I don't have super high standards for Texas Roadhouse in general, but WOW, is this one bad. Let me be clear, I think of the average Texas Roadhouse as a 3 star type of location. 4 if they stand out. This is not a case of me giving 1 star because I don't like chain steakhouses, I just think THIS location is particularly dissatisfactory. Every single time I go, my steak is cooked incorrectly. Literally--every time. I order it medium, and it invariably comes out medium rare, medium well, or somehow a combination of both on one piece of meat. And I know it isn't just a fluke or me being overly picky, because they always wait around and immediately ask me to cut into my steak to check the doneness, which no other location has ever asked of me. Clearly, they've been having issues. They always take it back and attempt to correct it, but there's a 50/50 chance it is still wrong (sometimes worse than the first time) when I get it back. The manager comes by to check on us, and of course I'm unhappy, but what can they do? By this point, my chicken-eating partner is done, I'm about 8 rolls in, and I don't want to wait to see if they'll ruin a 3rd steak, so I say it's fine and we leave. Salad is hit or miss. Soggy or dry- it could be either, both, or neither. Just roll the dice. Appetizers, potato-based sides, and drinks are good. I mean they're fairly foolproof. There have also been several instances of the employees bickering with each other in front of us. Yelling, griping, someone running to the bathroom in tears, someone going from server to server whispering loudly "did you hear what happened?" It's entertaining to watch for sure, but boy is it unprofessional. In short, this place is an absolute train-wreck. Several of the servers are great. They should probably take their talents elsewhere. Several others are horrible, but that's par for the course. Managers are nice enough and attempt to be helpful, but at this point someone just needs to clean house and find a new back of house crew that can actually cook, or all other efforts will continue to be futile. P.S. If you've read this far and you're wondering why I went back multiple times... 1) Convenience 2) I receive $100s of dollars of chain restaurant gift cards when I donate blood. Steak and rolls or pasta and breadsticks? I choose the steak. P.P.S. Health inspection details are publicly viewable--exercise that ability before you eat here. They've corrected many of their issues, so it didn't actually impact the # of stars I gave in this review, but I do think it speaks to the overarching back of house issues they clearly have, and is worth making an informed decision if you are comfortable consuming food here or not.

Great dining experience here! They have a feature online that allows you to be added to the waitlist, so you can jump ahead of the line and start waiting while you're still on the way to the restaurant. Be sure to use it or make a reservation because on Saturday evening, it was packed! We couldn't even park in their lot because it was so full, we had to park at the mall. Be forewarned. Once we arrived, we only had to wait about 10 more mins and we were seated in a booth. They brought us delicious rolls and butter, and peanuts. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now they bring you a sealed bag of peanuts along with a bucket, so you don't have to litter all over the floor or you can just take the bag home with you for later. It's a much nicer setup than before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was coming from a late lunch, so I ordered something light. The steakhouse filet salad, which usually comes with bleu cheese crumbles & dressing, was perfect. I asked for it with no bleu cheese and ranch dressing instead. My steak was cooked med rare like I asked, so it was great! As busy as it was, we never felt neglected by our waiter. He came back to check on us several times and was very nice.

We were by the mall and craving good meat! When that happens, Texas Roadhouse is the answer! I ordered the Prime Rib-Medium Rare with sautéed mushrooms and a side of mashed potatoes! Every bite is heaven! The flavors individually are amazing; put them all together and you have to close your eyes and deliberately tune out the world so you can focus on the party happening on your taste buds!!!!!! Yummy [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is consistently good and the atmosphere is casual, clean, and fun! A great place to enjoy time with friends![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Looking forward to our next meat craving by the Mall! Most Sincerely!

Absolutely Nothing compares to the fresh rolls and butter from Texas Roadhouse. I also enjoyed a 6oz sirloin that was cooked to perfection. The staff here were very friendly and attentive. Our waiters name was Brian and he was absolutely wonderful!!

On this occasion, my mom and I ended up splitting a massive steak. We split the 23oz Porter House, which, in my humble opinion, is the best cut of steak. With a piece of tenderloin and New York strip, you cannot go wrong. To top it off, this steak is cooked on the bone, so there is extra flavor and moisture as well. On this event, since we were not as hungry as we usually are. We ordered some potato skins, which were some of the best potato skins I have ever had. The only thing missing was some scallions; those would have added a nice onion flavor to the dish without overpowering it. Since we weren't extremely hungry, we only ordered one steak, two extra plates, and two Caesar salads (you've got to have your greens, after all). We enjoyed our time, and our server Chris was attentive and kind.

Texas Roadhouse is always a great value for what you get, and what I love most is the consistency--no matter what location you visit, you can always expect the same fantastic experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was my first time at this particular location, and it absolutely did not disappoint.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Kelci took excellent care of us! She made sure our drinks were always full and provided truly top-notch service throughout our meal. I ordered the Dallas Filet with a baked potato, and it was cooked to absolute perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I've always loved their house salad served in a chilled bowl, and I especially appreciate that they include egg in the salad, which is something I personally enjoy. I usually get French dressing, but this location didn't have it, so I went with my second favorite, Italian, and it was still delicious. Hands down, Texas Roadhouse remains one of my favorite places to enjoy a steak dinner. Highly recommend!

Took friends to celebrate! Arrived at 6pm on a Thursday seeing mass of people already there. Afraid of a long wait but we were seated right away. Yea. First time have been there and the experience was super. Waitress gave us time to peruse the menu. All of us picked steak! She was friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Only hiccup was do not have Cheerwine where selected Dr. Pepper. Everyone was pleased with their steak selection. Nice touch that a Manager came around asking how was our experience? No issues at all. Amazing all the people there where no waits. Very pleased with service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location has great setup with many booths. Not too noisy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] An enjoyable experience.

Checked in online while on the way and it really worked out for us. Was told the wait for four people would have been 45 minutes. We talked in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I received a text and we were seated. It was packed but our waiter still seemed to manage checking on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since it was so packed, it was a little bit on the louder side, but nothing too much to handle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is generally very low so if you need readers make sure you bring them or else you might have trouble seeing the menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a ribeye and rib La combo with fries. The fries didn't seem to be seasoned at all, but were cooked well. Ribs were awesome, I loved the sauce and the cook on them. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out medium. Not the biggest deal but it could have been better. It's Texas Roadhouse though, if I told you I wasnt going to come back over this I would be lying

Family time at Texas Roadhouse. First of all we always come for the fresh made bread rolls. We just love the bread with the cinnamon butter. Even though the place was busy, service was still very good. Our server was very attentive constantly checking on us. Food came out pretty quick. And was actually not that bad. Love the decor' in the place. The only dislike was how loud it was and how busy the place gets. Great place for big groups.

I chose their original sauce, by far the best selection for the brisket. As usual the to go order was out quickly, just over 10 minutes, and I was on my way, with my meal securely packaged. These folks do a great job filling your order quickly and accurately, and for a reasonable price - things that used to be so common at restaurants stretching from hot dog joints to steak houses - pretty rare these days! This was the typical excellent meal from Honky Tonk - the brisket was very nice, made very special by their original BBQ sauce; the Brisket Chili had its own full smoky taste, with beans included, but apparently no onions; and the collards are good but not great - more sweetness than I care for, no sign of meat onions, or cabbage. I drain the liquid that comes with the collard and add a healthy doses of red wine vinegar and Texas Pete. The sausage included cheddar and jalapeños, and packed a nice spice level. This would be nice served a full length on a hot dog bun with a stout mustard. This Tue and Wed promise to be rather cool, will consider another visit for the Brunswick Stew, more good stuff!

Our server was warm, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked. The space has that familiar barbecue joint look. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and family friendly. Noise level sat right in the middle, lively but not overwhelming, and no one rushed us even as we lingered, laughed, and took more photos than necessary. I ordered the Pitmaster Plate with North Carolina chopped barbecue. You can choose sliced, chunky, or chopped. The pork was tender, flavorful, and exactly the slightly vinegary flavor I love. I added collard greens, coleslaw, and sweet potato casserole. The greens had a slight kick but were balanced. The coleslaw was fresh and necessary alongside the barbecue. The sweet potato casserole was easily the standout side. The only drawback is portioning on the sides. They are a bit small, especially if you are planning leftovers. I went in hoping to stretch this into multiple meals and almost made it. Still worth it, just manage expectations. Also worth noting, bread does not come with the plate, so I added rolls. My total came to about $31 with the automatic gratuity for larger groups, and I added a little extra. For the quality, service, and portion of barbecue, that feels more than fair. Everything was consistently good, and the experience made it even better. Great spot for groups, easygoing, and welcoming. I will be back. I even asked the barista if he remembered to put the espresso in it and he said that he did. I'm not so sure... this time I ordered something different. I asked which flavors of syrups they had and also if they were Housemade. The mark of a true gourmet coffeehouse is housemaid syrups... The girl told me that they don't make the syrups in this location, but at their Charlotte location and they're brought up here. They had the typical ones: vanilla hazelnut and mocha. I chose to get a regular iced oat milk latte sweetened with a little honey with cinnamon powder. The flavor of the espresso is very good and bold and it blended well with the cinnamon and honey. I also ordered two pastries, including A chocolate chunk cookie and a blueberry muffin. I ordered the blueberry muffin because a customer behind me said that the blueberry muffin is his wife's absolute favorite of all the blueberry muffins she's ever had! That sold me on it! The same kind customer mentioned something about a chocolate chunk cookie as he was asking his friend who was already sitting down what he wanted. Again, when I heard chocolate chunk cookie, I had to have one! They had samples of chocolate chip bread that was tasty, but it seemed to have sugar on it which though it is very common in most bakeries I do not prefer. I have no idea why they are putting sugar on top of pastries that are already sweet. It is likely due to the fact that most Americans are addicted to sugar! The complaint that I have is that it took forever for the barista to make my iced latte... I have no idea why... At one point after she had been working on it for several minutes she had to go get more oat milk but before that, I don't know what was taking her so long. Anyway, Copain has a cool vibe and they were playing very beautiful music that suited the vibe very well. The blueberry muffin was tasty and full of fresh blueberries but again it had sugar on top of it! The chocolate chunk cookie was also very large, fresh and soft. It was full of chocolate chunks, and I could even taste a hint of sea salt. Again, it was a little too sweet for me, though. There were several customers in Copain Bakery and Provisions enjoying their coffees and food. They have lots of edible items, including sweet and savory ones sandwiches, salads, croissants, muffins, cookies, brownies... They have ample amount of items to choose from to suit mini a distinct pallet. The service was also very friendly and warm. The prices were also what I considered to be excellent as I paid a total of less than $20 and that included the tip for my two pastries and my 16 ounce iced oat milk latte!

I ordered a steak and shrimp entree medium rare, when it came the steak was well done but the wait was about 30-35 minutes and I ate it anyways after acknowledging to the waitress it was way overcooked. When it came to my shrimp I had 8 and about 4 of them were undercooked and visibly raw. I ate what ones I thought looked fine and half way in realized the 3rd or 4th were raw and started to look at the others. I didn't eat them and told the waitress. At the same time my cousin had ordered a steak medium rare and when it came out it was rare and he sent it back. About 15 minutes later his steak came back even MORE rare and the seasoning was so hot from all the pepper it was inedible even if it was cooked right. When the waitress came and I told her about the shrimp and my cousin told her about his steak she said she'd find a manager. One of them came over and instead of offering any kind of solution she just said she'd tell the kitchen staff. I didn't expect a refund on my food since I ate the majority minus a skewer of shrimp but my cousin ate literally none of his meal and no discount or comp was offered up. He later called and spoke to a manager who assured him if he had spoken to HER she would have made it right but... nothing else. I haven't been to LongHorn in close to a decade but had a decent memory of it, after this visit I would never come back. I ordered a medium-rare steak and that's indeed how it came out. But there were also a few weak points: On at least three separate occasions the individual taking my order had to come back and ask again what I wanted. If your short term memory isn't all that great, how about just writing down the order? And it wasn't just the main order either. I had to repeat my drink order. I got asked twice if I wanted bread. These weren't instances where another patron or staff member interrupted the server's work either. He just couldn't seem to keep simple information on his mind, even mere seconds after he first collected it. There was also a substantial delay between getting seated and being addressed by the waitstaff. This was also the saltiest steak I've ever ate. Still edible but disappointing. There's a Texas Roadhouse not all that far away, and the results I've received there are just better than what Longhorn offers -- including the value.

When we first walked in, it was busy and we heard the hostess tell the couple in front of us they would need to wait over an hour for a table - Lucky for me my wife made reservations and we were seated immediately! It was a bit on the noisy side but not so bad we couldn't have a conversation. Our servers, Thomas, was fantastic start to finish with good recommendations, attentive service without being overbearing, and a great personality. Good staff make a business shine! We started with glasses of wine and were impressed with how generous they poured. Perhaps it was a visual illusion, but they felt like very large glasses of wine and made it feel like a very good value. They have a good selection of wines to choose from along with a full bar. Appetizer was the Crab Cake Egg Rolls, something I don't think I've seen anywhere else. They're cooked in Beef Tallow which gave a very savory flavor and crispy texture. They were a bit on the oily side but overall flavor was delicious, and I really liked the dipping sauce which was like a very herb-heavy tartar sauce. For entrees, my wife had the Filet and I had a New York Strip. I don't have the words to describe how delicious and perfectly prepared both of these were. I didn't even bother asking for steak sauce because the perfectly tender and seasoned steak didn't need it. Nobody wants to pay high prices for a steak and receive something low quality, and I was thrilled with the quality of the steaks here. Surrounding tables likewise had great looking meals and I overheard them voicing pleasure too. As sides go, the baked potatoes and salads were excellent too. I got the hot bacon vinegarette dressing and was surprised it was actually served quite hot. It had a really rich and slightly tangy flavor that was unique and I really enjoyed on my salad. I have no complaints here and will absolutely be back. Of course it's on the pricey end, but this is the type of establishment you reserve for a special night out, not your average Tuesday night. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

Really enjoyed our time here. The patio is adorable and we had perfect weather, which honestly made…read morethe whole outing. Food was good -- not life-changing, but tasty and worth the visit. To be fair none of us ordered steak... at a steakhouse, so that could have been our issue. Our server was really friendly and attentive. We did have a small mishap and one friend's meal was forgotten and came out late, but the atmosphere was so pleasant and we were enjoying chatting so it was easy to overlook. Don't leave without ordering the cream corn. Just trust us.
