We come through twice yearly. This locale is consistent every time. The ribs are super tender, right off the grill, sauced perfectly and the yummy honey buns are superb. The manager here deserves an award as there is definitely a knowledge of how to pace the cooking so food is warm and fresh and the quality is consistent. This locale is leaps and bounds better than the Kennesaw, GA and Tracy, CA locations. For instance, the Tracy, CA location sometimes serves you a rib rack that is basically a big chunk of ribs that are more like a solid piece of thick pork shoulder where you can't tell where the meat is located as it's so thick and tough, something that should never be served to customers. read more

Texas Roadhouse, what can I tell you that you probably don't already know? Well, this location does an excellent job at pretty much everything! I don't think you can beat this place, for the value! The appetizers are great, they have tremendous selection, you should check the menu for everything that's there. We really love their blooming onion, as well as the shrimp bites, fried pickles and more. One of the really cool things is, you can pick out the steak you want as you are coming in. Appetizers are also on display, as well as getting your bread. It feels like the atmosphere in every location is pretty similar. It's a really down home kind of country atmosphere, where a long time ago you would eat your peanut and throw the shells on the floor! But that ended with Covid. They have a really great bar area which pretty much anything you could want, with the number of TV showing sports event. Stopped by today and had some really disappointing Texas Fried Sirloin. The gravy had a very odd sweet taste to it that made it taste very off. I will come back for the great service, but will never get the cream gravy again. Keep this in mind if you stop by. Fish fried hard just the way I like it! This location was so busy on a Sunday but I was seated immediately with a mouth watering craving for fish. Our waitress arrived in seconds and delivered sweet teas a minute afterwards. I stuffed my face as the food danced in my belly! Definitely fresh and great quality! Even though they were PACKED on a Tuesday she has time to be more than just a waitress for us. One thing that's really great about this place is while everywhere prices have been going up, the prices here are not much different than 5 years ago. My family and I love this restaurant and have never gotten a bad steak here. We've been going to this one and other ones in the metroplex for more than 20 years. I was surprised to see that they have downsized their side salads. The salad used to spill onto the sides of the plate but no more. We asked the manager and he did admit to "shrinkflation". It was odd though because all it would have taken to fill our plates was a bit more romaine lettuce. I've deducted one star for the small side salad. Otherwise, highly recommend. read more

I wish I was exaggerating, but my husband's Caesar salad came with dead bugs in it. At first my husband thought maybe it was just a piece of seasoning or a burnt crumb until he looked closer and realized there was an actual bug sitting in the salad. October 2025 update: Another bad experience with poor service. It seems the range of quality for the servers is from very good to very bad. Tonight it was very bad. The Manager needs to be more on top of how the servers are paying attention to the customers. In our case after I got up the 1st time to go to the server counter to request drink refills from another server; you would think the server would react in a change of quality of service, but that never occurred. Later my wife had to do the same thing and go to server stand to ask a different server for drink refills. My steak came out way overdone, but the server was nowhere to be found to check if the food was good. I would have told her the medium rare I ordered was actually "medium well" cooked. At the end the server left the table full of dirty dishes for a long period of time with no effort to clean up the table ever during the time we sat there after finishing the meal. She also never came by to ask for desert or coffee. These are all issues about poor training and a lack of manager review. I said this before, but if I were the GM of the Bedford, TX Roadhouse I would pay for my managers to go eat a meal at Charleston in Fort Worth and they would see how much better their service could be with more effort, supervision and training. Went to have date night and use a gift card I had been gifted a while back and decided to go north out of Arlington to avoid the traffic. So glad we chose this one. We walked in and were seated immediately. It was like 5:45 so not really that early and was surprised that we got a table right away. Had an awesome server, Kaylea, and it was an awesome dinner experience. Immediately had drink orders taken and water delivered, she was friendly and bubbly and just a joy to have taking care of us. I had a raspberry margarita and hubs had some peachy drink. Both were excellent, I had two which is not usual!!! We both ordered filets with different sides and added some sautéed mushrooms and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. Kinda pigged out!! lol. Of course the rolls were amazing, when aren't they? Because I had 2 margaritas I forgot to use my gift card, , no I wasn't driving... so looks like we will have to go back to use the card. Let's start at the beginning, we arrived at the location, we quickly noticed that the place was super full, we could not find any parking, we finally parked by the Wells Fargo. At this point we knew that we were going to be waiting to be seated for sure, well our party were 2 adults and 4 kids, we walked in the door and we were seated within a minute! That was impressive. It was delicious, we give it a 9/10 for sure. Next our dinner we order the following: Myself porterhouse steak medium rare, loaded baked potato and cup of chilli. Steak was cooked perfect, potatoes was tasty and chilli was amazing 10/10 for me. Wife got ribeye and ribs, her sit was a bit over cooked but was still delicious, she said she should of gotten a backed potato instead of the mash, she said they tasted like instant mashed potatoes, and the ribs were also good, she got a salad was great, over all she said 8/10. Kids got chicken critters with double Mac & Cheese they loved it, 9/10. one got the small sirloin with fries, came out great she killed it all. 10/10. The food was great! Service was awesome, and it was really nice inside! Let's go into more detail. We walk in, and it's busy, but it's normally busy so not unusual. We were told to choose our steaks if we wanted one. I chose the 11oz sirloin. We were able to get a table and bread rolls right away. We sat down and the waiter came by very fast, got us more bread rolls since we finished the first batch, took our drink orders, and our appetizer order. I got a dirty coke, it was a little sweet but still really good. Within minutes the appetizer had arrived. He got us more rolls and took our orders. We gave him our steak tickets. And in about 5 minutes some of the side dishes came out. Once those were out it was another 10-12 and our food was out. Keep in mind it was a full restaurant at 4:30pm. The food was made really well, and so was everything else. The restaurant was designed in a way to make the crowded restaurant feel way less crowded. The waiters were great and friendly. I am just not a fan. The only thing that is good is the bread and butter. My son loves the bread and butter. This particular location is an identical clone of any other. They are at least consistent. These places are almost always packed at lunch and dinner. This was no exception. Thus the reason, I believe, that we got skipped over several times trying to even get a table. I finally had to go back up to the hostess and remind them we were here and waiting too. The menus is a tired mix of bad for you aps, blan tasting mains, and over the top deserts. The flavors are blah and literally more blah. The only reason we came in was for the bread and butter... did I mention that already? In my personal opinion when it comes to steak. No one does it better than Texas Roadhouse. I just love coming to Texas Roadhouse. My all time favorite place to eat. We had the Ft. Worth Ribeye steak with mashed taters, grilled chick with portobello mushrooms and steak fries with house salads which I plumb forgot to take a picture of the salads. I love that when you are seated they leave fresh baked dinner roll, hot fluff along side cinnamon butter. Our server was a young man named Spencer. He did a great job. The only gripe I have. That we couldn't find any peanuts to take home. I guess due to tariffs they have no peanuts. Otherwise great place. read more

The food was great and we liked the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our server rarely checked in. We had empty water glasses for much of the time. The service receives a 1 or 2 star. Everything else was 4 or 5 star The Manager called the next day and left his name. I returned the call and missed him. He never called back. I suggest they have their servers and managers go eat at Charleston in south Fort Worth and compare/contrast the table service so they can see what 5-star service looks like. read more

In a nutshell, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. The service was outstanding. We were seated quickly and table service was excellent. The server was attentive and didn't rush the courses. It's too bad the food and drinks weren't as good as the service. Let's start with the drinks. It's amazing how $3 happy hour cocktails magically become $4 cocktails on the bill. Funny, the server failed to mention that "premium" drinks weren't on the special she bragged about. We ordered directly from a menu that pictured delicious cocktails served in regular sized glassware, but when the drinks arrived, they were served in lowball glasses which weren't even filled to the brim. Notice the picture of the 'Hurricane Margaritas' on the menu vs. the picture I took of the drink I was served. Classic bait and switch. Now, about the steaks and the primary reason for my terrible rating. I have a simple expectation of steak restaurants: cook the steak better than I can cook it at home! Simple, right? Well, apparently not. Our prime rib cut met expectations. But the bone-in ribeye failed on multiple levels. First, the steak was cooked on a nasty grill. The char was bitter and tasted like old grease. I ordered the steak medium+, but it came out very rare. I didn't return the steak because I was not there to watch everyone else eat while I waited for the kitchen to do its job correctly. My solution is simple: I don't return. The ambiance is Texas-themed casual dining--nothing special. Something to note: We noticed that nearly every table is booth-style. So, if that doesn't work well for you, other restaurants can better accommodate you. Sucks bad because me, my partner and my roommate come here all the time and usually it's a good experience but tonight it's just been really bad... We initially sat down and I don't believe it took too long for our drink orders to be taken, but it went downhill from there. I'm a server myself and sometimes I'm not having a good day and don't necessarily feel like faking conversation, but our server, Ashlynn, wasn't even doing the bare minimum. She took my order wrong (which could've been prevented if she hadn't sprinted off immediately after taking our orders without clarifying) and it took close to 10 minutes to flag down a manager to get it fixed, which is fine because it's close to the holidays so it's super busy, especially at such a central location but Ashlynn SAW that a guest at her table was having an issue and didn't care to come and see if everything was okay. I finally got my food (at this point my partner's, like, sucking on ice cubes because Ashlynn hasn't approached us ONCE other than speedily dropping off a margarita that we didn't even order from her due to her constant disappearing act so the idea of a refill's completely out of the picture) and it was GOOD which, like, if course it is, it's Texas Roadhouse but after that my roommate had to approach the host stand to ask for Ashlynn to come to us. She then again speedily dropped off our requests and then bid us goodbye. Genuinely, she was running from us and avoiding us like we stink or something. I normally don't leave reviews because it's rarely that serious, but the service here tonight really sucked. I understand having an off day, but it doesn't take much thought to realize that maybe you should check in on your table more than once and stop avoiding them like the Plague. She also locked eyes with my roommate SEVERAL times and purposefully ignored us and proceeded to chat with other servers at the POS station. I'm not a Texas native and I've only been to TR a couple times prior, twice in Georgia and once in Texas. Apparently, they open at 3pm on Fridays unbeknownst to us and other patrons but because it was only a 10 minute wait, we waited. Once open we were seated quickly. The wait staff was nice and the manager did his rounds with the patrons to ensure we were enjoying our meal and service. I ordered catfish and my partner ordered steak & shrimp. We enjoyed our meal but ended up taking our food home because we stuffed ourselves with those delicious rolls and our drinks. The fish was perfectly fried and steak cooked to his liking.
