Review is based on take out. I was craving beef pad kee mao so I decided to give this spot a try since it's close to my work. About a 10 minute wait which isn't bad at all. The lady in the front was super sweet and friendly with me. Parking can be tough during lunch hours. Couple patrons dining in while I waited. I have to rate the dish 3/5. Most drunken noodles I've had was more on a the redder side and a bit sweet. Along with red bell peppers so this was a big switch up. Beef was tender but the pepper flakes and seeds were offsetting. I like the beef to noodle ratio. It just didn't have the flavor of pad kee mao that Id hope for. I would like to come back and maybe try their other dishes.

Was craving Thai food in this area and found this place. Service was great and quick. Ordered and finish food within 30mins. Fits the name of express. I got the pad Thai and it was saucy. Tasty pad thai sauce with handful of bean sprouts and peanuts. Mixed it all up and squeezed lime over it. Good amount of protein of shrimp, chicken, and tofu. Server was nice. Gave us time to check the lunch special menu. Got us water immediately after seating and checked up on us midway. Good portions and value for the food!

can never go wrong with Thai food for dinner ! this place was very comfortable and homey inside. we went about 2 hours before closing time and were immediately seated and served, so service was on par. we got the pineapple fried rice, basil chili catfish, and pad kee mow, and I would have to say the pineapple fried rice was my favorite ! they were all super delicious and kept me satisfied. tip: raisins are one of the toppings added into the fried rice, which threw me off a bit since that's the first time I've ever seen something like that so if you don't like raisins in your rice, they will happily leave it out for you if you ask. we wouldn't have noticed if we didn't read carefully what's in it in the menu.

The charge on my bank $75.53

Extremely rude service. We did not understand what the server said about the menu and asked her to repeat twice. She later did not bring out water until we asked a few times. When she did, she brought just 1 for the group of us and thumped the glass of water on the table. We decided not to add tip and they self added. The charge on my bank is different - see pictures. I had to dispute to get my money back.

PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Terrible service from the moment we came into the restaurant. The rude lady that took care of our table came with a horrible attitude. She complete discriminate our table, checking on other table but never once helped our table. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. The food was decent but our appetite was ruined by the horrible service. Don't visit here if you're looking for a nice meal with a half-decent waiter.

Ever since high school, this has been a go-to spot, and literally it's just for the Thai Fried Rice, portion when eating in is large, but to-go portion is a bit smaller Thai fried rice is the best thing on the menu for sure, BBQ beef came out warm but the plum sauce kind of made up for it Staff are very nice and quick, but it can get a bit hot in the there. Regardless, it's a small spot but decent number of tables, and the fried rice is definitely a must when coming by

I've been coming to this place ever since I was little and it's still one of my favorites, ladies who work here are always nice and food always comes out quick and portions are so nice! Definitely recommend!

This was our first visit to this convenient spot at Ulferts Center. Service was quick and efficient. We ordered takeaway and had a sampling of appetizers and an entree: Triangular Shrimp Fried Tofu Chili Basil Chicken Chicken Satay Skewers Thai Iced Coffee The food was tasty but a little dry. I would probably give this place another try to sample some of their other offerings since they are so convenient and reliably quick.

We got take out this time. We placed the order through ChowNow. It was quick, convenient and easy to pickup. Food in general is pretty good. We order Green Curry, Thai Orange Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice, Rad Na, Eggplants. They taste just the same as they were when they first opened. Ambiance is simple. Sometimes we sit down, simple tables and chairs, clean.

Been here a few times in the past. The food is always good overall. The service is quick. The place is always crowded. Food place to eat lunch during work day. Quick and fast.

This is a great lunch option in this center! Food is always fresh, and served as it's ready so there is the chance your whole tables food doesn't come out at the same time. Staff is super friendly. Seating can be hit or miss- sometimes you'll get a table immediately, other times you may have to wait. The dining area isn't very big here, but worth the wait! My favorite dish is always the Eggplant Basil #26, although every time i've gone with coworkers for lunch their meals they've ordered have always looked tasty as well!

The next time we went there expecting to eat at Shwe Myanmar, Time Thai Kitchen had opened in its place. We came here by accident - but we're glad we did. Time Thai Kitchen has become one of only two Thai restaurants we consistently frequent in Livermore. This is our go-to spot for an in-person lunch; the other is New Thai Eatery & Grill, which we usually use for takeout. My wife and I usually order the lunch specials because the combos are delicious and reasonably priced. The format is straightforward: choose an entrée, a side, and a drink. Entrée options include Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, fried rice, and various curries, while drink choices include soda, Dalgona coffee, and Thai iced tea. The menu is much more than just lunch specials. We have also ordered the Pad Thai with fried chicken and the chicken omurice. It goes well beyond Thai food, too, with an eclectic range of items including burgers, carbonara, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles, and more - so the menu can be a little overwhelming at first. Still, we have tried a good variety of dishes over multiple visits and have consistently left happy. Service is another highlight. The staff are always pleasant, friendly, and efficient, and the food comes out very quickly. The restaurant is also clean and comfortable, making it an easy place to stop in for a relaxed lunch. If you are looking for a dependable Thai lunch spot in Livermore with good food, quick service, and excellent value, Time Thai Kitchen is an easy five-star choice.

We started with drinks - Thai iced tea, Thai iced coffee, and fresh coconut- and then ordered an assortment of appetizers and one entrée, the always popular chicken pad see ew. Our favorite appetizers were the roti with curry, chicken satay and crispy angellette chicken wings, though the others (like cream cheese puffs) were also finished by our hungry crew. The pad see ewe was also good, but was mostly packed to go. Thai meals always end with dessert in our family, and this dinner was not an exception. We ordered fried banana with ice cream and sticky rice with mango, with the latter being a clear winner. Total bill was over $150 after tax and a generous tip, as the service was very good. Bathrooms were clean.

As you might have guessed based on the font choice of the front sign, this is definitely run by members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai group, and if you know other restaurants run by this group, you will know what to expect here as well. The food is accordingly Asian fusion with a healthy dose of Vietnamese, and features a lot of fresh and tasty vegetables and the obligatory slightly odd naming scheme, heh. My husband and I happen to really enjoy the food at these types of places, and Blossom Vegan was happily no exception. I got the vegetable chow fun dish, which was loaded with nice veggies, and my husband got the tofu banh mi (which I think was called a Saigon sandwich or something like that). Both were great! The decor is actually a little less strongly influenced by the Supreme Master Ching Hai branded items than some other such places, and I think the wall mural is cute. The location is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and reasonably attentive, but it seems you do go up front to pay rather than paying at the table. I don't anticipate being in this area again soon, but I am happy to know a location like this is out here for any future excursions into the area! We'll definitely be back again if that happens!

The chicken pieces were really thick and unseasoned, and the color of the peanut sauce threw us off a little. We struggled to eat it. For the mains, we ordered the green curry with white rice, basil fried rice, and pad kee mao. The fried rice was so heavy on tofu that there was barely any rice, and the pad kee mao was mostly vegetables. The green curry and rice were decent. However, the white rice was a little undercooked in some bites, and the curry was pretty spicy. We got everything medium spice, and we can usually handle spice, but the medium was insanely spicy. Maybe that's on us, but it was so spicy that it was hard to taste the other flavors. We ended up getting a Thai iced tea to combat the spice, and that tasted decent. The decor was cute, and the ambiance was nice, but the food was lacking, and the prices were pretty high. Service was okay, but I probably wouldn't come back.
