You guys are awesome!! :D This is the service center I've been using for repairs and maintenance, and every visit has been smooth and easy. I absolutely love my Tesla! Unfortunately, since getting it, I've had a few unfortunate situations that required me to reach out to Tesla Service. And man, I tell you... the ease of scheduling and communication is top-tier! I'm not someone who likes to be left in the dark when it comes to servicing my vehicle - especially when it had a high voltage battery system error alert going off every other minute while driving in westbound traffic! It was scary! Thankfully, I was able to get on the maintenance schedule within 5 days via Tesla mobile app. Garrett even asked me how I managed that because they were scheduling 1-2 months out, lol. I told him, "It was a miracle from God!" While my vehicle was going thru diagnostics, Garrett kept me closely informed through text/Tesla app messaging. Seriously, whenever I had a question, I was getting responses within 5-10 minutes! What other shop does that??? Amazing service. Estimated time of completion was 1-2 months, but thankfully, they completed the job within 2 weeks. Tesla's management of my vehicle's maintenance truly showed me that they value their customers' time, patience, and peace of mind. At no point during this whole ordeal did I feel like "just another number." I genuinely felt cared for and kept in the loop every step of the way. And I haven't even mentioned the call center, who hooked me up with a loaner vehicle at no charge! I simply called for an ETA prior to drop off, and Kon worked thru all other areas that I might need help. Wow. Good job, Tesla! Like I said - FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! read more

No nonsense service. Scheduling is easy using the app. The quote is what you pay with no hidden add-ons. I brought it in for a windshield replacement. They do not work directly with auto insurances but the quote was readily available so I was able to submit it to my claims representative. It was completed in less than a day but when I picked it up, my hood was scratched and it was obvious. They scheduled a repair of the scratch a week later and gave me a loaner. They could not buff it out so they repaired it and repainted the hood. It took a day and they even refunded me for having to get the hood's ceramic coating redone. Great customer service! read more

Tesla service is horrid. I have an issue with my vehicle inside of 6 months new. It is intermittent but consistent. I believe the car event log has recorded the error but they now refuse to acknowledge even though another service agent acknowledged the first time recorded event. I go in expecting a repair but they merely attempt to manually recreate the error, ignoring the vehicle's event log. Can't use the technology of the vehicle so I get billed for the techs time working on my issue that should be under warranty, again new at 6 months 5200 miles. SAD! read more

Everything done through the phone. I had ac compressor replaced in less than a day, Replaced HV battery under 8yr 120k warranty. Got to drive Cyberbeast as a loaner for 2 days while they replaced battery. Replaced 4 control arms and qualified me for an extended warranty after repair. Now it's only $60 a month for factory bumper to bumper warranty. Both agents who helped me were fast to respond and very pleasant. I bought my 2021 MYP in 2025, so far the ownership and warranty has been hands down better than any other vehicle if had. I don't think anyone wants to go to a dealership service center unless absolutely necessary. It usually takes planning to schedule time to go down. Fortunately Tesla makes it easy by allowing owners to schedule appointments on the app. I had a minor issue that didn't resolve itself when I restarted the vehicle twice so I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in. Shortly after I scheduled the appointment, I received a phone call from Tim at Tesla. I told him the issue and he asked if I was near my vehicle. Fortunately, I was. He was friendly and patient as he walked me step-by-step on how to easily resolve this common issue. Instead of wasting my time to go down, Tim was able to assist me in solving the problem over the phone in a matter of minutes. He even took the liberty to cancel my appointment for me. I love how efficient Tesla Service Center is! Thanks Tim! They were also able to assist me in the past regarding a safety check bracket for delivery of the vehicle and windshield wiper fluid issue (hose came loose). I was in and out within minutes. Can't say it's ever been this quick and painless at Mercedes or Lexus. read more

My overall experience with Tesla service has been great! I scheduled my wife's model Y to have it looked at since she experienced multiple warning lights turning on and 're-gen' also stopped working. Brought my car in and was checked in by James, their service manager, and I was impressed how quick and straight to the point everything went. I left after being there for about 10 minutes tops, was updated through the Tesla app periodically on the status of my vehicle, and was also given a loaner car which I had picked up during lunch time. Ultimately didn't need the loaner car as I was then notified around 2pm that my car would be ready to be picked up since all repairs were complete (a module was replaced). Luckily I work a couple blocks away so it wasn't a big hassle for me to go back and forth. Returned my loaner car around 5:30pm and drove off with my car 5 minutes later. No long wait times, no false updates, and no inconveniences. All checks in my book! Thank you James and team Tesla service! read more

Part 3 (of three): The finale. Pick up only happens on weekdays and the number they give you puts you in contact with someone on the mainland who cannot pronounce Auahi street. I rushed around for the next few days (I was expecting my Tesla in a month, not 3 days) trying to get my finances and insurance in order. I've never had to take out a loan, but I made it work even with my pretty busy work schedule. I was excited to get my new car. I take off of work early and go down to the Auahi (pronounces: ow-ah-hee) street location, loan check and personal check in hand. I wait 45 minutes while I listen to the Tesla workers talk story. Finally, I get up and ask how much longer it will be since I have to go back to work and the guy goes and gets someone from the back to help me. This new guy apologizes for the wait, and has me sign some documents after I hand him my checks (the service center manager had given me the wrong balance....so they would reimburse me later??? Sounds sketchy). He asks me to wait, at which point I check the news on my phone. "35k Tesla available online". WTF. I literally just signed my paperwork. Ok, I tell myself. It's ok. The nice interior is worth it. Hustling myself to and from the bank to make this work is worth it. Stressing out and leaving work early is worth it. The guy has disappeared. I have time to build the exact same model as I just purchased while I wait. It's $3,000 cheaper than what I just paid (more if you include taxes...). FML. My car just devalued $3,000 before I even sat in it. The guy comes back with his orientation person. I tell him that it seems a bit unfair that no one disclosed this information to me and I found out right after signing my papers. Deceiving much? I tell him I want to cancel my order and reorder it for $3,000 less. He's like, ok. Then I have doubts. Wtf did I just do? What will happen with my loan I just scrambled for? What about the $2,500 payment I made when I ordered my car? I have a little break down. Here I am, trying to purchase my first car, thinking I'm doing amazing things and being independent and getting a loan all by myself and I just lost $3,000 by not waiting another week to buy a car. I ask a guy sitting at a computer in the main room about returning the car the next day (I'm thinking about how I will be getting back to work) because I read on the Tesla website that you can return it within one calendar day. He belittles me and tells me, "absolutely not. There has to be a specific mechanical reason in order to return a car after you've left the lot". Well I guess I'm an idiot then for not being able to read. I start to cry. The manager lady comes in and tells me she'll include autopilot for free. I don't want autopilot. I want my money back. She tells me there is nothing she can do. The only guy who got it was the orientation guy. He was like, "you just wanna get out of here, don't you?" He sets up my phone key in 20 seconds and I leave. I literally drive away in my new car with tears streaming down my face. I'm pretty sure this is not how companies attract loyal customers. If I were to sum up my experience at the only Tesla service center on the island, I'd say.... Liars. They say the cheaper models won't be released for 6-12 months, then they get released 3 days later. They say they don't want you to be upset, but literally give you no other options that don't trash your money. Not only do they lie to your face, they scoff at the fact that you read the fine print and they didn't. Would I recommend this experience to anyone else? In the words of the Tesla service center worker himself: "absolutely not." read more

What I like was his sincere concern of my issues and his experience in identifying / highlighting areas to address! Instead of me returning 3-4 more time, he help me identify area to address! I really appreciated his empathy of my situation and absolute drive to get things right! He wasn't going through the motions but rather wanting to get my car right and make me a happy customer! Picked up new Tesla today that I ordered in January. The entire process was quick and efficient. Signed a few documents, handed over a check and they pulled my car around. Both service and sales representatives were friendly and responsive. Asked me if I needed help in setting anything ups. Car looked immaculate. They did a great job detailing inside and out. Tires shined the works. I keep looking for defects because you have 100 miles or seven days I believe and so far have found none. Very happy with the entire process from purchase to delivery. Walked in to get a wall charger. Already picked up car and rep said to come back if I decide to buy something. Came back 2 weeks. It was pretty packed compared to when I came in Sunday. When I came to pick up car it was only 2 reps. This time About 3 at counter, 4 in meeting room and 2 runners outside. Waited to see if I would get greeted.. nope. Went to counter and guy said,"we are not customer facing.". Mind you this was Wednesday at 1:30 pm. Turned to the woman and she said,"how can I help you?". I asked about wall charger and she pointed to the stack of wall chargers. Bought one and got out as soon as I could since I felt I welcomed. Guess I have to be picking a new Tesla to be considered a customer. This is supposed to be a service center and not customer facing... hmm Guess only if your picking up a Tesla your customer. When I took delivery of my Tesla, I had a few factory defects. The Tesla app makes requesting/scheduling service simple and convenient. It did take a few weeks for the replacement parts to come in but once they arrived, I was promptly contacted to schedule an appointment. Service was professional and friendly, addressing all my concerns. I'm very satisfied with the service provided but I'm hoping I won't need to visit the service center for a long time! Make sure you bring your key card, park in Tesla designated stalls only and if your service takes less than a day, expect to receive an Uber voucher in lieu of a loaner car. I hope they open more service centers as this is currently the only location and only open on weekdays. read more

I hope this is the right place to put this. But my 5* review is mainly for a service tech named James who came to service our car. We just bought a model 3 a couple of weeks ago and notice quite a few missteps in the car (body wise). We put in our service order on the app, but I was only allowed 1 service request on the app. I had about 4. We were scheduled and James came to our home on the North Shore. Not only was he early. But he was able to fix all the issues we had in one visit. He was kind, knowledgeable and prompt! Which made our whole experience worth it!!! Thank you Names for your outstanding work! read more

I must admit I'm a little biased. My wife and I both own Tesla's. The service center is very busy! They used to have concierge service where they would pick up your car wherever you are and hand you a loaner to use while they work on your vehicle. But not anymore. With the volume of teslas on this island increasing every day they cannot keep up with the demand for service. The service center itself is very clean and modern. With a nice waiting area with a coffee machine and a fridge full of water. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable about their product. The delivery experience with my first vehicle was unbelievable. They had champagne and crackers with the welcome sign. This was back in 2016. Fast forward to 2019 it is completely different. No champagne no crackers just a fake mighty leaf around the car LOL They are so busy that it is hard to get that concierge service. They also did away with the car washing services which is kind of a bummer because every other car service department washes their vehicles after service. I wish they at these brought this back. It would be great to have a clean car after service. But Tessa is a great product I cannot complain I'm very happy with the car itself. read more

Lots of customer service reps/check in areas but the waiting area for customers is small. Some that were waiting needed to stand or wait outside. Thankfully our diagnostic didn't take too long, but I can't imagine having to wait for a repair (or a diagnostic that may be more complicated) in that small area. read more

Well, I love Tesla. Absolutely love my car but this service center in Honolulu is a mess. I'm afraid to post exactly what they did wrong when I went in for a simple appointment in fear of retaliation from them but it's messed up. A blind person must be in the back working because simple, obvious and blatantly unexplainable mistakes are just mind boggling. It's like putting a black door on a white car. A silver rim on a car with three black rims. That kind of stuff and I I'm just truly disappointed and upset. I will only absolutely go back when I need to for Tesla-centric repairs. We are new to the Tesla fam but so far delivery and service has been great. I loved how they put the lei on the car when you pick it up. The service gentleman were friendly and informative. The parking lot at the service center is usually pretty full but the wait has never been long. I'm actually getting my license plate put on my car now as I'm writing this review. No appointment needed. The waiting lounge is comfy and offers keurig and cold bottles of water. I love the that the cups offer you to come back and reuse the cups. I had to drop my Model 3 off to get some things corrected after taking delivery. Canh was my service advisor who was extremely helpful throughout the intake process. He went over my list of corrections one by one and talked me through the process of what each fix would entail. I was worried he would be annoyed with some of the items on the list, however, he was very sincere about my concerns with each issue (even the small ones) and made me feel validated and important as a customer. At the end he pointed out a few things that he believed needed to be adjusted which I greatly appreciated. This speaks volumes in my book to Canh's dedication to good service and customer satisfaction. After the walk through, he set me up with a rental car through Enterprise (they didn't have any in house cars available). The car I was given was an original Model S. Getting a loaner to use while my car is being serviced was a plus. It was dropped off a tad dirty with water spots galore, however this is out of Tesla's control so I didn't fault them for it. This was my first service appointment through the service center here on Oahu and I left the parking lot extremely impressed. I haven't got my car back yet, but from my initial drop off experience, Canh passed with flying colors. read more
