Went here on a busy Sunday and had an absolutely wonderful dinner. I know Texas Roadhouse is a well-known chain, but the service here reminded me that you don't need to be an independent restaurant to provide excellent service. In fact, some of these restaurants in Dallas need some customer service training for sure. We had a very simple check in and we were quoted a 15 min wait for three people. Not even 5 minutes later, we were texted to come back, the we waited another 5 minutes before we were seated. Our server was so nice and she was helpful in selecting our food and giving recommendations. She also was very attentive without being overbearing. Our food was cooked very well and even the salad was super tasty. My friend said it was the best salad he's ever had, lol. The steak was done well and onion blossom was good. I had a good experience dining here and would definitely come back. Splitting our checks was also very simple, our server had no problem with it and it was all done on a tablet after. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a great dinner!

We had a party of 7, called in to make a reservation and they were a little late seating us. The food was absolutely amazing! Cooked to perfection & seasoned well. Our server was amazing & so was the manager who helped out.

We came here to celebrate our friend's birthday. We got there during the lunch rush and were seated right away. We ordered the combo appetizer to share and I had the Dallas Fillet with fries and chili. Do I really have to talk about the food? We all know the food here is always delicious. Let's see....The rattlesnake bites are phenomenal, the Dallas Fillet melts in your mouth, and they have the most flavorful chili in the state of Texas. I love to dip my fries into the chili, is that weird? The service was great, our waitress (Laquann) was very attentive and made our lunch experience enjoyable. I enjoy the family oriented ambiance that Texas Roadhouse Provides and will most definitely keep coming back.

Dinner at Roadhouse always seems to hit the spot. My wife and I have been coming to this location now for over 5yrs and they always seem to take care of us. Great Staff and service as well as their food. BBQ chicken for the wife and Chicken critter for myself. Don't get me wrong I always get their 12oz New York strip.. it's delicious.. The places is always nice and clean and ambience is great specially when you want to catch a game at the bar area.

My go to when I'm traveling. Always great food, great service and don't forget the Rolls and peanuts! Make sure to Order your Rolls "Toasted" with Garlic Butter Sauce, OMG! The absolute Best!

Felt like I had to visit a Texas Roadhouse while in Texas. Seemed almost illegal not to. To be fair, the experience is very on-brand. It's loud, it's packed, it smells like steak and cinnamon butter, and the servers are genuinely the sweetest. Shoutout to our waitress who was basically Southern hospitality personified. You could tell she was doing her best to make everyone's night feel like a mini birthday party, even if it wasn't. That said, the food was a little rough. My steak was aggressively seasoned, to the point where I couldn't really tell if I liked it or if should have reported it to Flavortown. Same goes for the sides, heavy on salt, light on nuance. Still, the rolls are objectively delicious, and I get the appeal of having a basket of them show up the second you sit down, and a second basket as you finish your first basket. That part was wonderful. Overall, I'm not mad I went. It's one of those "when in Texas" type of stops. But between the volume, the sodium, and the sensory overload of yeehaw energy, once was probably enough.

I asked for a mocktail with out ice, and I got this. When I asked the waiter to please fill it up, she said, no!, that's what we give when someone ask with out ice. They can just add a bit more of the club soda and it will be like $.07 cost and have a happy client. Instead I felt cheated.

Hands down one of our favorite spots! Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and welcoming--just good ol' Southern hospitality. We LOVE the Country Fried Chicken--crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and smothered in gravy. The Bone-In Ribeye is next-level flavorful and cooked perfectly every time. And don't even get us started on the Sweet Potato--loaded with cinnamon butter and brown sugar, it's basically dessert. The warm rolls and cinnamon butter alone are worth the visit. If you're craving hearty comfort food in a lively, country-style setting, this place hits the spot every single time. Highly recommend!

I am not sure why I think these kinds of places are going to live up to the social media hype (food-wise). Yes, the rolls are good with that cinnamon butter (and apparently also bottomless). I have never been here, or to an Outback and there is something about that big fried blooming onion that I really needed to try. Meh, in hindsight, I guess I'm glad it is off my bucket list, but I don't need to have it again. Give me a hand-made battered onion ring at a mom & pop any day over this. For an entree, we got (to split) the steak tips (with mashed potatoes and one of their famous "loaded" sweet potatoes.) For me, the star of the show (and what I would order if I ever go back) is that damned loaded sweet potato. Loaded with butter and cinnamon and nice (almost burnt) mini marshmallows on top. DELICIOUS. Service is fine. It IS loud in here, and consistently interrupted with screaming birthday announcements. But I guess ultimately I understand the appeal for families who want a reasonably priced large meal out of the house.

I would like to thank TRH for allowing Veterans and Active Duty alike to attend their establishment on Veterans Day to enjoy a great meal for free. It is greatly appreciated. If you want a decent steak for a reasonable price, you can't go wrong. Just try not to get full on the yeast rolls and honey butter before getting your entree.

TR does a nice free meal for vets. Place was packed, wall to wall. Jennifer took care of me even though it was busy. Got a small sirloin, baked potato, mashed potatoes with gravy and a bunch of rolls. Sat at the bar, pretty noisy but the food was really good. Cooked just right. Solid service.

We had two servers and both were kind and helpful with taking our order and getting drinks and food out on time! The restaurant is mood-lit and vibey. It's a calm atmosphere and their bar area is stunning. I got the fries and friends, which came with three dipping sauces. This is a very generous portion and my boyfriend and I were unable to finish it between the two of us- would be great to share with 4 people, in my opinion! I also got the Brussel sprouts, which I did finish. They are cooked to perfection and have an incredible garlic sauce. They used to have grapes mixed in, which I LOVED! However, they have since changed the menu. I understand it was an odd pairing and maybe guests didn't want to try it, but it was great!!! Sad to see it change, but still good! My boyfriend and I both got the great rum punch, and it packed a punch! Although l couldn't taste the alcohol on the sweet drink, I could feel it! We had a great time and will be back. Started with an iced tea, which was fresh brewed, and some fried green tomatoes. They only hiccup for us was it seemed like they were served with white tartar sauce, instead of remoulade sauce. The fried green tomatoes were very lightly battered and perfectly fried. Delicious! My wife liked the tartar sauce, but I was disappointed. You don't find pickle chunks in remoulade sauce. For our entrées, she had the Reuben and fries, and I had the fried chicken strips and waffle (also came with fried eggs). Both were really good; huge portions we could not finish.

Recently, I had lunch here, and they now have a new farm to table menu that really exceeded my expectations. The Ranch has reinvented itself many times, and now it's a restaurant I would visit for the food AND atmosphere. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - At its core, it's a bar with several indoor and outdoor dining areas with a country theme. The Ranch is so versatile that you can host a private event while people dine in the main area while others hang out at the bar. There's also a charming outdoor area that is nice if the weather is cool. Best of all - it's full of people and energy. 1 Star. Service - Our server was great. We explained the concept, went over the menu, and while a large table occupied his time, several of the staff were helpful. Everyone was dressed in Cowboy/Ranch gear. Texas Southern Hospitality is real. 1 Star. Food - My most recent visit was like visiting a new restaurant. The Ranch's menu has changed, and everything was new. I started with the pork belly appetizers, which was a great start to meal. The tender pork meat had a layer of sweet + salty belly that melts in your mouth. I went with the Barbacoa Grilled Cheese that was one of the best I've ever had. The barbacoa (shredded BBQ beef) was the star and was better than any brisket grilled cheese I've had. The sourdough was grilled with lots of butter, so after devouring the sandwich I had to wash my hands. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Absolutely. I had been to The Ranch so many times I considered a place to gather for Happy Hour. Not anymore. The new menu is incredible, and I can't wait to return. 1 Star.

It was a tough call, but Hatch chile season only comes around once a year, so we went with the "Hatch Me If You Can" burger with chiles, queso and tortilla chips. DELISH. But the real star of the show was the Cobb salad. It was loaded with goodies -- goat cheese, bacon, avocado and more -- but the absolute BEST part was the tempura battered jalapeños. WOOO-EEE. Those things were tremendous! And hot tip: there's a happy hour with $6 sangrias (I think they're called Rattlesnakes?). Whatever they're called, they were YUM. And yum again. A couple of less-great notes: the bathroom was kind of annoying. TP was out in every stall, and ladies, can we all agree that if you have to scoot back over the toilet in order to shut the stall door, the stall is too small? There is plenty of room in the bathroom, so that was a frustrating trip to the loo. Another hot tip: get the sweet potato fries! They seem to be less frequently ordered, which means you're more likely to get them hot. We were initially delivered someone else's order, and before I realized it, I did have one of their (cold) fries. Overall, a really tasty meal with some standout items. The bartender served us until she got too busy in which a server came in to give us to go boxes and the checks. I had a fantastic experience but not everyone at my table shared the same sentiment. The bartender surprised me with the Espresso Martini (delicious!) and I ordered the Spicy Sausage pasta (yum!). My Espresso Martini was far superior to my friend's Tiramisu Martini. I thought my pasta dish had a balanced amount of pasta and sauce and a superfluous amount of sausage, which I am not complaining about. Unfortunately, I tried my friend's Chicken Parmesan and it was too flat, dry, and the tomato sauce was highly acidic. I guess this place can be a hit or miss, but I enjoyed my picks.
