Pro Glass saved the day after we took a road trip to Houston during the holidays to see family, and…read moreI was gifted a gravel rock cracking our windshield which was not repairable via a small chip. The recent cold has been shocking the spread of this crack, and with vehicles getting smarter and smarter these days, meaning a simple new windshield, requires camera recalibration to the glass being installed and what not. I called the Subaru dealership in Austin, since I wanted OEM parts, but since I was also going thru insurance with Geico, they said they wouldn't approve dealership prices with market rate payments associated to fixes of windshield repair. I found Pro Glass from local word of mouth, and they were so friendly, quick to get the invoice and claim thru to walk me thru the process of working with insurance and get me in the books with me explaining I wanted OEM glass installed since I imagine having the added extended warranty means I need to keep all the original pieces of my subaru if the eyesight or cameras start to fail later on. Amy and team were not only friendly, the quoted 2 hour wait since camera recalibration is included in the windshield repair, went by fast. I had access to WiFi to work out of their cozy waiting lobby area, paid my deductible and I was in and out before you knew it! All my stickers and toll tags were put back on and you'd never know this wasn't the original thing! Wizard windshield magic :) Thank you Pro Glass!!

Dustin Walton responded to all of my questions succinctly and transparently. Zero hard pressure sales. Just info ... and provided faster than I could have imagined. No push to get me into to see the sales team. Just great info and the most competitive prices and largest selection I found in Texas. I knew the cost and the breakdown, had the window stickers for the two cars I was deciding between, and was ready to drive the hour to Austin to check them out and decide. I left the house having researched the vehicles and confident that their quoted offers were the best I had seen to date. Got to the dealership and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jake Hudson helped us out with the vehicles. No hard pressure sales techniques. No attempts to upsell. Just gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for us. I already knew the cost and what was on the vehicle ... so when I made my decision. Paperwork was straight forward and Mike Escalante, the finance manager, put together our paperwork. He was great to work with. Once he knew what we cared about and what we didn't ... he answered our questions and made several suggestions that were huge benefits for us. He owned the same vehicle we were purchasing, so he was very helpful and also gave his personal insight as an owner. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years. I usually do internet research and prefer to negotiate the specifics of the deal before I get to the dealership. Some places try and get you in ... and then try and figure out how to add in the costs to maximize the dealer profit to your detriment. Many try and get you into the dealership and then play the game where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager while you just sit and wait. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, it took months of negotiations with multiple dealerships to get to a good deal. Because of Mazda's approach ... and the professionalism and approach of their folks, I was able to get everything I needed within 1/2 day and the vehicle was purchased by that evening. This is a great dealership with a great vehicles ... highly recommend them!

They're open until 7 where other shops nearby who do inspections were already closed I will Monday. So it was a no brainer to come here. The shop music is so loud with a lot of people working. I'm talking club loud, where the walls are vibrating. Whatever to keep them motivated I guess. The smell of rubber was overwhelming for my nose that I was sneezing from how strong the smell was. Fortunately the wait was only 30 minutes so I wasn't in there long. The parking lot is shared with other businesses and there's options to park. I don't know what was inspected but my seat settings were changed and the headlight's settings were off. Other than that, I was happy to get my car inspected in a timely manner and they were close by.
