When we arrived there must have been 40-50+ people waiting inside, more outside. I'm quite disappointed in our experience here. My husband and I always manage to miss out eating at this location due to the lines but we managed to get in for lunch on Monday, April 12. As we stood waiting to be seated I witnessed the line cook place some beef bites in a tray on the warming shelf then he reached in and took one and ate it. That was someone's portion! Then we get seated and order my favorite chicken fried steak. My husband and I shared. I'm not kidding when I say that 3/4s of it was batter. Our salads had rusty iceberg lettuce . My husband ordered a loaded baked potato and it managed to be dry under all the toppings. He took it home as leftovers but never ate it bc it was so unappealing. I will say that the service was very good, along with the complimentary rolls/butter. I felt like the dressing on the Caesar salad could have had more Caesar flavor, it was pretty mild. My husband enjoyed the house salad and the loaded baked potato but the ribeye was gristly and the ribs were burnt and dry, not just a nice bark on the ribs, they were charcoaled on the outside and dry on the inside. They were fall off the bone as they claim but not juicy or tender like I expected. It was disappointing. We both felt like we would not go back. read more

We ate here about a week ago and had a wonderful experience! I'm not a huge chain restaurant fan person, but we had a coupon that was given to us over Veterans Day and decided to finally check them out. On a Friday around 3pm ish, our wait was a minimum of 15 minutes, no biggie. Once seated, our server greeted us and she was super friendly. Tbh, all of the staff were stellar, no complaints. Complimentary to the table were unlimited warm rolls with maple butter and a large bag of salted shelled peanuts. Back of menu had their specials for $10.99 , we ordered our drinks and 6 oz sirloins with 2 sides of our choice Let them know how you want your steak cooked and upon serving, they will ask you to check your steak.. mine was slightly undercooked, they then immediately took care of it, and brought it back to table for another check. Love that! My side salad was a decent size and the apple sauce was nothing fancy..just reminded me of my childhood. The 6 oz steak was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere was fun- lots of screen tvs , country music, and certain songs were turned up for singin! We enjoyed our meals and were thoroughly full. Great service! Dear Texas Roadhouse I wish I could say I had a great experience but today was less than favorable. I checked into the app at 6:12 with a 15-25 minute wait. I arrived and checked in both on the app and checked in with the host too. A few minutes later I received the on deck text and went to the host desk again to tell them I received the text. I was told to wait inside. At 7:01 after waiting inside for 30 minutes I I went back to the host to ask how long it would be. I was told just a few more minutes. Within a few minutes my name was called and they told me it would be a few more minutes because I had just checked in. I had done both check ins. The girl blamed me for causing the delay and not checking in. We left and they will no longer be getting my business again. I have had issues with the app before which is why I go and check in. Please don't gaslight people when you were in the wrong. read more

If there was a zero that's what I would have given them. I placed an order to on the app with a 6:15 pick up. I get there and no available to go order spots, I let them know I'm here for my order and received a text that my order wasn't ready.At 6:30 they texted order was ready so I get in the pick up line and waited another 30 mins to pick up my food, by this I'm upset cause the food was going to be cold and soggy so I spoke to a manager Abbey Grosscup and requested a refund she then informed me that she won't be able to do until tonight and I can follow up in the morning. Ribs were partially burnt on one side, will be back for a refund. Rolls and potato were edible I paid in cash took the food back the next day and was told I couldn't get my cash back Because of our their money system works. I spoke with Manager Jasmine and she said the other Manager is Abby and they both agree on this policy. So I was told I would be getting a email voucher for the amount of my meal or they could just remake it here. I refused and was told I could use it at any location, which I didn't want to do. Hey folks I know you've been waiting for this one. We just closed on the Bunker Hill property and decided to make it a date night. Pick an old stand by to satisfy the carnivores deep inside. Great service, tasty drinks and a very good selection of fresh steaks. I threw my diet t the wind as I usually do when my beautiful wife and I eat out so I had plenty of carbs and bread. I'll be back in the saddle by morning, I hope. My beautiful wife let me sample her sweet potato and I really liked it. My only complaint was that the cook did not grill my steak as I had ordered. First Attempt: Friday Night To-Go Fiasco My first issue was a week ago on a Friday night. I knew it would be busy, but waiting an hour a to-go order at the window was excessive. When I finally got the food and drove away, I realized: 1. Zero rolls were included. 2. The bag was leaking a questionable liquid everywhere because the food was poorly boxed and the bag had a hole. I drove back, and the manager's "solution" was to repackage the food (that was already leaking--a waste of time) and give me two bags of rolls and a $10 coupon. I got home, and the nightmare wasn't over. My "well-done" steak was completely rare. It was inedible. My husband called back to demand a refund, but the manager talked him into a $20 coupon instead to cover the cost of the bad steak. We accepted, figuring we'd give it one more shot. Second Attempt: Lunchtime and The Disappearing Act Today (a week later), I used the $20 coupon for a lunch order. I placed the order via the app at 10:31 AM for an 11:30 AM pickup (they open at 11:00 AM). After running an HEB errand, I arrived at 11:28 AM. I texted the number instructed and got the generic: "Sorry. Your order isn't ready yet. Please stay in your car and we'll be out with it shortly." It is now 11:45 AM, 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, and not a single staff member has come out to check on the line of cars waiting. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes with the to-go team, and finally a manager answers. What do I get? "Let me check on this, I'm so sorry." What?! My ice cream I bought at HEB is now slowly dying a slow death in my truck. This is more than an inconvenience; it's a profound lack of management, competence, and basic customer service. I have wasted time, gas, and money due to the complete dysfunction of this particular Texas Roadhouse. I will not be back to this location for a very long time. Do better!!! And yes I had time to write this extensive review while waiting in my truck for food I still DO NOT have. Ridiculous. *Update my food came out at 11:51! Hooray. read more

Horrible service all around from the host to the Manager Abbey working closing shift, no help for a party over 10+ so many changes and no coordination. Waited over an hour to get seated got a seat at closing Hour. When asked if anything could be done for the inconvenience we were only offered a cactus blossom. Ughhhhhh! I try to defend this location but every time I go they make it harder for me to recommend this location. Why is the service soooo bad here! First the wait is horrible, the way you can be checked in before everyone and they will sit everyone but you. Then sitting you down but forgetting silverware? On top of that how do I order a Togo order with my food I'm going to eat there and my Togo order comes out first? Which already took long in the first place... I wanted to take my dad out for a nice meal and we ended up being frustrated af. The server was good but it was the cooks in the back taking their sweet time.
