The waitress gave us attitude, assumed we were drunk even though we were just laughing and having a good time. The manager approached us and told us that they weren't gonna serve us just because of our "loudness." We got our food it was good. But the servers were not having it. read more

WARNING: DISCRIMINATORY ADA PRACTICES: This place covertly discriminates against persons with disabilities and single persons wishing to get a table at the restaurant in the color of increasing profits by delaying the seating of single parties of one, harassment through questioning guests about the whereabouts of their acquaintances and provide additional barriers if you have a an obvious disability. Their representatives are rude and lack reasonable communication skills and further, are absolutely smart asses ! when challenged in regards to their discriminatory treatment and practices. I requested a table for 2 and upon being called "on deck " as they say, I was intrusively and rudely questioned about my sole business partners exact whereabouts, I replied I didn't know as I wasn't their keeper but they are in the area as I saw their car, and to please seat me at the 2 top bench seating table as requested. At that point the condescending staff refused and told me I must sit at the bar on a bar stool, because I'm obviously alone. I told the staff I have a disability and showed them my walking cane, the assistant manager replied that's the best he can do! You have to sit in the bar area if you're a single party. I replied again, I can't sit on a bar stool because of my disability and please seat me at the 2 top which was ready and visible from the "on deck" waiting area; the manager refused and walked off, then 2 other persons were seated at the table I was to be given. At that point my business partner texted they were in the bathroom, I described what had happened and we both decided to leave this Roadhouse and go to another Texas Roadhouse in Mesa Az where we encountered absolutely NO problem(s) in obtaining appropriate seating... Warning: if you're single or disabled stay away from the Power Road Location as these clowns will indeed treat you poorly, demonstrate condescending attitudes and show a general smugness and repugnant attitude towards disabled persons. Another alternative is to let them do this to you if you're a single party and have a disability then record the entire episode on your phone and contact an attorney, as I don't believe these bad actors have learned anything in regards to this particular situation. Met friends for dinner last night. I use the website check in ahead. When we arrived our wait was less than 15 minutes. Service was impeccable. I wish I had noted her name to include it. All of our goods were booked exactly as ordered. We all agreed that it exceeded expectations. read more

Just walking in we were not greeted very nice nor were we treated very well as a party of 9. We wanted to decorate the table right away so that our friend could be surprised at one of her favorite restaurants, but the manager was so rude! They would not let us be seated till all of us were there. She did make an exception and said one could be missing and we would be seated when we finally got to our table. The table behind us had two people that came late and they were seated before us with missing people the manager when I talk to her said that it was because they lied. We don't feel lying is a proper thing to do but other people do it just because the rule is so ridiculous. We were very ill treated at reception the server Ashlyn made up for the bad hospitality at the front of the house so we appreciate it the nice service and the food was OK. read more

Fantastic Experience. Seated in a much better table that can be called in the dining room and away from the bar. I know that you sit where they put you, but sometimes the staff doesn't have a clue as to where you might want to sit when seating available to suit you. They do ask now if you are celebrating anything before they sit you and that really dos help. Ok, that's important to me, now important stuff for them. My waiter was great; I wish that I could remember his name. He brought us our drinks, and we were ready with our food orders and yes, the rolls. We both had the Ribeye dinners, and I have to say that it was amazing. We both ordered the corn and I had mashed potatoes that were just piping hot, and my wife had the baked potato which was also fabulous. The only thing that gets me is if you are going to upsell for the sour cream or whatever toppings, lay it out there that it doesn't come with it. It's not like you are going to get this large amount of topping anyway. Trust me. Our experience was great. After eating here several times since last review, time for an update. Remedied the tiny booth problem by simply asking for a full sized one. They were happy to comply Wife and I have been having the NY strip steak. They have gotten the temp. right, and we have enjoyed the taste of their char. Have never had a bad salad here! Rolls and cinnamon butter are delicious and addicting. Servers have been quite nice and efficient, and Manager comes around asking how they're doing. This chain has improved, and it's now a regular choice for a casual steak meal. read more

Took my wife here for our anniversary. The staff was all so attentive and the food was really good! There were several people helping the server, and they refilled it drinks without us having to ask and offered us more bread - all appreciated. This location can get crazy busy, but they offer getting in the wait list ahead of time. We went on a Tuesday just after 5, sothere wasn't much of a wait, but there were lots of people waiting as we left. read more

I just want to thank the wonderful staff at Texas Roadhouse for such amazing customer service and kindness. I just got home from picking up an online to-go order, however, this wasn't just any order, it was a very special order. This order was the last meal for my amazing dog Rocco. When I got to the window, the lovely woman working said "I took care of it for you today, for the best dog" I didn't know what she meant at first and then noticed she comp'd the entire meal. I didn't think this kind of kindness existed anymore and it made me tear up at the window. Then when I got home I noticed the message they wrote. Great deal for the price! Their steaks are cooked to order (we've never had a problem with doneness). My husband really enjoys their selection of side dishes. We both agree that it's just too loud to enjoy ourselves when we can't hear each other, though. And we dread all the birthday celebrations. We really aren't grinches, it's just so incredibly loud! We prefer Longhorn Steakhouse mainly because the atmosphere is just a little better (for us). read more

My daughter ordered a large to go prefer while dining in to bring home for our family and we were missing several sides. It seemed the server forgot to give a bag. That's ok happens! She paid on the kiosk at the table and dint get a receipt. I called to let them know and the manager Jeffrey Parker could have cared less. He said without receipt he can't do anything. I asked if I gave him the order or details of server or picture of credit card or amount of transaction or anything if he could look it up. He said he doesn't have access to the computer to look anything up so he couldn't. I have a hard time believing a general manager doesn't have access to their computer or receipts. It seemed because it was late he just didn't want to help. Basically called me a liar for not having a receipt besides the fact I was willing to prove otherwise. If he would have just apologized and been cool about it I could have cared less about any compensation or even getting the missing items. Jeff sometimes just apologizing when an error happens by the restaurant you manage is enough! Jeff's overall tone and lack of concern is why I leave my review. Super attentive and polite server Cindy made our early dinner experience wonderful!! Everything from service, to drinks, apps, and dinner was perfect!!! No complaints!! The delicious, warm and pillowy bread is always fantastic!! Our salads were crisp, fresh and plenty of toppings. the honey lime dressing was a tad too sweet for me, but nice balance with the lime!! All of our meals were great. Huge gorgeous whole green chile was offered to go with the steaks, and it was so delicious!!! The worst. We asked for 2 seats at the bar as it was not seat yourself. We were told we were next. We watched 3 couples walk in and a single lady who all took open seats and proceeded to be waited on. When we asked the manager what was up we were told we has to wait our turn. That took over 40 minutes and still no seats. So disappointing. read more

To noisy, felt like a heard of cows eat and go. My husband didn't like his wine he ordered so he ordered something else. The waitress said you can only have one drink at the table Celebrate my 80th birthday with friends. Food was good but could not hear talking so that toke some away of the our night out. Time, service excellent customer service from our server a little pricy for what it is, but everything was worth it. My husband was happy with his meal (steak cooked to order) my meal was good as well. I got the ribs. Our server was good at showing up when we need it him. Wow! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our waiter Joel was phenomenal. We ordered the ribeye with ribs and the other with shrimp. Shrimp was a little fishy tasting but steak was cooked perfect to my liking Med. it was tough to get water refills since the service was hard to find. Other Waitress was hanging out with people she knew but nobody ever stopped to see if we needed anything even with our water glasses sitting there empty. Left here STUFFED! Everything was great. I ordered the biggest steak on the menu the Porterhouse and it did not disappoint. It's like $33 dollars and I would say WORTH IT! I have eaten at Gordon Ramsay and honesty this steak was just as good for probably 1/3 of the price. I would say the best part about TRH is that they are consistent. Two stars because the food here is good and a fun place to catch up with friends. However, I had a very frustrating experience at Texas Roadhouse recently. I wanted to bring my boyfriend to try Texas Roadhouse since I enjoyed it so much the last few times I went. I signed up for the waitlist a hour before but didn't realize it was for the wrong location. When I arrived and checked in with the host, he didn't notify me I was at the wrong location and instead told me I was checked in and to just wait for my name to be called. After waiting for 30 minutes, we checked in again with the host to see how much longer it would be. To my surprise, the host told us we were never on the waitlist because I had signed up at a different location. I wish they had communicated this to me earlier so I could get on the correct waitlist instead of standing there for no reason. It was incredibly disappointing especially since we were so excited to eat there. I feel like they should've placed us higher up on the waitlist since they had us waiting for no reason but they said we had to get back on the end of the waitlist. We ended up just going somewhere else since we were starving at that point. I hope to try this location again and have a better experience next time. read more

We alway go there for steak because it's alway cooked perfect. The service is great . ya its a little loud but we eat and then go home. Jason at the bar away knows what we are going to have . He does a awesome job taking care of us even if he has a full house. i don't know how he does it. i love the food there and the prices you can't beat anywhere else. We go early, or you have to wait awhile. It's worth waiting when you know your food will be cooked perfect and the service will be great. i love this Place on Power and Ray. do you know they feed the Veterans on veterans day they give them a coupon to come back when the want a meal. Normally when teens go to a restaurant the servers don't feel like doing their jobs cause they think they won't get tipped. Jeffery did the complete opposite!! He was amazing!
