Good old school family steak house. Highly recommend looking at the steaks as you go in so you know what to order, at least for me you can make a good choice that way. The green beans were awesome. The waiter was more than helpful. Brought me a sampler of four of their sides was able to make a better choice. Tried the chili and the flavor is really good except using ground beef with all that steak available is a sin in my opinion. I would pay a bit more for that chili with steak instead of hamburger. Service was absolutely awful because we didn't get service! I had called a week before to let the manager of this location know that I was having a birthday dinner there. He told me to call an hour ahead on the date, which was November 2nd at 7:30 PM and they would be able to accommodate. I did what he said and called an hour ahead and told them for 8 people. I get there and we are all waiting and I get the text the table is ready, I go up to the host stand and they say oh it almost ready like 5 more minutes. We waited for another 15-20 more minutes, got another text saying the table was ready and went to the stand and the rude host still said oh it's almost ready. How long does it take to get a table ready? Then they tried to argue i only said 4 people on the phone when I had people with me when I called and heard me say 8. As someone who doesn't usually frequent chain restaurants, I frickin' love this place. It's consistently good. My boyfriend and I fell in love with Andrew and Blake. They are the best. I worked in f&b for over a decade and I wish I could've just replicated these two dudes to make a complete staff when I was a manager. I can't say enough about them. It's a food chain. They have their standards. Food usually is pretty good. If something is not to your liking, they will fix it without issue. I do recommend staying with the beef dishes. The chicken is hit or miss. read more

We ate at this location while visiting Denver and it was everything I've come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. No disappointments, great staff (our server was Maddie and she did an amazing job!
