I don't know what is going on with this location but it's just horrible every time The food has always had something wrong with it, this time the fires and country fried sirloin were a complete disaster, burnt unedible trash. He tried to make a complaint on their contact us page it does nothing, it won't let you submit anything. Went in this evening around 7/7:30. Got sat right away with Rejay who clearly hates her job. I got the bone in rib and my bf got the 8 ounce strip. His was cooked perfectly. My medium rare was almost medium well. Baked potato was good we got A cocktail two beers and a shot each and rejay made comments on "who's driving the kids" as if we were intoxicated. We were not. This is the most unorganized restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. When we first arrived we found out they open up at 3:00pm Monday-Thursday. We had to wait until they opened up because you wasn't able to get in at the posted opening time. Once they finally opened the restaurant we was informed they had a process which they seated parties of 4 or less first ‍. After waiting for 1 hour my group of 6 stated it wasn't worth it to wait this long. Once we informed the hosts that they could cancel our seating plans ; they said okay. Everything went well - I admittedly have a pretty negative expectation for most corporate style restaurants- over priced and under whelming...BUT our server was exceptional (friendly, informative, attentive, etc) The food was very good ...I was especially impressed by the quality of the sides and the portions (I hate when you get like 3 measly green beans at places) and the prices were also VERY reasonable for the type and quality of meals we all had. However, the food came out but some of the food was not up standard. The loaded baked potato had little toppings. The Filet was grilled cooked closely well done. It was supposed to be medium rare. That was taken back to the kitchen. They forgot one of the side items. The Prime Rib was just okay. The Top Sirloin had a lot fat for that type of cut. This was not fault of the waitress. 2 years later, I felt I needed to update my review. I still love the food... when you finally get everything. We have had appetizers that didn't come out until we got our main meal. Same for the salads. There was one time we didn't get our salads until after our meal and by that point I didn't want it because I was already full. Our bread usually comes late as well and we have to remind the server. When something is forgotten and we have to ask the server for it, especially when it comes to sauces (that they asked us about when taking our order) some servers seem irritated and put out to have to get it. I understand when servers are busy, but it's multiple occasions we've gone and every server seems to have way too much on their plate. I don't know how they function during a shift. Again, love the food, but between the over loaded servers and the small seating areas, this place has really been stressing me out when we go. read more

Everyone in your party must be there to be seated. We were able to get seated immediately when we arrived. Waitress was doing her best but she had to take care of a lot of people at multiple tables. The rolls are amazing. I really like that cinnamon butter. The salads could use a bit more lettuce but they are pretty good. There were no complimentary peanuts. Not sure if you have to ask for them but they did not come. I ordered the steak and ribs combo with loaded sweet potato. The ribs were extremely tender but I cannot remember the taste. I was a little hesitant to go here because of the reviews. I was a party of 1 and they asked me to go to the bar. I walked over and it was full. Took me only a few min to get a table. But....They ran out of many drinks and food ingredients. We had to change some of our orders three times due to missing ingredients. The timing of the appetizers, salads, and dinner was all wrong. Our new server tried to improve our experience, but the manager did not intervene. We had to ask for our appetizer after our food was served and asked for things that usually come with the appetizers, such as sauces and bacon on potatoes Additionally, the quality of the alcoholic beverage did not meet expectations despite the additional charge for a premium brand. The manager refused to come and speak to us. With this experience, I would consider other Texas Roadhouse locations. This place is usually my favorite place to eat. Haven't been in a while. We went around 3:30 yesterday. Ordered steaks and they were delicious and cooked to order. Restaurant was clean and some staff were nice but our server seemed to care less. She only came over to check on us twice. When I ask for more butter never got it. My baked potato was cold and another server came and took it back for me. When I ask for more rolls she came back to table and threw the basket on the table. So needless to say three strikes and no tip. Would give negative stars if it was an option...Walked in at 945 PM, place closes at 11, instantly told by hostess, there were no tables or booths available (even though half the restaurant was visibly empty)and i would have to sit at bar, or leave. Chose the filthy bar, but no one ever came despite people all around the bar. Arrived onsite at 7:55 pm there was only 2 people in front me me, still took 15 mins in the rain outside to get to the front and I was told my order was still not ready at 8:10, no sorry or customer service at all. Finally got my order at 8:30pm, but at least I got it, someone else was told by the manager she couldn't say it was going to be another 10-20 mins for there's, another came back because they got their order wrong.
