    they figured out fast. It was my mobile charger connector nozzle hardware cord broken and faulty. They gave me a new one, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Love you Tesla and i love my Tesla pup love dog mode

    Everything done through the phone. I had ac compressor replaced in less than a day, Replaced HV battery under 8yr 120k warranty. Got to drive Cyberbeast as a loaner for 2 days while they replaced battery. Replaced 4 control arms and qualified me for an extended warranty after repair. Now it's only $60 a month for factory bumper to bumper warranty. Both agents who helped me were fast to respond and very pleasant. I bought my 2021 MYP in 2025, so far the ownership and warranty has been hands down better than any other vehicle if had. Great job Tesla, you now have a loyal returning customer for a long time, Mahalo!

    Picked up new Tesla today that I ordered in January. The entire process was quick and efficient. Signed a few documents, handed over a check and they pulled my car around. Both service and sales representatives were friendly and responsive. Asked me if I needed help in setting anything ups. Car looked immaculate. They did a great job detailing inside and out. Tires shined the works. I keep looking for defects because you have 100 miles or seven days I believe and so far have found none. Very happy with the entire process from purchase to delivery. The car looks and drives great. Thank you Tesla and all the Honolulu employees.

    BEST experience with the service department!! Very professional! Cahn was the reason!! NO Kidding! This was my third visit for three separate issues. What I like was his sincere concern of my issues and his experience in identifying / highlighting areas to address! Instead of me returning 3-4 more time, he help me identify area to address! I really appreciated his empathy of my situation and absolute drive to get things right! He wasn't going through the motions but rather wanting to get my car right and make me a happy customer! He is a true asset to Tesla and needs to be in a leadership position to help nurture that type of customer service culture! This positive experience is changing my attitude towards my Tesla build issues.

    I award 5 Star rating to Neue Auto LLC, earned due to the diligence and honesty displayed by…read moreservice advisor Mr. Alvin Niki and the Automotive Technician that performed the OBD Diagnostic test on our 2013 XC60 vehicle which begin indicating engine warnings, shutoff in safety mode and ending in engine service required urgent. The diagnostic revealed Crash Zone Faults still stored on board. Mr. Niki's explanation was thorough, understandable to this elderly veteran, Mr. Niki recommended I contact Insurance Adjuster explain the situation. Instead of we can fix it, Mr. Niki's recommendation was the wisest. He was not deterred about losing a future customer in explaining that what we needed is a little beyond the their capabilities, given the dealership would have the Vehicle specific diagnostic tools and the ability to factory reset the electronics. We will be having our XC60 veicle serviced by Neue Auto LLC in the future. The Neue Auto provided the service at no cost to me, as explained, we were not able to correct/repair the problem.

They're usually able to take me in pretty soon too which is great. On my most recent visit, I went in thinking I needed specific work done, but Codi realized it was a totally different issue. He fixed it right then and there, so I didn't even need the major work I thought I did! As a woman in my early 20s, I'm always prepared to be sold on things I don't need, but that never happens here. They're so good at explaining what happened and I've never felt ripped off. The reception area is nice with AC, water, and a TV, plus a huge perk is that they pay for your one way ride share from the shop after you drop your car off.

The challenge is that it is intermittent and it's difficult to reproduce. He did his best to try and replicate it, but wasn't able to. It's missing vinyl film shields on one side, but they left them on the other side so I don't know what happened there. They didn't color match evidence is in the picture there's clearly a line of the two different colors and I can't believe they didn't wash the truck after they finished painting it. The truck also has a weird odor inside. I'm not sure why. When I asked how much it would be to paint the roof it was first $700 then when I agreed to the 3 panels I told him I'd pay for the top on my own dime the price went up over double $1500 for 1 panel. SMH never again. So for 3 panels one being the truck bed it was $1900 then to paint 1 more panel the roof was an extra $1500 just doesn't add up

Nevertheless, anyone who's operating a business in Hawaii, as a business owner, it's your responsibility to ensure and stand by your work! But my friend…read morerecommended this place for us and said they are good, so, I give it a try when I needed repair. I called before I went down to make sure they have time to look at my car. It cost $216 just to check it out and this does not apply to the repair. Left the car there, with in a few hours, they call back and gave us an estimate. Since they need to wait for parts and they asked us to pick up the car and set up an appointment to bring it in later for the actual repair. It appears they are very busy, we need to wait a few days before they have opening. At this time, they told us if I pay cash, I can get a discount. I forgot if it is 5% or more. I wished they would have say something early on so that I can pay cash for my initial $216 fee. Make sure you ask about that cash discount deal. Anyhow, repair day come, drop off the car at 7:30am, get my car back by the end of the day. (They close at 5pm) Car is running OK for now. The mechanics work there look pretty young, I was wondering how experience they are, but I do not want to judge them by their age at this time. Time will tell if the repair is good. They did say they have a 12 months warranty for their repair which is good. (Update - two days after we had the car back, the check engine light is back on again! We have to take it back but we have to wait for a week before they have opening to check it. I hope the "warranty" will cover this and I do not have to pay extra.
