and ratatouille, and a substitution of the lemon crepe for three yummy scoops of sorbet and gelato. I chose the scallops, perfectly cooked and moist, over couscous, and a dish of tasty sauteed baby spinach. A wonderful experience, and not overpriced, and everyone treated us sweetly. The musical soundtrack was swinging, and at a compassionate volume. Our first trip to Santa Fe, and we found a gem. Hooray! And thank you, Mitzi!

The interior is classy and very comfortable. We were seated at a nice comfy corner booth. The soft music in the background was soothing and just noticeable enough without being a distraction. We were served complimentary flutes of local sparking wine and a fresh baked bread basket and butter to start. We then ordered cocktails and three starters. First was a split plate of the endive smoked duck salad with a warm bacon vinegarette. Wow...this was nice and refreshing. This was followed by the crab dumplings with fresh corn and peas and lobster sauce. Delicious! The final small plate was seared foie gras on top of banana bread toast. This was very good. I miss foie gras. Unfortunately, it's banned in California. They had a 2023 Sea Smoke "Ten"Pi ot Noir on the wine list. This is one of the best Pinot Noirs produced in California and not easy to find. This was a no doubter and we ordered a bottle to pair with our entrees. My wife ordered their signature elk tenderloin for redemption because the restaurant the night before failed at executing this. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop. This was cooked to perfection with a nice thin crust on the outside and a perfect very light pink juicy center. We ordered a side of brocolini that was pan roasted with shallots and butter. Everything was very good and Michelin grade in our opinion. Lastly we ended the evening and split the tiramasu type of desert. My wife had the expresso martini and I had an 18 year old Glen Morangie scotch neat. The service was excellent and worth the splurge. This is a must when visiting Santa Fe.

The restaurant was dimly lit, with large whiskey barrels tastefully scattered throughout the space. The ambiance felt dressy casual with a touch of farmhouse charm, complemented by a curated country music playlist serenading us throughout the evening. It was a very thoughtful touch and set the evening off to a great start. For drinks, I ordered the Buffalo Trace whiskey flight, while my wife chose a shrub, which is a sweet fruity cocktail with a hint of vinegar (like apple cider vinegar or kombucha). We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks. To start, we ordered the corn chowder with bone marrow, which was such a unique and incredibly delicious experience for both of us. You scrape the bone marrow directly into the soup, adding richness to both the flavor and texture, which were already excellent. For our entree, we shared the ribeye steak with duck fat fingerling potatoes, and it was more than enough food for the two of us. The steak was cooked to perfection and, surprisingly, had very little fat. The duck fat potatoes were soft, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. We were warmly greeted and we're happy. It was on the quiet side since they weren't busy yet. By the time we left, it was busy! We really enjoyed our server, Paris. He was warm and seemed to take a general interest in us. I shared my concerns with him that my pallet doesn't tolerate much spicy. He at all. He assured me there would be no problem in accommodating that. He started us off with a complementary prickly pear & lemonade drink which we loved! He also provided a complementary appetizer which was very unique and made out of avocado and mascarpone and some other items I don't remember. Why I didn't love it, I did enjoy hasting something so unique and different. We started with the best cornbread I've ever had that shaped like a cob of corn with three different kinds of butters. The cornbread is $12 and worth it! Next came the Caesar salad wrapped in some kind of egg roll wrapper and topped with an anchovy mixture. We split it so we each got two rolls which was plenty. We very much enjoyed the flavors in the salad. Don ordered the Wagyu short rib with polenta. While we don't love polenta, this was tasty and complemented the beef nicely. Don said this was the best short rib he ever had. I wish I had a picture of how they presented it. When they took the lid off, there was a lovely steam cloud and it smelled wonderful. I had scallops with each one placed beautifully on top of of really interesting wild rice and finished with toasted coconut. The pineapple salsa and the Hoja Santa Fe Oil were placed in small rounds in the middle of the dish because they had some kick to them. What was especially impressive, is the gentleman who brought out my meal leaned over and said that the Chef wanted to let me know that the two items in the small dishes had heat to them, but I was encouraged to give them a try for the full flavor. Impressive! I was able to enjoy the pineapple salsa, but the oil was a little too spicy for me, but I'm glad I tried it.
