16oz sirloin (with onions), BBQ chicken. Breast, 2 orders of green beans, and a baked sweet potato with cinnamon.

I've been here three times in one week if that tells you anything. The manager (I think Warren) and the staff are amazing (they love their job) and provide a fun atmosphere without creeping in on your conversations or being too helpful and always at your table. The food is always great and the servers can get you whatever you want. There is the occasional mess up like a steak being under or overcooked, but they correct it and give you an extra side! I normally get a 16oz sirloin with onions, chicken breast, green beans, and a sweet potato and it is delicious every time.

Came for a quick meal between lunch and dinner. I was promptly seated. I mainly wanted the yeast rolls. Got the beef tips with rice and corn. Service was friendly. Typical national chain restaurant.

Have to concur with what other reviewers have already said. This restaurant is always busy. Consequently it is loud, crowded, and the wait for a table can be lengthy. The parking lot is correspondingly nutty as well. Lots of coming and going, inside the restaurant and out. The service can be hit or miss, but the odd things that happen derive from them being busy rather than from poor service. I haven't had a problem with anything that wasn't rectified right away. The servers are attentive and friendly. The last guy I had knew every last detail about everything on the menu - which options/choices come with what, what beers are on tap, what the salad dressings are, etc. - all the things that make servers go "ummm, I'll find out" he had it down. Service aside, the food is consistently great. I am not a connoisseur of steaks, I am sure you can get better ones elsewhere - but the ones I have had were always fine. The non-steak menu items are good. My wife loves the chicken tenders. The side salads are fresh and cold and almost big enough to call an entree. The baked potatoes are enormous and the baked sweet potatoes are like eating dessert with your steak. I don't drink here very often but the drinks we have had were good and reasonably priced. Recommended. Brace yourself for a little nuttiness and possibly a wait for a table and go. It's worth it.

Best drinks anywhere on earth and you can't tell us otherwise because we know it's a good place for you guys but eat up the bread

Thanks it's the best drink ever made me smile so much today I'm so happy I got my steak rare so good for me, thank you very much for all your support

The food has consistently been excellent; my daughters treated me here for Father's Day, and we were all very satisfied. We started with the large onion rings, which were substantial enough to nearly fill us up. For our entrees, I had the BLT, my youngest daughter ordered a hamburger, and my eldest chose the cheesy fries. Everything was well-prepared, and the milkshakes and iced tea were both top-tier. While service can occasionally be slow during peak hours due to staffing challenges, the staff on duty are always friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, the prices are very reasonable. This was not our first visit to the Big Easy, and it certainly won't be our last. If you are looking for fast food, the major chains are located just down the street, and if you are seeking fine dining, this is not that either. I couldn't decide which drink to start with when one of the bartenders said she had just created a Mardi Gras "New Fashioned" and made it a Christmas drink with icing and sprinkles. Wow!!!! It was delicious! I went on to have the Christmas Cookie martini which was also delicious and a Grinch Mimosa which was good as well. My friends got the Christmas margarita, the Crème brûlée margarita, eggnog martini and cinnamon White Russian. All were amazing! We actually like all of the drinks better than the ones we had at 2 Holiday pop ups! For entrees we had the Cypress burger which was cooked on point, juicy and flavorful along with cups of gumbo and a salad. All of the food was really good. We had a bonus of being there on Trivia night and had so much fun! The staff along with some of the regulars were extremely friendly and helpful. We all agreed we would be back.
