My brother and I visited last night. We were drawn in using our Indi Cards. We decided to have Happy Hour at the bar and enjoy dinner, too. The Happy Hour offerings were excellent, as we were able to pick some top quality beers for only $3.50. The food options on Happy Hour menu were varied and well priced. We had the loaded fries, which were excellent. A lot of elk is on the menu, along with some bison. Our bartender was fine, but he never made eye contact and was always hurried with us. We ordered our entrees and the manager checked in with us to make sure we were ready for the course. We appreciated that. My salmon dish was under seasoned. The salmon was also put on top of the two sides I ordered, the red potatoes and carrots. This made for a sloppy, clunky presentation. The potatoes were flavorless. The carrots, too, needed salt and were severely under cooked. The salmon was cooked medium well, but I was never given the chance to ask for it medium rare. My brother ordered the barbecue burger, which was decent, but the two onion rings in the burger was obscenely too large. Thankful we got to use the Indi Card so we could experience this location. The value would have been poor if we paid full price. I would come back for Happy Hour. read more

Stopped in here at around 3:00 after traveling with a group from Boston. It was happy hour so prices were great, good beer choices and a nice cocktail list. We shared a few appetizers including chicken wings, nachos, sweet potato fries, pulled pork tacos and elk slider. All were very good. My personal favorite was the taco. I've never had Elk before, the slider was great and the toppings were really what made it. read more

Buffalo burger was ok not the best, bread was too dry. Sliders were super dry even the meat. The salmon blt was my favorate of the night. The server was ...non existant. However after ordering at the bar the bar tender came over and took good care of us. Still annoyed at the waitress , got us drinks then literally disappeared for 20min. Again, yay for bar tender, nay for waitress. Ehh for food. If it wasn't for the indi card it would have been a total waste of money. read more

When we sat down we were told that we couldn't order any of the cocktails on the menu because they didn't have the alcohol and then when we told them we had an event to get to so needed to order soon, the waiter told us she was really busy. After mentioning this to a manager he took care of us and was very helpful. However, when we went to order they were out of several of the entrees on the menu...and this was at 5:30pm at night, so not so late that they should've run out. We all ended up with the salmon, which was good, but not amazing. We kept expecting him to come back and tell us that they only had enough salmon for 4 and that the 6 of us would have to share. Definitely not worthy of all the great reviews. Wish I would have seen the ones that cautioned against going if you are on a schedule. Sucks because they are very conveniently located right across from the convention center. Food was ok. Service was spotty at best. Don't bother if you are on a strict timeline as they giver zero f's about your tickets to a show and what time it starts. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. read more

Perfectly prepared meal! I ordered the salmon sandwich with sweet potato fries and garlic brocollinni. The water was crystal clear and awesome. I'm not sure what kind of water or filter used. So glad I came here...quiet environment and across from the Hyatt hotel and inside the Hilton. read more

Just so happened that my girl friend was in town the same time I was so we decided to meet for dinner and drinks. We just randomly picked here and I made an opentable reservation. Good for me that I got the points, but this place was dead.... The bartender was nice and knowledgeable. The server....at least he was very honest about what's NOT good on the menu. He was a unique one that we giggled over. The drinks were awesome, the food was ok at best. Nothing over the top amazing. If you want a quiet night out, this would be the place for you. Fresh ingredients and great traditionally themed food. Their ribs are ridiculously good and I'm fan of their Green Chili Chicken Sandwich and fries. Nice relaxed atmosphere with TV's for game viewing and Bartenders here know their stuff. Centrally located to bars too! read more

This place is absurd for the following reasons: 1. My friend found a piece of plastic in her food. 2. It took 45 mins to get our check and 3. Our check was wrong with a bunch of upcharges and 4. Our waitress gave us so much attitude when we brought up our issues. Very disappointing service. read more

We were forced into this option...it was 4:30pm on a Saturday...had an event at Bellco Theatre...and didn't have much time. This option, in the hotel lobby, was one of a few choices. The salmon was fine, the Flatbread was fine, everything was OK. The service was a bit slow and confused. read more

For a hotel bar and grill, this place kicked butt. I was so impressed with the food! I ordered a bison burger, elk sliders and a cheesecake. All three of the items were 5 stars for sure. They were packed with flavor and topped with cheese, bacon, sauce and onion rings. I personally hate onion rings but these were legit! As for the atmosphere, I really liked it. It is located within the Hilton Garden Inn but its a nice place to hang out. I watched a college football game while eating and having a few beers. I liked that they have a patio that looks out on downtown Denver. Great for people watching everyone coming from the convention center. read more

Got the salmon pretzel BLT. Not as great as I would hoped. Salmon was kind of watery and aioli was basically just mayo.

The service was awesome, but the food was not. The bartender recommended the elk sliders and they were super dry and boring. Oh well.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (attached to restaurant) for several days and had breakfast at Territory Kitchen every day. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of high quality fresh food. The featured hot items changed each day, which was nice for eating there multiple days. Cook to order eggs were always available. Our waiter each day was Aziz who was fantastic. After one morning he knew our names and preferences for seating, coffee and food. He is very personable and interacted just the right amount. Also had lunch with a group of 10 at Territory Kitchen our first day in town. They were very accommodating in placing us somewhere where we could easily converse. The waitress was great, quickly serving food and filling drinks. We were not rushed out after finishing lunch, allowing us significant extra time to complete our business. Lunch menus offered good variety and very reasonable prices. read more

What a wonderful place! I ordered the roasted chicken and it was the best I've had in years. Moist, tasty and the meat just fell off the bones. Service was very good - server was excellent - attentive. Food was awful. We were a group of 6 and everything was bad. My friends pork chop was under cooked. My wife had a "Mediterranean" sandwich that included chicken. The chicken was prepackaged sliced chicken breast with herbs - I recognized it immediately because I use to eat it all the time as a bachelor. I had an elk meatball sandwich - it was only ok - bread was burned. I have no idea how this place received any marks higher than one star. read more

This place is probably the worst restaurant I've been in Denver. Horrible service and food took over an hour which came out cold. I would avoid this place at all costs. There is a reason that there is no wait during the OR trade show which is across the street. The best part is the waiters classic jokes about the food coming out one by one. read more

We had a reservation for dinner on New Years Eve. We arrived and it took over 5 minutes to be greeted by the hostess. Several employees walked by us and said nothing. Once the hostess greeted us, she told us it would be a few min while she set up the table. This took close to 10 minutes. She was not friendly and barely spoke to us. It appeared that the employees had no idea what was going on. With few patrons, the place seemed chaotic. Our server was polite, but we still had to get his attention several times when we needed something. Our drinks took a very long time and the water was never refilled. Several of us ordered burgers and the meat seemed like preformed frozen patties. It was edible, but not good. I think the restaurant just opened, but we will not give it a second chance. read more
