Chicken fried steak
Crissy L.

I'm quite disappointed in our experience here. My husband and I always manage to miss out eating at this location due to the lines but we managed to get in for lunch on Monday, April 12. As we stood waiting to be seated I witnessed the line cook place some beef bites in a tray on the warming shelf then he reached in and took one and ate it. That was someone's portion! Then we get seated and order my favorite chicken fried steak. My husband and I shared. I'm not kidding when I say that 3/4s of it was batter. Our salads had rusty iceberg lettuce . My husband ordered a loaded baked potato and it managed to be dry under all the toppings. He took it home as leftovers but never ate it bc it was so unappealing. I can say that the rolls and my sweet potato were delicious. We will not be back. The serving staff was friendly.

Yummy food for reasonable price. Popular for birthdays and bar availability. Check in online to minimize your wait for a table. Busy restaurant with country music and tvs for sport viewings. Peanut allergy warning at door.

Herb Crusted Chicken

Prices are going up, portions are down. Got the herb chicken and it looked like a kids meal! Took forever to get somebody's attention to ask about the plate. Miss the old roadhouse!!

We live visiting Texas Roadhouse for a good steak dinner. Christian was our server today and he was very friendly and fast. The food is always great. I do prefer the Caesar salad over the house salad at this particular restaurant. Everything was great!

I will say that the service was very good, along with the complimentary rolls/butter. I felt like the dressing on the Caesar salad could have had more Caesar flavor, it was pretty mild. My husband enjoyed the house salad and the loaded baked potato but the ribeye was gristly and the ribs were burnt and dry, not just a nice bark on the ribs, they were charcoaled on the outside and dry on the inside. They were fall off the bone as they claim but not juicy or tender like I expected. It was disappointing. We both felt like we would not go back.

Excellent food. Excellent service. My food was cooked to perfection. We love the vibe at TX RH and the bread and butter is still the best around!

Take out. Lots of people but efficient on the app. Ordered ribs and smokehouse burger, they got my specific requests right and the ranch steak fries was the bomb. Ribs were a little bit dry. Though the rolls are always a winner. They got two windows for take out and that was nice. Clean with benches outside to wait. Designated parking for pick up which helps as it really gets crowded here. This place is a staple for my bf and take out is much better for time!

We ate here about a week ago and had a wonderful experience! I'm not a huge chain restaurant fan person, but we had a coupon that was given to us over Veterans Day and decided to finally check them out. On a Friday around 3pm ish, our wait was a minimum of 15 minutes, no biggie. Once seated, our server greeted us and she was super friendly. Tbh, all of the staff were stellar, no complaints. Complimentary to the table were unlimited warm rolls with maple butter and a large bag of salted shelled peanuts. Back of menu had their specials for $10.99 , we ordered our drinks and 6 oz sirloins with 2 sides of our choice Let them know how you want your steak cooked and upon serving, they will ask you to check your steak.. mine was slightly undercooked, they then immediately took care of it, and brought it back to table for another check. Love that! My side salad was a decent size and the apple sauce was nothing fancy..just reminded me of my childhood. The 6 oz steak was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Atmosphere was fun- lots of screen tvs , country music, and certain songs were turned up for singin! We enjoyed our meals and were thoroughly full. Great service! And upon leaving , the wait was insane. We made it here just before the rush : D

Service-excellent.Ordered steak well, no pink and it had pink, tasted like the grill had not been cleaned, steak was very dry &old!

If you're looking for a place that feels less like a restaurant and more like you just walked into…read moresomebody's home after church on a Sunday... this is it. From the moment we stepped into 6 Klicks Cafe, the vibe was immediate--warm, welcoming, and real. Not forced, not corporate. Just genuine energy. The kind of place where you already know you're about to eat good before you even see the menu. The Food I ordered the grilled chicken marsala, and they didn't just throw it on a plate--they presented it. Everything looked intentional. * Chicken cooked perfectly * Sauce was on point * Mashed potatoes? Had me wanting the recipe after one bite * Green beans with sausage and onion--straight comfort food I also tried the chicken tenders, fries, and Texas toast--everything was done right. Crispy where it needed to be, flavorful across the board. Portion size? Let's be real, it felt like they made the plate for two people. ________________________________________ ‍ Service Service was top-tier. * Greeted immediately * Server knew the menu and helped us decide * Drinks came fast (shoutout to that blackberry tea ) * Food came out in under 10 minutes No waiting, no confusion, no "let me check on that" energy. Just smooth. ________________________________________ Atmosphere This place has identity. It's not trying to be trendy--it's authentic. You can feel the story behind it. Veteran-owned, patriotic, and built with intention. It's the kind of spot where you could sit, eat, and talk for hours without feeling rushed. Family vibe all day. ________________________________________ Price vs Value Not the cheapest--but worth it. When the portions are big, the food is made right, and the experience is solid... the price makes sense. ________________________________________ Final Verdict 10/10 (with no real complaints) This isn't just somewhere you eat. This is somewhere you go when you want real food, real service, and a real atmosphere. I'll definitely be back I'd recommend it without hesitation Not a one-and-done spot--this is a regular rotation type place

Wife enjoyed her garden salad but for $10 seemed slightly pricey. Ranch dressing was good but store bought. One more thing - very few vegetarian choices! Service- 3/5: Everyone working that day in the front had food stains on their clothes. I get it's a restaurant but gave off unclean establishment vibes. Servers checked on us frequently so appreciate that. Ambience - 3/5: Clean and comfortable seating. Their prices are higher than what's posted on their online menu so just be aware of that. The server did tell me they were aware of it and changes were in the works. All in all, it's a one and done for us.

Immediately upon walking in I fell in love with the rustic yet elegant decor (those chandeliers tho). My girlfriends and I sat at the bar and enjoyed great service during our entire 3 hour visit there. The cocktail and bites we enjoyed were all delicious. During happy hour there are select cocktail and bites you can enjoy for $7 each. My drink of choice for the evening was the perfectly balanced Berry Smash . I was torn on bites but ended up going with the Happy Hour sliders and the pork belly appetizer from the regular menu. Both were soooo good...particularly the Pork Belly which was a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory. This visit redeemed Haywire in my eyes and I'm looking forward to returning during regular hours to explore more of the menu during dinner service.

The Texas-themed setting was cute and comfortable, with a relaxed noise level, and while most of the food was just average, the double pork chop was the clear standout. Remaining pork chop will go into my breakfast taco tomorrow.

FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.
