Got my nails done after seeing the Instagram. Should have yelped it first but I was rushing and didn't. Nails lifted days later. Posted is the convo and the nails. He was very professional and made it seem like I was agitating him by being there. I asked for the person who did the nails in the picture to do mine and he assured me everyone in his shop was great and capable (HA!) I did appreciate him seeing if I could come in but what difference would that make his the whole set is ruined? 1- I'm a business owner. I work 12-14 hour days. Can't come get my nails done Willy Nilly 2- why would I pay twice for something you couldn't get right once? ‍ why are you giving me a discount for another botched job? 3- GOOD nails don't lift PERIOD!!! Oh, and don't come too close to closing. He will tell you they're already closed just because he doesn't feel like working anymore. It happened to two people while I was there. Kane is a fast smooth talker, simply to distract you from the poor service to be provided. I made an appointment with Kane only to be given another nail tech. Everything I asked for turned into an argument. I asked to remove my previous set of nails, the nail tech proceed to file off my previous set instead of soaking off as requested ensuring me that it would not harm my nails. LIE. This is the WORST nail shop I have EVER been to. I decided to try them b/c Instagram. Keith was real cool when I got there. Him and another lady persuaded me to get this cool red color. (Btw they have a very small collection of color powder). After I get them done a realize it looks like I already need a refill, but it had already been a long day and they were at closing so I just left. Two days later, a Sunday, a nail pops off while I was doing absolutely nothing. I have been getting my nails done for years & never had a nail break, so I wait til Monday to call Keith and he said come in, I'll fix it for free. On my way to the shop ANOTHER NAIL BREAKS!!!! At this point I'm stressed. I get there & Keith is not as friendly as when I initially met him. Guess he's mad my nails broke. And ironically, there are TWO other people there to get their nails fixed as well. So I get my nail fixed and he tried to say it will be $5.. NO YOU TOLD ME FREE SO ITS FREE! So he lets me go. I get home and about 6 hours later one of the nails I got fixed BREAKS AGAINNNNNNNN!!! At this point, I'm just over it & just wear my hand for another week, I'm where another pops off.. and we t somewhere else for a new set. read more

Extremely disappointed. If you don't go to Keith, you risk not getting quality work done. I've had to shape my own nails over and over to get the desired shape that I originally wanted. My pedicure was not relaxing, and the paint messed up as soon as I left. I was there for over 3 hours so it should've been dry. All in all, $80 spent for me to have to redo everything. read more

Let me start off by saying I don't leave reviews so I'm not the one to complain, but I personally wish I would've checked on here first! STORY TIME. PSA; there's no point of making an appointment, you won't get the person or time u ask for. First time I came here, I came in for a full set & pedicure, had an appointment with Keith. While I got there he was finishing up (I assumed) so I asked to look at their color options, and was told to look up their instagram...so I chose my color and he started on my nails, not even 10 minutes in and he tells me to move to get started on my pedicure, anyways fast forward my basic 45 min pedicure. Keith finally continues on my nails and last about an hour and a half to finish and the only reason is because he keeps stoping to smoke or be on his phone. (Almost 2 1/2 hrs there that day ) Unfortunately, I give 2nd chances and come back for a refill a week and half later, which was my mistake. Again not too many ppl are there so I expect to be in & out, a lady starts on my refill and takes the LONGEST time to do anythingg, she puts a coat on my nails, I guess to strengthen the nails idk and one of my nails starts to burn, I have very weak nails so I expected a little sensation but it kept burning more than usual. I told her it's burning really bad, can I go wash my hands she's like no, no wait. So I did because I didn't want to ruin the nails, but the burning would not stop! As I'm getting irritated, Keith notices I'm uncomfortable and hears me complaining about the burning, they start talking loudly in their language and starts to spray my nails with alcohol and tells me to go wash my hands. At that point I'm heated, literally, and I want to leave but my nails are half way done. She continues to finish as they're still talking in their language (I guess giving her a lecture, if nails burn=not good) He ends up leaving and as shes shaping my nails she starts to cut me, I let her know and she just moves on to the next nail. By the time she buffing my nails is when she finally realized she cut me she's like oh! Puts alcohol on it and giggles and says sorry. By this time anybody would've got up and left but I had a wedding that afternoon and needed something on my nails. I ask her how much longer is this going to take, I'm ready to go, ( I had been there about 2 hours, JUST FOR A REFILL) she just nods and giggles and says sorry, fast forward to the end when my nails are drying under the LED light I remove my hand to place the other one and a different lady that works there walks up to us and looks at my nails and they start talking in their language, instantly the lady that was working on my nails tells me "it's because you move" I look at her like what?! First of all I didn't even complain about it. At that point I'm fed up give her my card to charge me so I can leave and as she's running my card the other lady that walked up to us starts buffing my whole hand over again because she knew that ladies work was crap! Worst experience of my life, to top it off the lady even asked for tip LMAO. You definitely get what you pay for. read more

I made an appointment at 1:00 and wasn't seen till 3:00 ( i am fully aware the logical person would have left) but i really liked their work i saw on Instagram so wanted to give them a chance. They had took absolutely forever to do everyone's nails (hint the two hr wait) at most they were only 5 customers in the salon. Came here with my friend because we were recommended by a friend. We both went in for regular pedicures & a full set. There was only one lady there to work. There was a man who I believe could have been the owner because he just sat around on his phone the whole time. They ended up calling someone else to come in to help. Our nails weren't spectacular. I'll leave pictures (it's only been 3 days since I've gotten them done). In the end only I got the full set put on because there weren't many color choices & they didn't know how to do an ombré effect like my friend wanted so she just decided to not get them done. Nails overall: paint chips bumps and shape is not all even with each finger. Toes: look clumpy & sore from getting cut while she cleaned my cuticles. Would I recommend, I'll have to pass. I decided to try this nail shop based off pics on IG and it was not the best decision I've made! I booked my appointment with Keith, when I arrived there was one other lady and me in the shop. I thought cool I am on time and the shop isn't busy. Keith greeted me I told him I had an appointment for a full set. He asked me if I wanted a pedicure and despite the bad reviews I read about their pedicures I decided to get one. I wanted to give them a fair chance. The pedicure was basic even tho I was charged for deluxe. Not sure what was deluxe about the pedicure or the stained towels the lady used on my legs and feet. She didn't use the color I picked and when I told her it was the wrong color she said no and kept painting and left the color I didn't pick and then decides to put 2 top coats of the color I wanted. So yah I have 3 layers of thick polish that smudged once I left. Back to my full set. Keith was apparently busy cleaning up his station for 15 mins and 2 other ladies walked in wanting nails and said they wanted him to work on them. He told them he would be with them soon so of course I was confused. Anyways he had some lady start my nails and I sat there patiently waiting and confused to see if he would acknowledge me at some point. I was trying to be nice and have faith that this lady would do a decent job or she was starting my nails and he would finish. Long story short he played me since I sat there quietly he left me with this lady and decided to take the walk ins and my nails are all uneven, crocked, some are WAY too thick from too much acrylic, some are filed too skinny! I JUST CANT! The lady did one hand one way and my left hand another way. I kept telling her my nails aren't straight she was telling me "no I'm not done" I decided to give up telling them I didn't like my nails so I could hurry and leave! When I finally mentioned something to Keith about my appointment and why he put me with someone else, he basically put it back on me saying I should have said I booked with him when I walked in. REALLY BRO! You are the one accepting appointments and I was the only one who walked in saying they had an appointment! He said when I come back he will take care of me! Ummm NO! I left with nails I hate and have my baby shower this weekend so now I will have to pay another $100+ to get my nails and toes fixed! This was my first time getting a mani (acrylic) and pedi and sadly I will not be returning. I arrived at 11am and was quickly attended to for my pedi. They did a great job. I was done in about 40 minutes. From 11:50 until about 3:30 I was there JUST for my mani. There are a couple of reasons why I will not be returning. For starters, I arrived with my sister who had an appointment at 11 but didn't get her mani until about 2...WITH an appointment. Secondly, When other customers walked in that wanted to be attended by him, he told them that he had to attend to my sister and I first then he could help them. So I waited and waited for him to finish up with his clients then my sister so he could do my mani. While he was doing my sisters mani, he decides to tell me that one of his other people will be attending to me...so that entire time while people came in left and right and were attended by the other employees, I could've been getting my mani instead of waiting for 2+ hours?? I've been coming to get my nails done from Kieth for a while along with my sister. He's always been good. Recently I've started coming back again and I just have not been satisfied at all. First, I go inside to see how full it was and kieth greets me and says he will be able to do me and my mother in laws nails in 15 minutes. So I decide to stay and wait. I ask him how much for an acrylic set of French nails and he's says "$50 because it's 2 colors" I tell him that's fine it's for my mom in law and I just want 1 color. He puts me with a different lady just to get my nails "ready" and does the same for my mom in law. She ends up putting the whole nail on besides the color and messes up the shape badly. Then kieth switches me to another chair halfway through my manicure so another girl could start her nails with the lady I was at. Then I waited an 1 1/2 hours for him to finish the girl he was doing before he got to mine. He ended up finishing with the color on my nail and trying to fix the shape. He left them crooked and too thick. I left paying $100 for our nails and I wasn't satisfied at all especially having to wait 3 1/2 hours to get our nails done. To top it off, I messaged kieth about my nails and he told me to come and he would fix it. He made it worse by just filing it and telling me to wash my hands.
