Was quoted crazy prices from body shops in Fort Worth that were unreasonable for us, considering the vehicle is only worth ~$5000. Turned down by PDR shops for the damage being too large. We needed something affordable and something reasonable given the age of the vehicle with quality results- which is a tough ask! Otherwise, we'd need to go ahead with a panel replacement and spend ~$2000+ After speaking with this business, we had quick replies (minutes), quick scheduling (avail in less than 2 days), a fast turnaround (less than 2hrs), clear communication (on yelp scheduling & over text), an incredibly fair price ($500 in this case), great convenience (came out to friend's apartment and was able to do everything in the garage) and great quality results! All positive things to say, definitely would work with Tony again! Check out the before and after to see how bad the damage was and how it looks now, we were quite pleased, paint came out great, most of the originally massive dent was evened out, and now the whole area is looking good as new from many angles! Would recommend! Friend was happy with the results :)

I wasn't happy with the initial outcome and was worried I would be stuck with something I wasn't satisfied with. Lucky for me these guys are the best and did everything (despite the ice storm) to make things right. After my vehicle was redone it looked brand new! I have a complex paint and honestly they couldn't have done any better! Thank you for being honest and great at what you do Mobile Auto Body!

However, I believe consumers should be aware that I was required to sign a repair authorization before the shop would prepare an estimate for my insurance claim. My vehicle was non-operational and was brought in for evaluation. The shop concluded the clutch was the source of the problem and began extensive body teardown work as part of the estimation process. After the vehicle was returned to me, I had the transmission removed and the clutch components were found to be largely intact. The actual problem appears to have been internal engine damage rather than a clutch failure. What surprised me most was the extent of the teardown performed before I understood what would be involved. At one point, major body panels had been removed from the vehicle even though no repair work had been authorized beyond the estimate process. After I raised concerns with both the shop and my insurance company, all charges were waived and the vehicle was reassembled and returned to me. The truck appears to have been put back together properly and in substantially the same condition it was in before the teardown. Based on my experience, I would recommend that customers ask detailed questions about what authorizations are being requested, what teardown work may be performed during the estimating process, and whether the shop is performing a body estimate, a mechanical diagnosis, or both.

I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up. This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years. They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!! I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. I will always use them for my auto body repair needs, I think you need to go down there check them out. Ask for Peyman, he's the man...

DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. They backed up the work they originally did and my car looked new once again...no charge! I was impressed with their commitment to doing great work and pleasing the customer! I have become a customer for life! They have earned my business with 5 Stars. Thank you Peyman and Pouya!

This problem started one week after my repairs were finished and never happened prior to the repairs at Caliber. I did not take my car back for a remedy immediately because I was told I have a lifetime warranty and I did not want to wait three months to get my car back like I originally experienced at the time of the initial repair. There was a strange, little, rude man at the front desk who spoke quickly and with a heavy accent who was no help. There was also an older woman who refused to give me her name and told me she couldn't help me and suggested I take my car elsewhere. I later found out her name was Christy. I don't feel it's fair that my car is damaged and has issues after taking my car to this location for repairs, and other people pass off my problem as if they are unable to assist. There was a young man who did assist (unfortunately I did not get his name) who said he'd look into this. It seems like I might not get help unless I complain. I had a terrible experience the first time that later turned out to be a good experience but only after the regional manager stepped in. It's unfortunate that I received such a brush-off from Christy who gave great service to the customer after me. She's obviously capable of assistance but just chooses who she will properly do her job for. I'd like assistance with repairing my car alarm and will not be happy until the repairs are properly completed.
