Came in for my birthday and left feeling queasy. I ordered the salmon and some broccoli. The flavor was fine, but as I was midway through my broccoli, I found a cooked cockroach on my plate. The manager was very accommodating and took care of the bill, but I truly hope they take this feedback and get this place cleaned up. Stopped in for my birthday dinner with some family. We came early so there was plenty of open tables. We still had to wait a few, but we're then seated at a large round table. Our server was nice, but she did barely the bare minimum. My water wasn't even refilled once, and not one single item was cleared from the table from start to finish. We left stuff near the edge, and still nobody grabbed it. Eventually we just pushed everything towards the middle. My steak sandwich was awesome and the pricing for it was good. Apparently the manager's name on staff on 04/24/26 at about 6:30 PM is Mike(they would not give out a last name), could not seat us for 30 mins while having a dozen booths open - even after my wife asked to be courteous, if they were short staffed - he stated "no" -I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. Went here for dinner and was rather disappointed in the food. I ordered the steak sirloin and the coconut shrimp when I got my food I got a sirloin steak that was a bit over cooked and shrimp on the Barby and the shrimp was on top of I guess garlic bread ?? Really disappointing experience. The food came out cold, the service was slow, and the restaurant felt messy and unorganized. For the price, I expected way better. Also this worker or manager Derek was extremely unprofessional and honestly a creep. His behavior made the whole table uncomfortable and completely ruined the experience. My experience was not great from the start. I went to put my name on the waitlist and the hostess told me to sit at the bar. I told her that I need to sit were my feet can touch the floor. I don't mind waiting for a table. I was told the wait would be 40 minutes. After an hour I checked and they said it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I check again and I was next. The hostess tried to seat me at the bar. I told her that I requested a table where my feet can touch the floor. She places me at a DIRTY table. Figured someone would wipe it down soon. My focus was trying to flag someone down to get a menu as the hostess didn't give me one. It took about 5 minutes for someone to respond to my "excuse me'. And it was not the food server dragged his hand across my table each time he walked by (twice). My server came to take my order. He seemed nice. Drink appeared and I was waiting for my soup when I realized that the table still needed to be wiped down. Looked for my server or someone who busses tables. Special instructions are consistently ignored -- something as simple as extra ranch never makes it in the bag. This time, the cheese fries were cold, overcooked, and had an off-putting burnt smell. My disabled daughter and I came to this restaurant for lunch with her birthday money she got from her aunt. We don't get to go out to restaurants much anymore due to the economy and price of food so we were looking forward to celebrating her birthday at our favorite place. We ordered a blumin onion, salads and an entree (shrimp, steak on pasta) we split to save money. Everything else was great but our entree was terrible. Steak grisly and pasta had very little sauce on it. The meat tasted weird as well. Waiter Eric was excellent btw. We should have sent it back but instead packed most of it up and brought it home. First off be aware the floors are SLICK! As soon as we walked in the host who was walking around the check in stand looked like a cartoon character pinwheeling his arms as his feet came out from under him. On the way to our table my wife almost biffed twice as well. You could hold the Disney On Ice across these floors. I ordered the prime rib sandwich, hold the mushrooms. The wife ordered the 12 oz ribeye. It took a long time for the food to come out but we did get plenty of bread which was of course awesome. We both had the potato soup which is always a winner. After polishing these off and waiting, and waiting, and waiting ... wait for it ... and waiting; the food finally arrived. Hers was perfect! Mine had mushrooms on it. Rather than have them redo the order (I wouldn't trust them not to just take the mushrooms off and then reserve it to me) I ordered the 12 oz ribeye after I was finally able to track down our waitress. By the time it came out my wife was through with her meal completely, before I even had a chance to start mine. I always love a good ribeye, the marbling is where the flavor comes from. This was not a decent cut of meat however. I probably cut away half of it in fat and sinew, and I had ordered it without the Outback seasoning on it, so you can guess what it came covered in. Our waitress never came back to refill our empty drink glasses, and in the mens room the handicapped stall was out of order. The bill came out to $66 and change. Manager emailed me and mentioned he would reach out and best time to call. I let him know 4 pm was best for Sunday. He said he would reach out Sunday or Monday. I'm leaving this bad review for his staff and him (manager) because I never heard back from the manager via email or phone call. I definitely don't recommend this location and won't be back. A 3/5 stars is about right. Service was great but steak was undercooked for a medium, was more like a medium rare. When I took the first few bites, I was willing to just accept it as is but then it kept getting rarer as I got to the first 1/3 of it so I had to send it back. I was expecting it to get to medium well then which it was when the waitress returned it but I was ok with that. Baked potato was delicious but could use a tiny bit more sour cream. Salad was ok, nothing special. The restaurant is somewhat overpriced in comparison to other steak houses and the portion is relatively small but it's acceptable overall. It was pretty clean so we liked that. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich but got the fried one instead. He was offered to add cheese to it when he was ordering and he agreed only to find out later that it's over $2 for just a slice of American cheese! You are encouraged to pay using the QR code at the table which is great, but only if you have apple pay. The restaurant is pretty popular. At 7 when we were leaving, many people were waiting for a table. I cannot justify returning here especially based on price but it's a good option in the area if you are craving a steak. read more

I'm happy to report the Bloomin Onion was very good, however it annoys me when a restaurant wants to charge premium prices but provides an average product. I've always had issues getting my steaks cooked the way you order them, and this was no exception. I ordered the ribeye and shrimp combo for $38. I asked for it to be between medium rare and medium, because Outback loves to claim a medium rare is more like a rare. How do you think my steak was cooked? It was somewhere between medium well and well done. The shrimp were a joke, super small and not grilled as claimed on the menu. Ate here on Mother's Day Eve this year and had their steak and grilled shrimp, and salmon. Both dishes were okay and pretty tasty. This location has been a favorite of my family for many years. The team has always been very attentive to my gluten allergy and the wait staff are always kind. I have give my specific review cautiously because my order was hot and prepared accurately. Here's my however, we were sat in the bar (ok, that is not a problem) but the bar tender really seemed to be in a rush...like serving tables was an inconvenience. I was trying to let him know I had a gluten allergy and he had already started asking my companion for their order even though I was still speaking. food hasn't changed much since i have been visiting outback since the 1970's that is except the prices i still enjoy going my appetizer of choice is the blooming onion always very good however the price of $14 is outrageous when a large sweet onion at the grocery is at most $1.25 so at times ill forgo ordering this just on principle i really enjoy the prime rib always very tasty tender and the price isn't too bad also another tasty slab of meat is the bone in ribeye absolutely full of flavor and nice and tender with a juicy bite you'll think you're in a high end steakhouse side salad is kinda small but cold and tasty with a really good blue cheese dressing service is generally good except when they are busy and then it can get a little spotty rember to join the wait list to avoid long wait time over all a really good time and food can be had a outback come and enjoy see ya there read more

I tried Outback Steakhouse some 20 years ago, and had not been back until today. Now I remember why I stayed away for 2 decades! Visiting Gilbert, Arizona for a youth baseball tournament, I joined a party of 5 for an early dinner. We ordered Parmesan chicken bites as an appetizer. They were so dry and overcooked that another member of our party asked the waiter to remove them from the table with 90% of it untouched. My 13-year old son ordered the prime rib sandwich. He was so disappointed with the flavor that he asked me to try it to see what I thought. He was right! Practically inedible. To be fair, he is accustomed to fine steak fare at home because daddy knows how to handle the grill! I ordered the bone-in ribeye with a side of rice and a bowl of French onion soup. Let's start with the soup. So incredibly salty that I gave up after 3-4 spoon fulls. This soup is supposed to be a comfort food, easy on the palate. It was the opposite, and went untouched any further. The bone-in ribeye, which costs $7 more than the regular ribeye, had no bone in it! ‍ Even so, I ended up sharing most of it with my son who had abandoned his prime rib sandwich already. To be fair, the rice that came with my steak was very good! This was easily the most disappointing dining experience I've had ... ever. ordered from Uber Eats 2 times today -- first time we didn't receive our $150 order, just Mac and cheese. second time we reordered because we wanted our original order and called the restaurant to make sure they provide us with our order. they messed up again and gave us half of our order. for both orders we were given the proper receipt with everything listed but the items in the bag we're wrong both times so it was the restaurants fault not uber eats. very disappointed this happened twice IN A ROW and i absolutely would not recommend Outback. do better. read more

I haven't been to Outback in a few years! We decided on Outback last night because I had a gift card burning in my pocket. Right away we noticed that while the restaurant was mostly clean, (except for the random salt packet and potato skin on the floor) it had a slight musky scent. The bathroom was surprisingly (and pleasantly) clean! We ordered a Bloomin' onion to start. Are bloomin' onions always that salty? With the bloomin' onion the waitress brought over the bread- which I remembered as being better (although maybe I'm thinking of Texas Roadhouse). Bf ordered the bone in ribeye with seasonal veggies and loaded mashed potatoes for a $1 upcharge (total price, $32.99). First off- the "seasonal veggies" were broccoli. But at least it was fresh broccoli and not frozen. Bf ordered his steak medium rare which it was in some parts, and other parts medium well/well done. It was a good, not great, steak. I ordered the steakhouse salad with balsamic vinaigrette for $16.49. This was a HUGE disappointment. The "mixed greens" were $2 iceberg lettuce mix from the grocery store. There were scarcely any pecans and no "Aussie crunch." The dressing was mixed in rather than served on the side. The steak was a bit tough as well. I think Bf summarized it best: Outback is like the Chili's of steakhouses but at steakhouse prices. read more
