We got seated right away on a busy Sunday. Our server was wonderful and the food was very good. Loved the rolls with honey cinnamon butter. I went to this location at 4:05 to place an order to go with a bottle of wine. I placed my order. They did not have any wine I wanted. I ordered prime rib medium rare, loaded baked potato and a house salad with ranch to go. It took 40 minutes to get my order. I sat at the bar with only 4 other people so not busy. One of my favorite chain steakhouses. Food was as expected. I had the prime rib. It was very tasty, I recommend it. My biggest complaint was that the bartender refused to pour a vodka over ice. This has to be the worst Texas Road House I have ever been to. The food was mediocre at best and the rules to alcohol were insane. They allowed us, a party of 11 to only have two alcoholic beverages in the 2 hours we were there saying that was the rules. We dine here on a regular basis with takeout and inside dining. I understand it was a Sunday which is a generally busy day. We arrive around 8pm and honestly we should've left when the booth we were shown to had a wet seat with food still on it. The floors were disgusting stuff under every booth, and wet and sticky spills in the center aisle. I was completely disgusted, this is not what people dining there deserve. I mentioned it to our waitress and she turned her tray sideways and drained it on the floor!!! We never saw any management and that's pretty normal at this location. Then she said we don't sweep or clean up until closing time. I was speechless. My companion ordered a hand cut bone in ribeye. That's an expensive meal!!! He went to the men's room and returned really quiet said he'd lost his appetite. Turns out the men's room was covered in feces and had urine on the floor. We told the waitress we need a to go for his food and we would be leaving. Still no real response from her. Perhaps they should hire more mature staff?!!!! We were headed home and he ended up throwing up in the parking lot due to his experience! He's a tough cowboy and it's pretty hard to gross him out so it must've been beyond disgusting! What a disappointing end to my Fathers Day. They lost our ticket. We arrived at 7:35 and did not get our food until 8:53. Not acceptable service. The food is always great but the service as far as I'm concerned has gone down to sub-par service. The manager did come over with our food and did apologize while he placed the food on the table looking like he really was not concerned at all, and just wanted to serve our food and run away. He did mention he was going to discount our food but neglected to tell our waitress. Someone needs to take notice.. read more

My first return visit here since Covid and I was disappointed. We had a party of 10 and it was after 2 PM for a late lunch and the restaurant was very busy. We were seated in about 20 minutes, had quick service and timely food delivered to our table. But, the food was not satisfactory. One in our party had to send his back due to under cooked. My cheeseburger was ordered medium well but was over-cooked, dry and flavorless. 2 others at the table were also dissatisfied with their orders. The others were so-so satisfied with their meals. We are here on Saturday February 6,2021 the food was good, hot and waitress was good. Was disappointed in cleanliness of restaurant. My husband and I both went to restroom at end of meal and both of us had the same impression. Filthy restrooms. We dropped our silverware during the meal on the floor and also noticed the floor was very dirty. The restaurant was full and there was a wait so the floor under our table could be attributed to that but not the restrooms. Manager needs to pay attention to this. read more

The top and bottom were pink after I waited 30 minutes and the steak took another 30 minutes to "cook" after it got sent back. Placed an order for pick up after an exceptionally long day of travel then drive from DFW. We 100% we not expecting anything great and were fine with decent. Well, super pleased that our order was excellent. Both steaks (ribeyes) were cooked exactly as requested, med rare, not tough at all and flavored super well. Sides were not old and settled and rolls hot like they'd be served table side at the restaurant. We kept saying the entire time how good it is. We're huge TRH fans but this location is terrible. We were properly greeted, quickly seated, etc, and so that was fine. Our server was pretty good (reallllllllly slow to bring drinks and refills, though, even though we were there on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't super busy), so again, "fine." But in two visits now every single steak at the table (3 one time, 4 the next) has been woefully miscooked. To see my husband's gorgeous bone-in ribeye incinerated in some spots, raw in others was just sad. My ribeye, ordered medium-rare, came out medium rare... if you could get past the gristle and unsightly gray exterior w/out a hint of typical "char." Other steaks, ordered rare, came out "black & blue" - burnt on the exterior, raw - NOT rare, there's a difference! - on the interior. We'll never be back. read more

I have a broken foot so I thought "curbside delivery" I made my $35 order and called, to make sure they would give it to me at the car. Good for a steak chain restraunt but it has slowly been going down the same path as Logans did and I hope it gets better. So, the reviews are all over the place. I'm a tough one to please, but dang if I didn't enjoy our food a LOT! The top shelf margarita was really good and reasonably priced. I got the 6 ounce sirloin, which was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The fully loaded baked potato was da bomb. Loved the green beans with bacon. The rolls... OMG, so good! My son loved his baked sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows... he said it reminded him of Thanksgiving. Husband said the ribs were tender, but not the best he's ever had. Service was very attentive, and the wait for our food wasn't long at all. We're visiting Texas, but I hear this is a chain. Well, if I see one in Austin, I'd eat here again. I went in with my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. My husband came back from deployment and could not wait for some Texas Roadhouse. Our server was named Simon, and had me crying by the time we left. He did not greet us for 35 minutes, which was excusable, until when he did come, he saw my husband and laughed in his face, and said "Camo doesn't suit anybody." I was appalled. We brushed it off with awkward laughter, and ordered both our drinks and food, as we had already had time to look over the menu. Simon claimed he "forgot to put our order in" about 20 minutes later. I wanted to give this place a try the last time I was in San Angelo but didn't get a chance. So my boyfriend took me here over the weekend when is was visiting again. I really like the atmosphere and the service is great. Their dinner roll is really, really good. And I recommend getting the steak fries, the seasoning they use on that is awesome! They did however sort of messed up on cooking my steak. I asked for medium rare and somehow the side of the steak is medium rare, but the center is a bit more rare.. It didn't bothered me enough to bring it back. Then again, I don't like having my food taken back to the kitchen while eating out.. I'm continually disappointed when we dine here. Last night we tried it one more time and again they failed. My wife ordered her steak medium-well and when she cut into it it didn't even look like it saw heat. We sent it back and by the time it made it back to her I was completely done with my meal. No apologies or compensation were rendered even though the person who brought the steak back thought it was odd that I didn't have a meal in front of me.
