Bread Service
Candii B.

This was my first time at this LongHorn location and I visited with close friends and niece. It was a very busy Saturday evening so we did have to wait around 10-15 but it was not too bad. We were promptly seated and our server Patrick came over to greet and take our drink order. Patrick's service throughout the evening was exceptional and we even made a note to tell the manager about this. I had a mishap and had to leave for around 25 minutes and he waited until I returned so that we would all have our food hot and at the same time. To start with, we got the bread service (yum!) and the Parmesan crusted spinach dip which I could've eaten 3 of!! For my entree, I ordered my favorite, the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a Sweet Potato and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (in attempts to be semi healthy lol). Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Though the restaurant was buzzing and busy, our server met all of our expectations and went above and beyond.

I stopped by for lunch and had a bacon cheddar burger. I asked for med-well and it was closer to well done. My fries were warm but not hot, so I sent them back. My burger was good but not as good as it was before.

Yummy Margarita and more in the shaker!

Having never been to this steakhouse and it being Friday night, I phoned earlier in the day to make reservations. The pleasant young man on the phone explained that they do not take reservations, but have a waitlist and to either phone or use their website to add my group of 4 to the waitlist about 1/2 hour before we arrived. I did that via the website and we were seated right away when we arrived. Arhely D was our server and she provided friendly, quick service, and great recommendations. Overall we had a great time, good service, and good food. We all ordered Margaritas and I was pleasantly surprised when our server brought shakers with our glasses, poured our drinks and left the shakers with another glassful of drink left. Great gimick!

Oh my goodness, everything was so delicious! There was a bit of a wait but no complaints for a Saturday night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even for the weekend, it didn't seem very loud either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Taylor C was so nice and sweet and gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Definitely coming back soon!!

It's been a while since either me or my girlfriend has been here and she was really craving it so we decided to head out. I'll start with the condition of the restaurant since it didn't seem like they cared much. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dirty bathrooms, graffiti, and trash on the floor, it was obvious they hadn't checked the bathroom in a while.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was kinda ok, like not bad but not good really either. The staff just seemed like they were wanting to be finished for the day. Like it was just Eh, didn't wow us at all. So now the food. I could have overlooked the other things if the food would have been good but that wasn't the case. The Wild West shrimp was pretty good but it was barely lukewarm. The chicken and ribs that I ordered were barely room temperature. The steak my girlfriend was the same, and so were all of the added sides. It was as though they forgot our order was ready and left it sitting for a while, which could also explain the somewhat slow service. I should have sent everything back but we were already there to long plus I don't always trust places when you send stuff back. We ended up getting to go boxes and went home and heated everything up to eat it. I give two stars just because the shrimp wasn't totally bad and the strawberry lemonade was tasty. Other than that, I really would not recommend this location, should we ever go back, we'll pick a different one.

We decided to use a Christmas gift card from my brother and grab lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse today. The staff was friendly and got our order together on time, which we appreciated. I ordered two New York strip steaks with sides. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to expectations. Both steaks were overly salted, heavy on the butter, and honestly tough to cut and chew -- not the tender, flavorful steaks we were hoping for. The sides were fine, but the main event fell short. Not a terrible experience, but for a place known for steak, we expected better quality. Glad we gave it a try, but probably won't rush back.

Not even kidding, I have been to Longhorn 3 times in the last maybe 6-7 months and it's getting worse and worse. The servers don't know what it means to be a server, they are unpleasant, mouthy, and don't listen to orders. I went today 4/30/26 and it was quite busy but not enough for poor service. I ordered parmesan crusted chicken, with brussel sprouts, and a sweet potato. Took the kitchen a LONG time, which I understand so since it's going to take forever for the food to come out, take your time and cook it without burning everything! I can't believe they sent this to the table in confidence. I can't eat this! 0/10 don't recommend.... Longhorn on Alma School in the East Valley needs to sit back, slow down, hire employees that care about the establishment, and maybe, JUST MAYBE they'll be good!

Caitlin, our server, was delightful, on point with the food and drink and just an amazing server. The place was packed, but the wait was pretty much non-existent. You cannot go wrong with any of the food. I got the chicken fried steak, red potatoes, over medium eggs and rye toast. She got the homemade sausage (to die for) with sourdough and we also got a side order of the pancakes. Everything was perfect. We will definitely make our way back when we are in the Mesa area!

So far, we've been able to try different places during each visit. I came across Wildberries while researching breakfast spots and saw that they had good reviews. We were there on a weekday for a late breakfast. The place is popular. While they were doing a brisk business, I can only imagine what it must be like on the weekends. Upon entering, we were immediately seated and greeted. It's clear from looking at their decor and menu (they also serve lunch) that it is a Greek-owned place. They have daily specials written on a portable sign board, and they take it from table to table so diners can see what's on special that day. Our only complaint was that service was very slow. Our server took our order after we looked at the signboard. I ordered a daily breakfast special that consisted of cinnamon French toast, 2 eggs (I chose over easy), and a choice of meat (I chose bacon). My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the regular menu. It consisted of two poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce and hash browns. To drink, I had lemonade, and my husband had orange juice and coffee. Like all the other customers, we had a long wait for food. It had us wondering if the back of the house was short-staffed. When the food finally came out, we both enjoyed our meals. The cinnamon French toast was so good on its own that I forgot about the syrup that accompanied it. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his Eggs Benedict. Wildberries is in a small strip shopping center, and parking is tight. If you are heading west on Baseline, you have to make a left at the light at S. Ext Street, then a left into the lot. On the way out, heading east, make a left out of the lot onto Baseline.

Been on my radar to return after dining here for a Yelp event last year. This place can be busy,…read morebut thankfully, we were seated in a back area of the restaurant. I loved this little nook as it was quieter. What We Ordered: - Red Wine: My coworker ordered this, and remarked how much she enjoyed. Takes an edge off the work week, and a great pairing of catching up while I was onsite at the Phoenix office. - Curious Cocktail: The temperature of the day we dined was 111° and I needed something refreshing. They didn't have a Spritz on the menu, so I went with this. I did enjoy the flavor, but could only have one of these as pretty sweet. - Heirloom Tomato Toast: This was the perfect start to the meal, and the vibrancy of the heirloom tomatoes was refreshing. I really enjoyed the miso aioli as it really complimented the tomatoes. - Side of Crispy Potatoes: Sometimes you just need some carbs, and these hit the spot for a starter before entrees though it is listed as a side. - Dry Rub Chicken Wings: These were decent for wings, but I think I would refrain from ordering again as the sauce choices just weren't great. - Mercato Sourdough Pizza: My coworker throughly enjoyed this pizza, and it intrigued me to return to order one as I couldn't have this one (pesto). - Orange Olive Oil Cake: This was perfection! The salted honey whip + berry coulis helped balance out the denseness and tartness of the orange olive oil cake. Genuinely a contender for my favorite dessert this summer, and I've had a few when spending 15+ days traveling for work. I'd definitely would return here, and one of my new favorite spots in Downtown Chandler!

Loved this place!…read more First, we had to change our reservation, and the host could not have been nicer. On a busy Saturday night, he graciously allowed us to push it back by an hour, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed. The jungle theme, leopard prints, intimate booths, and dramatic overhead lighting created a fun, unique atmosphere. The service was excellent, the cocktails were delicious, and every dish we ordered was a hit. My son said it may have been the best steak tartare he's ever had (although neither of us was a fan of the plantain chips). It was certainly the best tartare I've had in a very long time, with generous chunks of high-quality steak instead of being overly minced. The baked brie dip was outstanding, the grilled oysters were excellent, and my New York strip was cooked perfectly. My only small criticism is that the oyster appetizer came with just three oysters. For a $19 appetizer, I'd love to see at least four. An even number also makes sharing much easier, although my son generously let me have the extra one! Overall, this is a fantastic concept with great food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere. We can't wait to come back.

Lastly, I got the miso cheesecake for dessert and the flavors were incredible! I love the animal and jungle themed decor in this upscale restaurant. We were seated right next to the big stuffed leopard which was fun. Our waitress was super personable but there were a few service mistakes. My entree was missing the potatoes it was supposed to come with. And when they boxed my meal, they didn't include everything like the salad and chimichurri sauce. Luckily I checked and was able to get everything added, but staff shouldn't be neglecting or throwing away part of my meal. I would definitely come back here though as the ambience and food were top notch!

I had their Bloody Goode Time at their DT Gilbert location and enjoyed it so much that I got it again. It's a super savory drink that feels like a meal in itself. The Porch Teatime, we had green tea shots instead of Jamesame orange, came in a tiny teapot the server poured out into six tiny tea cups. It was adorable. While we were dining, it got very busy & as we were wondering where everyone was going to sit, people started walking through the glass door between the two eateries. Drinks: lots of choices. We opted for the $16 horchata flight (flan, strawberry, mocha, espresso). The former two were my favs because I don't like coffee, but my sister def enjoyed the latter two. Food: hefty breakfast sandwich w/ sausage, cream ala creme (biscuit & fruit), BHH French toast w/ bacon. The sammy was made w/ three eggs so it was a large sammy, kinda messy. I think they need to spread out the eggs a bit more so they cover more space & don't slip out from between the bun as easily. The hashbrowns were perfectly crispy. The French toast was also a hefty serving, especially w/ the bacon tacked on. The biscuit came out w/o the whipped cream, but the young gentleman quickly brought it out when I pointed out it was M.I.A. It was not as sweet as I was expecting; not sure I'd get that again. Service: great. Order at the counter, get a number, sit down, & it's brought to you -- and it was brought out very quickly. There's only one register but as people kept piling in & crowding the front door, the young dude who served us was fast to assist & soon came out w/ a tablet to start taking orders, too.
