My 10oz Medium-rare Ribeye was good. In fact very good. The meat was cooked just right with pink in the center and the cut have good blend of meat and fats. Very tasty too. Plus, I think it is not too expensive compared to other steak houses in town. For sides, I had mashed potatoes and house salad. They were good. House salad portion was big. My friend ordered margarita and she said while it was delicious, it was too sweet. While I am always a fan of the food there, we have had hit or miss in terms of the service here. However, tonight the whole experience was pleasant. The waiting time was reasonable and our waiter Brandon was so delightful. The famous rolls and cinnamon butter live up to the hype! Though it was a 60min wait to get seated (even with the call ahead option), the staff are generally efficient and friendly. Unfortunately the rolls were the best part of my meal. I ordered the 10 oz ribeye with sweet potato and green beans, and was sad to see the equivalent of canned green beans served up. Yuck. The steak was fine, a few more chunks of fat than I would have liked, and the sweet potato was a sweet potato :D. My daughter shows up 3 minutes later but 20 minutes later we still are not seated and yet you still can't seat us because you say the manager is looking for a table of 5!!!! But we witness you seat three sets of parties of 2 and then another two set of parties of 4!! HOLY HELL pull up another chair or ask if we don't mind breaking our party up!! I am starving! We could have sat boys at one table girls another!!! It wasn't Monday family night for us, split us up! I just wanted your delicious country fried steak and 1,000 calorie country gravy and mash potatoes and eat three too many rolls but whatever!!! We normally go to the Lehi, UT and go there often because it's a good price for amazing quality. We were out towards this location and stopped in to have lunch. My husband and I both got different cuts of steak. Both tasted freezer burnt & tough. Our salad was soggy from dressing and the bread was hard. Be weary of this location!!! We visit frequently because it WAS a great place two years ago. We hope a manager would bring it back to what it once was. Since then, our filets have been constantly overcooked (8 out of 10 visits) sometimes even cold. Last night they were cooked correctly, but very oversalted. Our server seemed scared of getting the manager when I asked (weird). I tested a theory and confirmed, with the manager that they serve half-shots of alcohol in their drinks. I ordered my drink with the shot separately and the rocks glass (with the measurement line) confirmed my suspicion. The manager Abel, just fake smiled and said "the drinks are weak? I know" "the clicker must be broken" and he'd talk to the bartender. He removed the last drink, because I had him take it away, but we still paid full price for the other three. I asked if it was a policy to only bring x amount of drinks. He said they don't have a policy (weird, his server said it was a policy) but THEN Abel said we must be unaware of Utah's weak drinks because we were from somewhere else. Nope! Born and raised. Of my years of experience in serving I've never seen such a display of blatant lies in regards to Utah's liquor laws. This last experience (mostly from the manager) was atrocious. The server was fine and the atmosphere was typical (that's why we go) but the drinks and food (again) were, lacking. From seeing other reviews, they NEED to do better! This isn't a "fluke thing" anymore. Everything begins and ends with the manager. From servers, barstaff, bussers, cooks and greeters. If management isn't giving them respect and appreciation, WE aren't getting their respect or appreciation. -I will order my alcohol on the side and at least eyeball measure it, at this location. -I won't send any food back, for any reason, anywhere. (Online videos will explain) -I know complaints from servers to management aren't taken as serious as direct customers complaints to management. -I won't be afraid to say something. We used to like going here though service was always 50/50 depends who you get as your server but we love the rolls. Food is 50/50 depends on your choice, some we love some are just meh. Several times when its our turn when we're called upfront it takes several more minutes before anyone takes us to out table but then theres a bunch of the employees on the front just chitchatting away so its always awkward just standing there waiting for a while after they called us. Warning though, do not use yelp's waiting list, they do not use it at all. Big mistake. They have their own waitlist sytem on their website. You will be turned away. They also don't follow mask and social distancing rules for restaurants, so if you're concerend about that don't go on busy days/nights. read more

Poor hygiene, they had a drink " monster energy drink" inside of the meat display case I informed the manager he seemed to have had a very negative attitude stating it was "like a fridge". However, item was beside the meat. I just think like this how many people go into a convenient store touch items and put them back. Then the places that drink has sat then you place it inside of a container with raw meat and expect germs not to spread. I typically only sit at the bar because it's often no waiting, so keep that in mind. But I have to say that the bar staff, every time I have been here, has been extremely friendly and very attentive. The orders typically come out correctly but when they haven't they have always worked hard to correct the situation and have discounted my meal due to their error. The sirloin steak is particularly good. Soooooo much better than Outback. It has always been super tender and cooker to order. It is a typical chain restaurant and things are pretty consistent and the fair is certainly far from upscale, but it is very good and appropriately priced for what it is. And they aren't trying to be a high end restaurant so I don't mind at all. I can highly recommend this place. It has been a good experience every time thus far. read more

They are perfectly fried and sized. The sauce is sweet and spicy, just right. There is a big chance the people in here will get sick of seeing my face stuffed with squid. I can't believe how much the quality of food here has tanked in just a few years. I remember 4 years ago they had better steak than the expensive places downtown. My ribeye today was the worst I've ever had. Tough as nails, bland, full of fat and cartilage. I was lucky to even eat half of it. All the other food was outrageously salty. Like unbearably salty. It's funny bc we actually stumbled across this place on accident LOL we came in thinking it was a different restaurant. The prices are great and the food is even better. The appetizers are good. The atmosphere is where the one star comes from. The restaurant is strikingly similar to a dirty pig circus that has caught on fire. There is food everywhere on the ground - you cannot walk anywhere without stepping on scraps that are several hours old. They packed nine of us at a table meant for six, so we were basically sitting on each other until the hell was all over.
