    Crispy Curry

The food overall was fresh and decent. The crispy curry came with basically a big piece of fried white something that was way to greasy. The kee mao and wonton were good. Service was good. Portion size a little small. Would try again but maybe just takeout.

Great, friendly, quick service. Our waters were never less than half empty. Cute, homey feel inside. The Pad Kee Mao was very unique. It seemed like it was a Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai fusion given the addition of the egg and creaminess of the sauce. The medium level was the perfect amount of spice to feel it but not overwhelm the other flavors. The tofu is amazing; it almost feels like it's battered. Would come back to try other dishes.

The ambience is nice sat next to window! The service was excellent! The server was so nice and sweet anticipated everything usually we don't really expect much but it was a nice welcome! Just good food and a smile. The food was excellent the Thai next to our home closed so we really miss it and this really hit the spot! Had all the classical dishes and some nice new ones I want to try out next time! She even gave extra rice for our take home for left overs! So kind. Thank you for a nice visit!

No why would I give a five star rating for just takeout? Well because this place made sure I fed seven people very well lol and actually the only reason there wasn't enough food is because everybody loved it so much they wanted seconds lol I had to try the pad Kee Mills, and two orders of the pod time the coconut curry lol. Actually it was the plantain curry that was also under the crowd pleaser was absolutely delicious, but the creamy crab wontons didn't even have a chance to get cold. They were gone so quickly. I had a lot of people to feed and this was a place for me to go. I also recommend eating in the interior is very stylish the seating was very comfortable, I found this out while I waited for my food lol. If you want to feel a lot of people very effectively and very affordable and have delicious tasting food, you can go nowhere else on the Edmonds waterfront.!

Went here this weekend on a whim with friends, we were shopping in the area. This place was nice and the food was tasty. I only got a photo of my food, not my friends. Overall it was tasty.

Panang curry - good spice but was a little watery

The lady that runs this place is warm and inviting and tries to ensure each customer is happy and satisfied when they leave. Definitely order the Black Bean Noodles! Sweet & Sour chicken was nice and crispy, as was the gyoza. The honey walnut shrimp was tasty, but had too much sauce for my liking. Can't beat the price, and overall great value. Now if you want to read more: This place reminds me of those family owned restaurants in K dramas, where the main character girl goes after being yelled at the office or after a long day. You know, that one place with just a few tables and an auntie running everything. She rarely talks to the girl, but when she does, she somehow sheds light and clears that poor girl's mind. Yes, this place gives me that kind of vibe... or I just overthink. Anyways, I ordered the combo with black bean noodles and sweet and sour pork. Although they're supposed to be half and half, the portion was actually big enough to feed an adult who isn't on a diet or afraid of carbs. There was plenty of sauce on the noodles, not just on top, but underneath as well. I loved that. Just mix it well and dig in. The only drawback for me was that the sauce was a bit mild, I prefer a saltier, more savory flavor. The sweet and sour pork was good. The pork was coated in a crispy batter, and the sauce leaned on the sweeter side. It was a nice combo, you can never go wrong with sweet and savory.

Beautiful decor, and great prices. It's easy to share small dishes, or just have entrees. I've had the like leaf pork rice noodle dish ($16), Japanese country potato ($7), balloon pancake ($9), dragon eggs ($7), and triple coconut panna cotta. All were delicious and well presented. I highly recommend. Note that they use QR code based ordering on your phone and don't take cash. Free parking in the garage for 90 min.

So, the Asian in us ordered all the expensive noodle dishes. I was a BIG fan of the Garlic Shrimp Noodles (hell, you have shrimp and garlic in a dish - can't go wrong), but the Lime Leaf Pork Rice Noodle fell flat because it was trying to be both a Pad Thai and Pho, and that didn't work out. All the other noods fell somewhere between those 2 dishes. My main feedback for Baguus is to make dishes that are more classic instead of creating a hybrid dish out of the OG ones. I'm thinking of Pad Thai and Beef Chow Fun. We also got the Balloon Pancake which had an amazing curry dip (that I took home and ate over white rice afterwards) and solid chicken wings. For dessert, I will say that the Triple Coconut Panna Cotta and some other dish with kuromitsu (Japanese black sugar) was pretty good, so def save room to try some of their desserts at the end. There's also a beer wall if you feel like partaking. My friends and I were too health conscious to, so we just stared at that wall without dispensing alcohol out of it.
