Went there on Sunday 6/28 /26 around 2 we got seated pretty fast but the lady got our drink and food order and appetizer so within 10 minutes our prime rib came out with no aujus no salads was served first and no appetizer either so when I ask the lady for aujus she act like she didn't know what it was but she went and got it then I ask where the salads and appetizer was she said she don't know but she'd go look for it finally we got them but no refills it took for ever this use to be our favorite restaurant but definitely not going back there read more

We decided to come here based on the numerous visits from my son and his approval of the restaurant. We got here on Sunday evening at around 5 pm and it was full, but we only waited for a few minutes to get seated. Our server, Chandra, did a good job of making sure we were taken care of including bringing extra of the delicious rolls and butter they have for no extra cost. I ordered the chicken fried chicken....yes that seems odd, basically chicken fried steak but using chicken instead of beef. It was tasty and tender with a brown gravy topping it. I don't have super high standards for Texas Roadhouse in general, but WOW, is this one bad. Let me be clear, I think of the average Texas Roadhouse as a 3 star type of location. 4 if they stand out. This is not a case of me giving 1 star because I don't like chain steakhouses, I just think THIS location is particularly dissatisfactory. Every single time I go, my steak is cooked incorrectly. Literally--every time. I order it medium, and it invariably comes out medium rare, medium well, or somehow a combination of both on one piece of meat. And I know it isn't just a fluke or me being overly picky, because they always wait around and immediately ask me to cut into my steak to check the doneness, which no other location has ever asked of me. Clearly, they've been having issues. They always take it back and attempt to correct it, but there's a 50/50 chance it is still wrong (sometimes worse than the first time) when I get it back. The manager comes by to check on us, and of course I'm unhappy, but what can they do? By this point, my chicken-eating partner is done, I'm about 8 rolls in, and I don't want to wait to see if they'll ruin a 3rd steak, so I say it's fine and we leave. Salad is hit or miss. Soggy or dry- it could be either, both, or neither. Just roll the dice. Appetizers, potato-based sides, and drinks are good. I mean they're fairly foolproof. There have also been several instances of the employees bickering with each other in front of us. Yelling, griping, someone running to the bathroom in tears, someone going from server to server whispering loudly "did you hear what happened?" It's entertaining to watch for sure, but boy is it unprofessional. In short, this place is an absolute train-wreck. Several of the servers are great. They should probably take their talents elsewhere. Several others are horrible, but that's par for the course. Managers are nice enough and attempt to be helpful, but at this point someone just needs to clean house and find a new back of house crew that can actually cook, or all other efforts will continue to be futile. P.S. If you've read this far and you're wondering why I went back multiple times... 1) Convenience 2) I receive $100s of dollars of chain restaurant gift cards when I donate blood. Once we arrived, we only had to wait about 10 more mins and we were seated in a booth. They brought us delicious rolls and butter, and peanuts. Now they bring you a sealed bag of peanuts along with a bucket, so you don't have to litter all over the floor or you can just take the bag home with you for later. It's a much nicer setup than before. I was coming from a late lunch, so I ordered something light. The steakhouse filet salad, which usually comes with bleu cheese crumbles & dressing, was perfect. I asked for it with no bleu cheese and ranch dressing instead. My steak was cooked med rare like I asked, so it was great! As busy as it was, we never felt neglected by our waiter. This was my first time at this particular location, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Kelci took excellent care of us! She made sure our drinks were always full and provided truly top-notch service throughout our meal. I ordered the Dallas Filet with a baked potato, and it was cooked to absolute perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I've always loved their house salad served in a chilled bowl, and I especially appreciate that they include egg in the salad, which is something I personally enjoy. I usually get French dressing, but this location didn't have it, so I went with my second favorite, Italian, and it was still delicious. First time have been there and the experience was super. Waitress gave us time to peruse the menu. All of us picked steak! She was friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Checked in online while on the way and it really worked out for us. Was told the wait for four people would have been 45 minutes. We talked in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I received a text and we were seated. It was packed but our waiter still seemed to manage checking on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. Since it was so packed, it was a little bit on the louder side, but nothing too much to handle. My family and I dined at this location this past night for kids night. We've been regular customers and have generally had good experiences, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. Our server, Kalei (with reddish/blonde colored hair and glasses), was not as attentive as we expected. We requested a few simple items that were never brought to the table, and overall, the service felt inattentive. What made the experience particularly disappointing was overhearing her speaking in Spanish to other staff about us, referring to us as "needy," which was uncalled for especially considering our requests were minimal. I understand she may not have realized I couldn't understand the conversation, but it was still inappropriate. Even more concerning were parts of the conversation we overheard between her and another staff member. Topics included potentially working under the influence and inappropriate workplace behavior, including sexual activity during slow shifts with other staff. While I might typically brush this off, it was very uncomfortable to hear while dining with my family and children around. My ribeye was also unfortunately undercooked as well. I still tipped respectfully, but I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them appropriately. This kind of behavior affects the atmosphere and overall dining experience. Went here after a trip through Hanes mall and had a hankering for those delicious bread rolls. The restaurant was packed and was a fun and louder atmosphere, typical of any Texas Roadhouse. The sweet potato I have no complaints about it's a perfectly roasted sweet potato with butter and brown sugar it's hard to mess anything up with those ingredients. My partner had the sirloin steak with grilled shrimp. The steak was cooked nicely but with a slightly dry finish, I think more to do with the cut of steak, but overall very solid. The shrimp was seasoned nicely and had good flavor but was pretty greasy, glad the bread under it soaked some of the butter. And of course the bread rolls, warm pillowy soft goodness with a dallop of their cinnamon butter: always an excellent part of any roadhouse. Lastly, on my way out I wanted peanuts and another server offered me not 1 but the whole bin!! (Haha!) she said it was good for advertising and I agree! I know this is a restaurant chain, but if you want a great steak cooked to perfection with a salad and a baked potato and in and out in a timely manner this is the place. It puts a whole new meaning to fast food. The service is excellent and it's because the staff know to get your meal to you, get the cleanup done and move on to the next customer. Having said that you are made to feel comfortable and to take your time, but they are so efficient it just happens before you know it. Fortunately we got in within 5 minutes and walked pass a glass case of steaks you're able to pull a ticket from to hand pick which you'd like cooked. That excited my hubby lol. Anyways, there was a deal we thought we'd take advantage of for valentine special. $45 for two! You can pick from a couple options so we got cheese fry appetizers, ribs and steak for hubby, then bbq chicken and ribs for me. It also comes with your choice of two sides so I got green beans and mashed potatoes and hubby got fries and mac and cheese. There's was enough food not to order kids meals for our little ones who shared with us. Overall, steak wasn't bad! It was cooked a medium rare as requested, had good flavor, and tender to the bite. The ribs and the bbq chicken were fine, nothing special to note. I really enjoyed the thick cut fries though! And so did the kiddos. Overall, I'm a little torn between how I would rate. The service was very friendly, it was easy to pay at the table with our card which was nice for getting out as swiftly as we got in, and the food is reasonably priced. You can expect consistency here and I understand the appeal. It's just I've experienced plenty of tastier steak, ribs and chicken elsewhere for similarly priced food. It's been a long time since I visited a Texas Roadhouse. We ate here because they had a fundraiser for my son's school. I was a little nervous since they had a low inspection score last month, but were reinspected and had a good score. I was very impressed with the food and service I received they bring rolls while taking you to your table. They also offer peanuts when you sit down. Our server was really sweet and she took good care of our table. I ordered the fillet with grilled shrimp. I like how your entrée comes with two sides so I had a salad and loaded sweet potato. The steak was very tender and delicious. The grilled shrimp were tasty as well. The honey mustard dressing was delicious with the salad and I would highly recommend the sweet potato. (Side note, the mall park parking is in easy walking distance). All Texas Roadhouse locations deliver reasonably good quality for very fair prices. This place was no exception. FOH Staff was on point but the BOH was extremely lacking in service tonight. My partners steak was ordered medium rare and originally came back well done. My pulled pork sandwich looked like it was slide across the plate and caught by someone's hand. On top of this, the original silverware we received was dirty and even the second set of silverware was again, dirty. There were even traces of something being stuck to the inside of my partners water glass. Nothing was comped or removed from my bill. I still ended up having to pay full price for subpar experience.
