What else can be said about Texas Roadhouse? The food here is so good and is so affordable given the quality. It was my mom's favorite restaurant and every time I come here I think of her so bonus points from me. Our server was quick with refills and love the country vibe here. Wife and I got the chicken critters loaded and it was plenty to share. Fried pickles are great too along with the 5 dollar margaritas. We'll be back. Love you guys.

This location is so lazy and lacks proper customer service. Not once, not twice, but 3 times now I have ordered a grilled salmon salad and they have given me a Caesar salad. Why give people the choice of choosing a dressing if you aren't going to pay attention. Just because I select Caesar dressing does not mean I want a Caesar salad. This is pathetic!

Just want to give a huge shout out to our server extraordinaire Grace! She was so beyond friendly! She joked with us, answered all my husbands questions, and topped off our drinks without us ever asking! And of course the place was packed and super busy! She was a rockstar!

As always, there's never a slow moment at Texas Roadhouse. However, the wait was minimal as we used the App to be added to the waitlist. I highly recommend the app for anyone who has not tried it yet. Our waitress, Teresa, was probably one of the most unfriendly servers we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. She was very attentive to our drinks, which was nice, but her personality really missed the mark. My hangup occurred during the ordering process... She stood at our table asking if we were ready to order, as servers normally do. Everyone was ready to order, aside from me. I said it was fine if everyone started ordering, just take my order last. Teresa appeared to be inconvenienced by my request. She went on to tell us that she will have to make all these adjustments on her device in order to take someone else's order first, because the default setting would be to start with me. I'm sorry, I don't realize it was a problem ?????? The food came out very quickly, despite the fact that it was PACKED in there. That's always a plus! I got the California Chicken (strongly recommend, this is my new go-to) house salad with thousand island & loaded mashed potatoes! It was incredible!! All in all, dinner was great, the atmosphere was typical for Texas Roadhouse, and everyone in our party enjoyed themselves as well.

We sat at the bar since it was a busy Friday night and the wait was shorter for bar seats. But the experience was great. Service was attentive to our needs and both food and drinks came out faster than expected. Our steaks were cooked exactly to order, the beer was cold and everything was tasty.

Country fried chicken with gravy on the side

I come up with my friend all the time and we love the food and service. It's always all good except for the country fried chicken. I love the food here but taking one bite this chicken ruin the whole experience. I wasn't even hungry after eating the chicken I would never recommend this dish, but everything else is really great.. There's a great community and atmosphere and I'd say I haven't had ever a bad experience with the food. I just really don't recommend this dish.

The service was amazing. We got sit right away and our order was placed. I finally got to try the prime rib, it did nit disappoint. It was delicious. The rib eye was cool to order and it was great too. I love the fully loaded baked potatoes and the frozen sangria was the best with an extra shot of patron. Yes!!!! The bread and butter was amazing too. I love that manager came by to see how we were doing!

Phenomenal! Great spot to eat, loved it. Went with my dad and I go solo sometimes. Really enjoy it. Figured I would have to add my review. Staff at this Mesa location are great, restaurant is clean and food is as it should be.

Employees just standing around for 30 minutes doing nothing while the place is very busy.

If you ever wonder why things are so expensive it's probably due to the overpaid people who just stand around. We waited 30 minutes for our table on a Sunday evening and these same 8 employees never moved from the counter. Just talked and laughed with each other. What a waste of money. The food was average as it usually is but it's definitely not near the top of our list of places to go because the quality has gone down while the prices have gone up.

Took my son here for his birthday. He really enjoyed it. They brought out the sawhorse for him to sit on and saying happy birthday to him. I feel that the service is always consistent as well as the food. We have never had a bad experience at this Texas Roadhouse. You can tell employee morale is great! Especially since this location is super busy. Which is why I recommend doing the call ahead option on the app. This time we had the ribeye steak and the prime rib. I love the prime rib end cut! Even though I like my steak medium rare if there's an end cut, I will opt for it every time. It's nicely coated in seasoning and has a ton of flavor! My son and my husband both got the prime rib which were cooked to their liking. If you're looking for a great side, the loaded baked potato is my favorite. We usually get the salad with their homemade Italian vinaigrette. It's hands-down, the best! I will say it is a very loud environment. My dad loves eating at Texas Roadhouse but he has hearing aids do with all it the noise is difficult for him to hear others at the table. But overall, we always have a great experience.

    Staple in my food.

We have eaten at Texas Roadhouse at least once a month for years. As time has went on the service, quality and inconsistency of the food, and being rushed through our meal has gotten much worse. The last straw was a couple of weeks ago. I was chewing my food and felt what I thought was gristle until it poked my gums and cracked my tooth. I pulled it out, and it was an industrial size staple. My mouth was bleeding. The manager came over apologized and comped our meal. She told me I would receive a call from risk management. When they called me ten days later they tried to make me feel like it was my fault. They do not care about their customers, and they do not take responsibility for what happens in their restaurant.

I had such amazing service and food at this Texas Roadhouse..shoutout to server Sarah for such amazing service she provided to me and my son.. best affordable prime rib you can get.. other places really up charge their steak but not here and it's so delicious to boot. Great steak for great price The restaurant seemed so busy at 8pm on a Saturday but we got a table right away .. wonderful welcoming staff.. amazing yummy fresh bread and cinnamon spread.. The side dish of Mac and cheese was quite bland and I wouldn't recommend.. but other sides I'd recommend would be the chili, mash potatoes or the Caesar salad. Offer online reservations if you want to plan ahead to reserve a table.. Great country music inside and multiple TVs in the bar area to deliver all the live sport games you want to keep an eye on as well. Great yummy kid entrees available .. an option to pay 1.99 for the playable game device for the table for kiddos to play during dinner .. you can pay the check with that device as well or through the server as usual your choice.

I also had the blackjack chicken sando- solid offering. Their wings were good but had lots of those hairs on them so my husband was forced to eat them all. Chicken hairs do not bother him, apparently. Guess I won't be shaving my legs this winter having learned this. Their onion rings have a great batter with a slightly spicy kick. I didn't take pictures of anything but the stretchy cheese this time. Next time!! One star knocked off for the prison grade toilet paper. It's in a weird cage that you can only take one square at a time of this flimsy offering no matter how you finger pull it. So ladies...stay away from the beer maybe.

Parking is available, there are garden beds to visit while you wait for your food, and most of all... The food is farm fresh. When my husband asked where I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary, I really wanted a casual place where we could bring the kids, and I was really in the mood for some good, old-fashioned American food. I wanted a delicious burger, french fries, and a milkshake! We decided to get there on an early Friday evening after we finished work and we got a parking spot right out front. We walked right up to order our food, no line. It appeared that we had beat the Rush because the place definitely filled in by the time we got our food. I was surprised at the prices, but I was happy to pay it because we had such an enjoyable experience with such delicious food. Our food took about 20 minutes and we each got burgers, fries, and milkshakes. We ordered the farm and grill burger with cheddar cheese and french fries. We all shared the fries sampler that included garlic/Parmesan fries, sweet potato fries, and regular fries. My son and husband shared the strawberry milkshake and my daughter and I shared the vanilla bean milkshake. The service was amazing, the environment was so fun, the food was delicious, the milkshakes were the best I've ever tasted, and the entire experience was perfect. I already cannot wait to go back. I'll be dreaming about those milkshakes for a while. Also, the garlic/Parmesan fries and sweet potato fries were delicious. The beet salad is amazing and fresh.

This is a walk up and order restaurant. You order, you pay, and they deliver your food and drinks to you. There are tables inside within the restaurant, and they have a nice outside area with generous picnic tables, shade, misters and smaller tables for the younger guests. We had a party of five adults and two children. It was literally 100° outside, but we sat outside anyway, and it was fairly comfortable with the shade and the misters. We moved over one of the smaller tables and our grandson enjoyed his breakfast and his very own table. I enjoyed a side of Belgian waffle ( for a side it was still really big ) and two over medium eggs. Our daughter shared the regular Belgian waffle and eggs with her son. My son and my son-in-law both got the big breakfast with everything you could imagine on them- eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and hashbrowns. The gluten-free hubby had a vegetable omelette. All the food tasted amazing, came out hot and satiated our hunger. The staff was friendly and made sure we had our drinks, our silverware and napkins, and overall were happy. When we come back, we'll definitely come back here for a breakfast again!

If you establish a presence here, they will take care of you. Consistency is another major selling point. Go here 10 times, and your food is going to be on point about 9.5 of those times. Those are pretty good odds. They have just recently started a soft launch of their fall/winter menu, which means they are experimenting with a few new dishes while bringing back some old favorites. One of those returning favorites is the crispy cauliflower. Last time around, it was fantastic. This time, while still tasty, it had apparently filed a formal complaint against the word **"crispy"** because there was very little evidence to support the claim. Even the bartender agreed with me that it was somewhat misrepresented. **Pro tip:** Get the sauce on the side. It will help preserve what level of crisp that is intended for this dish. Now, let us move on to the **star of the evening.** The new chicken parmigiana! **Holy mother of God. Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.** This may genuinely be one of the most beautiful, perfectly textured, and downright delicious chicken parmigianas I have ever had. The chicken was crisped to absolute perfection, and the way they layered the marinara on top was brilliant. Rather than drowning the chicken in a traditional, liquidy sauce, they used more of a bruschetta-style topping, which gave it texture while somehow allowing the breading to remain gloriously crispy. **Hands down, one of the best chicken parmigianas I have ever had.** Now we just need to pray to whatever culinary deity is responsible for consistency that they can replicate this thing every time, because this one was *ridiculously* good. One final recommendation: **split the dish.** Unless you are the kind of person who considers a family-size portion a light snack, there is plenty of food here for two.

The meat was flavorful and sliced perfectly while the bread was toasty enough to stay together long enough to hold in all that juiciness.
