    Lamb Porterhouse Chops
    Christine W.

Located within Indiana Grand Casino, this steakhouse has delicious lamb chops and filet mignon with all the sides you could ever want! The food, expectedly, did take about 30-45 minutes to come to the table which our awesome waitress warned us about when ordering the medium rare lamb chops (average cooking time she said)! Our experience was awesome and albeit on the pricier end, we'll definitely find a reason to be back for more.

    My great meal.

Since moving from indy to Shelby County we are always looking for a good place to eat. we were wanting a steak so we went to Center Cut. it is located inside Indian Grand Casino. We have been to Sullivan's in Indy and loved it. But the price was high and the portion small. Center Cut the price was basically the same but the portions were huge. The steak was perfect the potato was the size of a child's head, and the lobster mac is to die for. we got seated early, the food came to us quickly. Everybody was very attentive. There was a small problem with the table next to us so it took longer for my waitress to get me my boxes and check out then it did to take to get our food to us. I will be going back and I definitely recommend this place

Honestly, wow. This place not only looks really great, very sexy, but had incredible food. Seriously. I really wasn't expecting much but their chef is amazing. The ambiance outs top notch. There's a piano player and a wall of wine to the right, a beautiful bar in the center and initiate seating all around. The menu is pretty reasonable for a steak house and many typical steakhouse items. We started with the shrimp cocktail which came out as 4 enormous prawns. And honestly, their cocktail sauce is just as good as st Elmo without the crazy burn. Nick had the filet which he rated an 8 out of 10. I had a bite and would absolutely order it for myself sometime. We had the Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes for a side. The potatoes were great but the Brussel sprouts were amazing. They have a great bacon flavor. I ordered the goat cheese crab fondue appetizer. Omg it's amazing. We were warned it wad big so I decided that would be my entree. Now I also have a great snack for later. The service was great too. The lady bartender has worked here since the place opened and was wonderful to chat with. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but ill definitely be back and I hope you see her again!

Very good atmosphere. I felt like the family style sides were enough for three people. Our server Kyle was fabulous. He provided multiple wine selections based on our food choices. I got a ribeye steak that was cooked to perfection. It's worth going to this restaurant even if you don't want to go to the casino in my opinion. I would put their menu up against any high-end steak restaurant in Indianapolis. Absolutely a diamond in the rough.

This was our first meal here and we were very pleased with our experience. We began with some cocktails and the bar can seriously make a drink! We ordered a cheese fondue appetizer (minus crab) and a tuna tartare. Both appetizers were excellent. The cheese was extra creamy and the bread that accompanied it was perfect for the cheese. The tuna was incredibly fresh and very filling. We were already getting quite full, so we split the pork chop with a side of mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli. We were given a slice of chocolate cake for dessert and we were able to take it home with the rest of our leftovers. One really nice feature is that they will hold your food in the cooler while you go into the casino, and you can pick it up anytime before the restaurant closes for the night!

Super delicious!! The service is amazing also! Honestly not what I expected from a restaurant at a small casino but I was very surprised & highly satisfied! I had the strawberry lemon drop martini, filet and lobster mac-n-cheese! Yummy & I can't wait to go back!!

Okay I'm a steak snob having had worked at Ruth Chris for awhile. This place beats Ruth Chris with ease! Great service (they didn't have gingerale so the bartender 'Kyle' made some), and perfectly executed food. The prices really are great for the quality and portion too! Warm, comfortable, cozy atmosphere. I'm coming back here every time I'm in town.

This steakhouse was a surprising find inside the casino. Service was good as was the meal. I had the spinach salad and Cabernet steak. Love the salad and the steak was cooked just right and very tender. We will return.

I had the filet mignon Oscar style, rack of lamb, and lobster macaroni and cheese. Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. We sat next to the pianist and felt like we were somewhere in Vegas. Nope. Just a diamond in the rough of Shelbyville, Indiana. I've been here twice now. It's probably my favorite place to sit down and eat at this point.

We joked we didn't know who owned the place because every person there treated it as if it were their own. Super cute bistro vibe- our food was incredible! The shrimp cocktail, is a must! Massive shrimp! The beef Wellington bites, absolutely next level!! So glad we ordered those- they were the best! The tomato bisque soup came with a little grilled cheese sandwich - such a great touch! It was also one of the best tomato bisque soups we've had. Nailed it! The french onion soup was unlike anything we've ever had before, and incredible! The croissant toast with the cheese was such a treat! We were in town for a babyshower and wanted to grab a quick lunch- or a couple apps, and a glass of wine before as the shower was more snacks. The suggestions for us were wonderful. I'm sure it's great for dinner too! This place was above and beyond across the board and we can't wait to come back when we meet the new baby! We aren't from Pendleton, but raved to all at the shower that if they were local, they must check it out! Amazing spot! Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had the crab cakes and crab & artichoke dip for apps and our lunch entrees were the fried catfish sandwich with fries and the filet with mashed potatoes and collard greens. For bevvies, we tried their rosé and red zeppelin English ale. All of it, every bit and bite, was 10/10. Food breakdown: - Crab cakes: succulent lump crap meat within a lightly battered and flash fried coating. They come on a bed of arugula with a light dressing and dipping sauce for the cakes. Super yummy! - Crab & artichoke dip: ooey gooey deliciousness, perfect balance of cheese sauce too. You don't have to search for the crab or artichokes. And the fried naan chips were sliced long and thin, and could've been called naan fries actually. Perfect companion for the dip. - Fried catfish sammich: the piece of fish was huge and the batter was good. It came on Texas toast with fixins and tartar sauce. Won't lie, the only thing I wanted for was some hot sauce. That's a me problem... just gotta have hot sauce when I eat fried fish but I didn't ask for any while I was there (they may offer it) and still very much enjoyed the sandwich. - Filet: it was great... hubby got it medium and it arrived perfectly cooked. The Demi glaze sauce was so good and so were the sides. Their collard greens are seasoned up! I said does my auntie work here?! This cuisine is so comfortingly southern and didn't disappoint. Shoutout to our friendly and helpful server, Dan... our food and drinks came out quickly and so did our to-go box. His service was truly top notch. We have been living in Carmel for 5 years and this is one of the best restaurants here. If you're on the fence about trying this place, jump off and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

I've had Juniper on Main saved in my collections for a while and this past weekend (Memorial…read moreDay/Race weekend) we decided to give them a try while attempting to avoid the crowds that were sure to be present in others parts of the city. This place is small...much smaller than I had imagined. In my opinion, there isn't really a good seat in the house, literally, because the restaurant is a converted home in a residential setting. Each and every table is either by the front door, near the kitchen, or restroom-adjacent. It also seemed like they were having some plumbing issues or something, because one area was blocked off making the seating situation even more limited. It was nice out, so we probably should've dined on the patio. Our server never introduced himself by name, so I didn't learn that tidbit of info until we got the bill. We ordered the deviled eggs flight, which he told us that he couldn't tell us about because "it's different every time". He did check for any allergens, which was thoughtful. The deviled eggs themselves were very much a blank canvas and the toppings were the entire show. Server asked if we wanted to play egg roulette or if we wanted him to tell us what they were. We wanted to know, so he pointed to each...extremely close, and I was so distracted by his finger hovering so dangerously close to my food that all I heard was "chimichuri". I have no clue what the others were. Oh, I think one was chili crisp! I also had the crab cake and loved the aioli that it was served with. My husband had the BLT, which comes with an egg on it and is served on Texas Toast. He's not a fan of Texas Toast, but he enjoyed the sandwich. If I were rating this on food alone, it would be 4 stars, but the cramped atmosphere and level of service brings it down to a 3 for me.

Gladly when it was our turn the young lady that took my name down remembered because he was totally calling out a whole different name, could have been missed had she not been up there or if I wasn't paying attention. Got seated. Our server was very nice and helpful since it was my first time. Chloe did an excellent job by explaining how the boil works and flavoring etc. we ordered lemon drop martinis. Unfortunately they missed the mark. They definitely were not prepared properly which is fine but I guess it's my fault considering it's not known for their drinks. No hard feelings I drank mine. I ordered hush puppies to start...definitely need some more of these! Flavorful and the sauces it came with were delicious. I ended to dipping mine in my boil bag and let me just say that was AMAZING. I ordered the scallops and shrimp and added the boiled eggs for an extra charge of $2.95. Very delicious very tasty and the garlic lemon Cajun mild was a great choice. Everything was cooked exactly right and the seasoning was on point it wasn't overly salty or spicy and yet wasn't even an ounce of bland. I of course took my half home and glad she wrapped it up good so nothing leaked out. Needless to say the bag boil was very good and definitely would go back.
