I picked up the car from this dealership (Tesla dealership. m1018 E 20th St, Upland, CA 91784). Their team has the most careless/unprofessional business practice I have ever experienced. Disorder. Chaos. Unprofessional. Rude. Rushing large vehicle purchases. Not explaining important information regarding a VEHICLE TRANSACTION. None of the team-members informed me about anything significant regarding my car or account, aside from basic usage. I was NOT informed Billing (The bank who financed my loan, how to pay my loan, or what to expect in the mail) Unlocking and Locking/key card. Future vehicle services. How to retrieve my rebate. I was NOT informed about the 90 day deadline and lost my rebate. A phone number for assistance. I called the dealership many times and have never spoken with a person (909) 244-1884. Due to the poor business practice of the Tesla dealership in Upland CA I had to pay late fees to my new bank and I missed the deadline for my $7,500 rebate, which was a major selling point. The poor management of this dealership is responsible for these losses. I need someone to call me. This is your sign to not buy a Tesla, the car is literally a scam. I leased a model 3 through them and the car had nothing but issues from the get go. 1: The range is not accurate to the website, I had to charge this car at least twice a day and I did not commute. 2: The air smells like actual cheese, I thought maybe that it was cause it's a new car. NOPE I was wrong, they claim it's a common issue then want to charge me $400 to get it fixed. How was that my fault, I never got it fixed. 3: A couple months into owning the car the trunk wouldn't close on multiple occasions, I called their road side assistance cause I was not home and the trunk wouldn't close. The women stated that I can't force it shut and that I would need to have the car towed at my own expense. Again how is that my fault that the trunk won't close so I forced it shut. The trunk would get stuck open weekly, until it finally stopped working. I couldn't get it fixed for weeks, therefore I couldn't use the trunk and I couldn't get my graduation cap and gown out of my trunk. 4: The white "stain resistant " seats are let's say not stain resistant or just don't wear any type of denim. 5: The customer service is a joke you can't speak to a real person what so ever. 6: My key card stopped working for what ever reason, and I had to pay for a new one. 7. It's time to return my lease and they sent me a $7,000 bill!!!! They claimed my hub caps were mismatched which they aren't, they said I have to remove my tint when their website states that it is okay to tint a leased car, they charged me for buying a spoiler from Tesla and putting it on the car. And they are charging me a return fee like im sorry what, to give a car back? That's literally a joke. I was not made aware of this when I got the car or I would have just not got it. 8: someone had hit my car while it was parked, long story short it took Tesla 6 months to fix my car!!!!!! 9: The build quality of the car is a joke, body lines don't match up, the car creaks as if it's falling apart, the back passenger quarter window had no window casing on it and I noticed it while I was cleaning the car, I called tesla and informed them the car had a missing interior part that THEY forgot to put on the car and they hit me with a $600 quote, I didn't get it fixed. Every person I know that has had a Tesla absolutely hates the car. I got a BMW i4, 3 years free charging, and the car is fully loaded for a reasonable monthly payment. BMW delivers customer care and support. Do your research because I didn't I ended up biting the bullet when I made the choice to go with Tesla, oh and they are wanting me to pay $760 to return the lease and remove the tint lol, which I won't be paying. DO NOT BUY A TESLA this company only cares about taking money from their clients. They don't actually deliver any form of value to you or your well being. read more

The advisor named Shaynen told me that she will call and help me with all trade in because she told me that she discussed with trade in about the title and I can accept the trade in without title and I have been trying to call back but she never picked up the call and the guy named Peter told me that she will call me back and he was so rude . Even the DMV officer told me that any showrooms know that they just can fill up the transferred title form if we misplace the title. Very rude sales personnels and they even don't what they have to do and NO CALL BACk even you try to call back. My husband test drove a model X and Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions. Secondly, I took my model S in for service and Ignacio took the time to ensure I had a loaner vehicle to get back to work for the rest of the week. Lastly, when I picked up my vehicle from service, Gus and Matthew went above and beyond to complete my service needs upon checkout. The overall experience was horrible with upland Tesla. My car was neither detailed nor tested, and it was still qualified as a certified preowned. The car has a rattling sound, and it had splash marks on the glass roof. There were enough scratches on the outside of the car as well. When I made some noise during delivery, they buffed the car and removed the few scratches. But the inside of the car was still filthy. I have scheduled another follow-up appointment with Tesla, Palo Alto, and those guys are going to repair my car. They will detail the car and fix the rattling sound coming from the trunk. Horrible customer service/delivery team - was told everything was ready & approved, 2 weeks later was told the loan never went through, now because of their system we have to pay a higher APR. Based off reviews seems like this location does this to others so beware. The team at this location also told me they resubmitted my application with zero consent, when I questioned him, he went silent(most likely bullshit so he wouldnt have to help us anymore). After the car never showed up my Tesla app still said delivery and I then also saw an email from Joe about my appointment to pick up my car which I never made. I drove straight to Tesla they refused to give me my car and said to come back in 3 hours. They then changed my executed contract and made the delivery for the following day. My Tesla was having an issue with the window recalibration and then I had 2 recalls out on it. I scheduled an appointment and everything went very smooth. Worst management team and rude customer service. I bought 3 model y tesla, spent over 75,000$ each . I brought one in with only 1000 miles on the car. Brand new. The car shakes after reaching 70 miles per hour. They test drove the car and while it was shaking they said it wasn't shaking when it clearly was. They brought the car into their technicians, kept it for 2 hours, and said they found nothing wrong. I still have the same problem and they refuse to resolve it. I have 2 other model y's and none have this problem. I'll they insulted me as if I was lying and don't know what I'm talking about. It happened every single time I get on the freeway. I feel like the car is going to fall apart on the freeway. If your coming here for service. Becareful, they will insult you and not resolve your problem. I will hire a lawyer!
