This place was picked out by one of my alumni as the spot for our summer meeting, it was packed! But very efficient! Our waitress was really on top of it! The food was savory and delicious! The bread and butter starter is so good! I had a strawberry lime spritz that was very refreshing especially in this heat! My steak was cooked just how I asked, and I enjoyed my sides! Great experience! Check them out if you are in the area!

We got right in, the place was pretty but we got a nice two seat table which made it a cozy meal, and I liked it. The waitress we were assigned did allow us to sit with drinks empty for a while and I went to seek out my own to go boxes when I hadn't seen her for a while. The place was pretty busy so I understood but it wasn't ideal. The food was good and who doesn't like the rolls!?!?

You simply can't go wrong with Texas Roadhouse. The rolls? Fantastic. The green beans? THE BEST GREEN BEANS IVE EVER HAD. The ribeye steak? Very very good but I think you can cook the same level of steak at home for cheaper. Still worth it for a night out.

If you're looking to eat good but not break the bank- look no further! This is a staple for me & my daughter. Service was great but those 2-tops HAVE TO GO!!! It felt like people were knocking into us the whole time and I get it, it was Sunday so of course it was packed. But the way the restaurant is laid out is like they threw the 2-top tables in last minute. When I made the online "waitlist" submission, I should have said 3 people. Anywho, I'll be back soon I'm sure and I'll be doing just that!

If you would like to place a Togo order over the phone you're better off driving to the actual store and placing your order inside and waiting for it to be done. I've been waiting for my Togo order to be taken for over 10 minutes now on hold listening to the terrible song about Texas Roadhouse on repeat. This experience doesnt change from past experiences either. Always whenever I call to place a Togo order this happens. All I can say is I love the rolls this company offers but this locations management needs to tighten up with the phone orders because not everyone has access to an app or a phone with that. I have an iPhone and actually have the app. I ordered with the app and I'm still on hold. It's amazing. The only reason I called is because my wife is old school about ordering things to make sure they got the order and the computer didn't mess up which is fine. I get it. Answer the Togo order phone for crying out loud. This is honestly worth a no star review considering the uncleanliness of half of the restaurant near the bathrooms being unusable and almost everywhere else because of the stench from the bathrooms. Good luck management. You guys need an overhaul.

It was good nothing special. The Caesar has change I haven't been in over a year. And felt a little rushed. The dirty soda was good .

Do you ever go to a chain restaurant expecting the worst--but get the best? I am just floored almost beyond words. Almost. I supported a friend's grandchild's fundraiser. I merely donated because I don't frequent Texas Roadhouse. So I was surprised when my friend brought a gift card. I was thinking to myself, "How will I ever spend this?". Well, today actually presented itself as I needed to pick up items at Best Buy and drop off FedEx envelopes at Office Depot. It was a 30 minute wait, which I was pretty much ready to anywhere but there. But to my surprise, my normally impatient husband plead that we just wait it out. We were pretty tired, so just sitting and watching the people almost seemed better that going back into the wind and cold. The place was packed as usual. Elbow to elbow room till we finally were seated. Our server, Allison came to our table and greeted us warmly and was happy--which if you saw how busy and jam packed it was--you just wouldn't, couldn't expect anything extraordinary. But Allison suggested drinks--like I'm sure she was supposed to do. But her mood--was welcoming! The menu did not have prices for alcohol. We were interested in the wine offerings and did not want sticker shock so we inquired what the prices of the two Cabernets they offered. We expected pushback from our server--but she didn't! She asked and reported back with a smile. We ordered a bottle, prime rib 16oz each. I knew deep down I couldn't eat it all and that a take away bag would be necessary. But I was starving by that time--no breakfast or lunch. We were blown away by what we were served, promptly, mind you, even before our salads! Any other time we would have complained--but our food came out and we were just dumbfounded at the size of the prime rib and stunned it was cooked perfectly to order. The veggies were over cooked, but that paled in comparison to the service and the food. We ate like kings!! We felt compelled to ask for Allison's manager to brag on her. She was excellent!!! If you are blessed to have her as your server, tip her well! She does her job very well, and you will have a surprisingly wonderful meal! I love it when a chain shocks me!

All in all, I've said it before n I'll say it again! Great spot! Amazing Staff! :) everything is consistent in every location we've been to, today we it wasn't as packed with made it a lot more enjoyable I think!

My husband is very ill, but to get him out, I suggested a good steak at the place we have been to many times over 8 years. But, that has come to an end! The hostess never smiled and was disgusted to even be there. Then our waitress did smile but never came back to the table after food delivered. Food was just blah. French fries are cooked in grease not compatible with good tasting. There are too many places to eat around this area and is it really too much to ask to be treated well? Guess so at Texas Roadhouse in Avon, Indiana. Keep driving past!!

Back to the meal...since it was my lunch before a yoga class, I took my lunch to Carmel, IN (USA). As I'm trying my best to depict how juicy, tender, & zero what's that I'm chewing on in a typical hamburger wasn't a thing for me, simply won't suffice. It was still warm & freaking delicious. TBH, the standard of bison reminded me of a restaurant in Custard Park. SD (USA), Ford's prolly better. Why? Bc I ate this burger yesterday, Custard Park was last year ;). The fixings is what I found most delightful. Ford's bison burger is a perfect blend of deliciousness. Exactly crafted by a staple of our beautiful country, America...became inspiring to this Hoosier. It was delicious and nicely fruity and not too sweet. I've never drank before, but my boyfriend said it tasted like the original kind. They have a pretty extensive beer list here, and many of them are local choices. For appetizer, we got the couscous Mac and cheese balls. These are pretty close in nature to arancini, but with more cheese. My main course was their weekend dinner special, with prime rib accompanied by white cheddar mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. The prime rib was absolutely amazing, nice and tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also great and are a very smooth consistency. For dessert, of course we had to get a pizookie! The triple chocolate delivers on its name. Served hot, it is well worth the wait after two courses of deliciousness. They have TVs around the bar area that have sports on. At the time, basketball and nascar had the most coverage. I wish they had the closed captioning on, since that makes it easier to tell what goes on if you're not right at the bar. The bathroom is kept clean there. My boyfriend and I are sure to come back on the weekday special going on, with select entrees and pizookies for $13 - what a deal! Hopefully this is sooner rather than later!

TVs were everywhere, and with the Final Four game on, it made the vibe even better with music playing throughout the patio. Our server, Dajiah, was friendly and gave great recommendations, which we appreciated. For a bigger crowd, she was on it. For drinks, I had the Pineapple Smash (crown whiskey and double shot) and it was very good, definitely one of my favorites. I also tried the Blackberry Smash, which was just as good. My husband ordered a Blue Moon since they didn't have Mango Cart. He later tried to order a whiskey sour but ended up with a whiskey bound, which he didn't care for, though I thought it was decent. We started with the garlic knots appetizer with cheese and marinara, and those were good. For my meal, I had the salmon, which normally comes with rice and another side, but I swapped for a side salad and broccoli. I really enjoyed my salmon and broccoli. I got turned off from my salad because of one small issue. There was a hair in my side salad, but they handled it. They took it back immediately after I informed our server, remade it, and our server also offered to remove it from the bill, which I appreciated. My husband got the smash burger and fries, he said it was really good. It was a great time with good food, fun energy, and a lively patio setup. Definitely a spot for good vibes and accommodating to a larger crowd.

This time with my husband and told him it was pretty good. We were seated very quick, it was around 11 am and it's a Thursday. The server took our order but forgot to bring my water. I got the "Mad Platter" which comes with three eggs, three meats, fried potato's (or grits), toast, and a pancake or French toast. I asked for well done eggs, which means the top part is cooked, which I explained to the server. When I got my eggs back they were completely runny. I just ate them as was because I don't mind runny eggs, I just wasn't particularly in the mood for them. It came with a ton of sausage. The toast came out cold but everything else was okay. I asked again for my water. She didn't bring it out when she came to give us something but got it afterwards. We were a party of 5 so we had some dishes and cups piling up. The server NEVER picked up anything from the table. Leaving it cluttered. Then, before asking if we were done or if we had anything we needed she brought us the check. And then just told us we didn't have to rush. You should always make sure your patrons are done before giving them the check, it's just common courtesy. She never returned to our table. My husband complained the syrup was runny. And the biscuits and the gravy was dry. Overall mid food, not sure if they got a new cook but it wasn't anything to write home about. The service was blah and definitely needs improvement. The first server I had when I first visited was really nice and attentive.
