Nicely done. This is a small and unassuming space with nicely presented Thai food. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the food is good. We dined in and took advantage of the BYOB option with some local beer. In terms of food, we ordered some fresh rolls, a green papaya salad, and a few entrees. The fresh rolls were nicely done. Not over the top, but generally well balanced and served with a nice dipping sauce. The green papaya salad with tofu was excellent. Exactly the right portion of fried tofu, plus nicely integrated shredded papaya and various vegetables. The panang curry with tofu was good. Not overwhelming, but served in a nice oblong serving dish with a reasonable quantity of rice on the side. The rad na with vegetables was good and served with nicely textured noodles and a decent portion of vegetables. The serving size was fairly large, but it was easy to request a takeout container. All told, I think this place has really grown and developed over the years. It's been a while since I checked it out, and our most recent visit was a very good experience. read more

Good value, but Pusadee's Garden and Cafe ineffable at Enson market have excellent Thai food. Khao soi is best at the cafe at Enson Market. One dish was full of noodles, We ordered Khao soi, Chicken green curry and a beef noodle dish and appetizer platter. Overall, the chicken green curry was the best dish with lots of great vegetables. My dish was lovely and would have been better had there been less heat. "No spicy" requested in one dish had non-trivial heat, which was fine with who ordered it. They commented that it was far from "no spicy" though. Caveat emptor. - Woon sen salad: Excellent. Great glass noodles/minced chicken/shrimps. I think the "lime" is makrut. I had the duck noodle, which was ok (3/5). There was not a strong flavor to the dish or that much duck in it. Service was good (4/5), and the interior is also nice. Maybe we missed the fine print on the menu, but we were unaware they already add and charge an 18% gratuity on your bill and ask you if you want to tip again on the final unitemized receipt, which does not show the automatically added gratuity. Truly the best Thai place ever. My mainstay is the pumpkin curry, it has a super flavorful and consistent taste. I opt for steamed tofu instead of the fried (as when I've gotten fried here before, it is a bit dry). You can't go wrong with what you order. All seem to have the paradigmatic flavors that you would want from a Thai restaurant! Easily the best pad see ew in town. I'm usually not someone who orders this dish, but it's undeniable that this is the star dish at this restaurant. Noodles are perfectly balanced, even ingredients that tend to go unnoticed stand out in this dish. I love their appetizers, especially their shumai dumplings and the crab rangoons. They also have a wonderful mango sticky rice. I love going here in person or taking out. This is the spot that I take friends and family to when they're in town. I had a really good experience here and would recommend to others. The service when I visited was particularly noteworthy. Despite being incredibly busy with just one waitress, she was incredible! She was remarkably efficient and seemed to have attended all tables with no problems. My table had no issues with our orders and was able to frequently check-in with us, along with putting a matchbook under our table when we didn't even mention it to her. As for the food, it was exceptional. I tried the duck noodles, a rare find from my experience with Thai restaurants, and it did not disappoint. The portion size was generous enough for me to take almost half of it home. I chose a spice level of 7, and it really had quite a kick. It left me visibly sweating which was actually quite funny for everyone at my table. I think the food and service really delivered here. I would return here should I be given the chance. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the crab Rangoons (flawless and super flavorful), pad see ew with chicken, and the Thai spicy fried rice with chicken. The vegetable Panang curry was flavorful, but a bit watery. I wish it would've been just a bit thicker and more hearty, there is nothing worse than a watery curry! I got all the entrees at a spice level 2 and it was the perfect amount of heat. Went back here recently with my wife and our 1.5-year-old daughter for an early dinner and had a great experience. They had a high chair, the servers were very friendly with our daughter, and the food came out quickly (it was 5:45ish and the place was pretty empty). The restaurant was also nice and quiet at this hour. All of this made it very convenient and kid-friendly! The food was solid as has been our experience before with takeout. We tried the sunrise tofu, which we hadn't had before, and enjoyed it. Tofu was crispy and there was a bunch of broccoli on the side. The sauce was a bit heavy, which made the tofu and some veggies underneath a bit soggy. But our little one sure wasn't complaining - she loved the sweet peanut sauce! Recently tried this place for the first time with a to-go order. I really enjoyed the see ew noodles and the pork dumplings. The dumplings came with a sweet dipping sauce on the side that was excellent. I used the online ordering system from their website and the food was fresh and ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. The staff inside were friendly and brought my order up right away when I walked in. The dining room was lively and had a fun atmosphere. My friends invited me for dinner to celebrate my Birthday. It was my first time at Thai Cottage. Food was delicious and ambiance was nice and cozy. Sadly, the evening ended abruptly when the server kicked us out because she needed our table asap. We were enjoying our wine and little celebration watching the heavy rain fall outside. She insisted we leave! She could have given the 3 people waiting a complimentary appetizer while they waited or give them the open 4 top table that was open. I had such a great experience at Thai Cottage. I stopped by for some takeout, and I got pad see ew and crab rangoons. Everything was so delicious and fresh. I drove about 30 minutes home, and the food held up really nicely. The rangoons were still crunchy and my noodles were hot. I always test a Thai restaurant by how their pad see ew tastes, and this one delivered tons of flavor. I ordered a 4/5 spice level, and they gave the accurate heat! This place is so cute! I love that they have outdoor seating and the indoor decor is very unique and even romantic. We came on a weeknight around 7pm, and there wasn't much of a wait. I tried the Woon Sen Pad Thai as I haven't seen this anywhere else. The noodles were really thin and soaked up all the flavors nicely. I think I still prefer the regular pad Thai though. I also tried their taro bubble tea. The flavor was great, but the tapiocas were a bit soft. I was happy with the $3.5 price though. Overall, it was a great experience.
