Absolutely terrible! We came here for a work function, about 12 people. The host referred us to her manager since it was such a large group, but I so regret ever dealing with her. I arrived at about 5:30pm, although my entire party had not arrived. We waited and had a couple of drinks at the bar as we waited for our group. Once our group arrived, we were told we could not be accommodated and had to wait. Keep in mind we had been there for an hour already. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a manager. I will give the server credit, the experience ended up slightly better after a bit and our orders were taken. The bartenders were ok, although my whole experience for my co-workers and I were ruined due to the manager. I urge you to be vigilant when coming here, and actually recommend going elsewhere. For a restaurant that is new and is constantly advertising, you'd expect better. I hope one of the owners reads this so they are aware of how their staff and managers treat customers. read more

Normally, i would not waste my time with a review. However, I have no choice. For this to be a steakhouse, they have no clue on how to prepare a steak. 4 out of times, my medium rare steak came WELL done. I had to wait while my party finished their meal. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to my food order. I specifically stated my allergy to dairy and eggs; however, this is what I got. Cheese in the chili (asked for it plain) and a salad with eggs and ranch (asked for no eggs and with Italian). I went into this roadhouse after a long day at work on 9/21 because I had a free appetizer for my birthday. The 2 bartenders Jamere and Kaitlynn behind the bar were amazing. Once I sat down I was greeted with bread immediately, I was going to order a drink that I normally get but the bartender reminded me that it was happy hour so I went with that. After trying to decide what I wanted I finally got the medallions and that was the best choice ever. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION. Rare Pittsburg, everything came out one time and the service and food was AMAZING. The manager Brittanie was very nice and checked one me to make sure the order was correct. I am an avid and frequent diner here and live in close proximity to the restaurant. There's no cell tower. It's a proverbial cave for Wi-Fi. I've always been happy when I leave Texas Roadhouse. The staff has done a great job in making sure your order is correct and that the customer is happy. The food is delicious too. They have done a wonderful job creating an organized system to adapt to the pandemic. My only criticism is to educate staff on food allergies. All too often staff say what they "think" is in the food item. Thankfully,I press staff to make sure. I have actually had food come out, and I recognized that the item did in fact have cornmeal/corn flour. This was only after pressing the waitress and insisting she ask the chef. No complaints at all. I've been twice since they opened and the service and food were great. I did use the app the 2nd visit and used the waitlist feature. I walked right in and didn't wait at all. I couldn't use the app to pay at my table. Both visits it didn't work. I sent an email to tech support and they said they were working on it. This is usually one of our go-to places to eat a good steak with family and friends, but lately it's just become difficult. Last night we arrived and were seated promptly. Our server was prompt and attentive, and our drinks arrived in a timely manner. My steak, a 12 oz. ribeye, was not as quality as usual. But the place was so LOUD. I'm sitting across from my wife and we cannot hear one another. Patrons are talking and laughing so loudly around us that we cannot hear one another unless we yell like everyone else. Then it hits me....it's the music. Everyone is trying to talk over the music. The music is so loud that it demands everyone must practically scream to be heard. It doesn't help that just in our section we have three of the obnoxiously loud server birthday cheer sessions, two of which appeared unwelcome. So I guess if we want a good steak and a relaxed atmosphere we'll be back to Saltgrass, not to Texas Roadhouse which lately has devolved into steak night at Chucky Cheese. read more

Server is very nice and sweet, but manager is rude. When I first arrived I went to change my daughters diaper and they only have 1 changing table and it's in a family restroom. I waited 15 MINUTES for the family restroom to be open and it was a male employee inside (: When I told the manager she laughed like it was a joke and told me to talk to someone else then told me the employee was sick that's why he was in the restroom??? Ordered our usual 16 oz top sirloin and split it. My other guests ordered chicken fried steak, filet and yet two more sirloins. Ceases salad for me, others had diner salads, etc. Great food at reasonable prices. Best steak house around. For the first time I have to complain about the service here. The waiter forget to place one steak order and it took almost 20 minutes to finally have a manager get the steak to us. Then the steak had to much salt on it and my aunt refused to eat it. I'm appalled that a manger let this happen. Not only that they didn't adjust the check for her. Shame on the Texas Roadhouse in Houston. We'll still eat at the one in Las Vegas but never here again. . However my steak was excellent and one of the other guest's chicken fried steak was delicious. The waiter also seemed to abandon us and we asked the manager for drink refills. We have ordered to go orders several times since the pandemic started and both the food and service have been stellar. I'm so impressed with how they adapted to our current state of affairs. The quality of food and service have not diminished whatsoever. The minor errors like the wrong salad dressing or forgotten butter is trivial considering that they are all learning (like the rest of us) to adjust to our new normal. I have no doubt that we will be ordering quite often and look forward to the day when we can enjoy a meal in the dining area. Worst experience ever, I used to like Texas Roadhouse but this one definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. After we (Party of 4) were seated a party of 6 was seated right next to us. It was the loudest table in the Restaurant we couldn't even talk to each other in a normal volume. One of the kids from the other table started "twerking" in the aisle next to a constant hooting and hollering. Even the tables in front of them and in front of us were just rolling their eyes and were obviously bothered by that noisy obnoxious group. When we approached the manager about the issue she nonchalantly replied it's a loud restaurant and instead of de-escalating she escalated by implying that my wife who approached the manager is racist. My wife is white so was the manager (I think), I am Arab and grew up in noise, but that was even over too loud for me. Implying that we were racists is not a managerial skill and We were deeply offended. I have over 30years hospitality experience, but I have NEVER seen such an incapable Manager. While we were leaving the Restaurant the "manager" walked behind us and kept brabbeling to never come back and sure as heck we won't be back and will of course tell all our Friends.
