This is my family's favorite place to eat in Silverton! The food is great, and the service has always been wonderful.

We were suppose to be on a Thailand vacation, but due to the covid virus our trip was cancelled. This was to be our last day of the Thailand vacation & we needed some Thai food. The Thai Dish Cuisine did not disappoint. We got the Chicken Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Spring Rolls, Yellow Curry, & Mango with Sticky Rice. Each dish was amazing! Our family was only staying in Silverton for one night and we needed a restaurant that could feed a combination of vegans and meat eaters. We ordered take-out and everything was delicious! The vegans were thrilled with the praluck noodles, vegetable tempura, and fried tofu. The chicken panang curry was exceptional. The staff was friendly and outgoing. We have eaten here for a decade. Recently, they have decided to start judging and commenting on the type and amount of food you order. Not sure how this is helpful to their business. Very clean and sweetest waitress ever, gave great suggestions and made us laugh. Food was just delicious, two of us had the fresh ginger stir fry with chicken, the others had the yellow curry. Used to go here all the time but the service can be rude and abrasive. When asked to split a dish, we were given half a portion to split. Didn't ask for anything else and left to eat somewhere else. I'd say go to the other Thai restaurant if you'd like friendly service. read more

Simply FANTASTIC Thai food. Owners are so nice. Larb salad is my favorite in summertime, in winter I get various curries or cashew chicken. My family loves the pineapple shrimp curry, steamed buns, and spring rolls. Desserts are fun, too! read more

SO impressed by this restaurant! I had such a pleasant experience here...first of all, the Pad Thai was as good as it gets. Second, the Thai iced tea was perfect, and they give you a TON of it!!!! We finally stopped by Thai Dish and were delighted by the food. We ordered and split their teriyaki chicken and yellow curry with beef. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, the teriyaki chicken just blew me away. How do you get chicken really crispy outside and keep it that tender inside? They figured it out. The ambiance is average for this type of business, but the food and service were impressive. Also the unsweetened iced tea had a delicate and unique flavor, very tasty. My wife and I got a babysitter and we were off to a romantic evening at the Oregon Garden Resort. We both love Thai food and without the children, how could it be not perfect. We go there about 3 pm and were feeling optimistic. We ordered the salad wraps and they were not good at all. =( The let's was very sparse and it was brown and wilted. They put so little lettuce in the wrapping that the rice paper was very thick and gummy. We each had one bit and it was a no go. We ordered the cashew nut chicken ad it was "okay" at best. We had such high hopes, but not this time. Bummer for sure. read more

I've compared every Pad Thai I've ever had to this place. It's simply the best I've ever eaten. My parents brought me here years ago when I came up from Sacramento, CA to visit them in Silverton. My sister and I went here a couple weeks ago. She ordered phad thai and I had green curry. We also had a steamed-bun with chicken which was the best part of the meal. Those steam buns are amazing, you seriously have to try one if you go. The phad thai was great, nice strong flavor and well-seasoned. The green curry had good flavor, but the eggplant and fig were a little under cooked and chewy, impossible to cut with a fork. The service was great, friendly and unobtrusive. read more

The fried rice was fine and the service was fine and fast though. But the owner told my husband no cell phone in the restaurant. Not sure she was serious or kidding. The restroom was terrible. And the price was raised. Fried rice was $11 instead of $8.99. Online info needs to be updated. read more

Had lunch here today! The two ladies were very nice and we connected very well. We asked one of the ladies what they recommended, and those weren't on the menu. So ask what they recommend before ordering because we ordered the shrimp and scallop dish that they recommended and it was so good! So flavorful and not too salty. We also had mixed vegetables with chicken and chicken pad Thai. They were all pretty good. Portion is decent. I recommend this place! read more

Great noodle dishes. My complaint is that most Asian restaurants use too much oil when woking their entrees. This was low in oil, perfect for me. Lots of veggies and meat even dwarf the noodles in their noodle dishes. But beware: spicy! Medium there was HOT!!! My only suggestion is to replace the old carpet ASAP. read more

The yellow curry here is good but lacks heat so if you like warmth consider medium the starting point. It was still good because the base was awesome but it didn't have any heat. Customer service was awesome and the waitress cracked jokes, made sure we never had to ask for anything and refilled things often. I'll be back but will request medium next time- SVJ read more

Such a pleasant surprise! Great friendly service! Food was fabulous! Yellow curry with huge shrimp and Ginger stir fry with pork. Very generous portions, enough for dinner and lunch the next day. First time here, we had the pork rice ball which was delicious, win ten soup was also fantastic and to top it off the service was excellent.

Came here ravenous after a hike in Silver Falls State Park. Appearances can deceive but this quaint Thai place had food to match our appetites. Yellow curry was on the hotter side (despite being medium spicy) but we went for seconds and thirds. Iced tea was sweet but not too sweet, nice complement to the spicy curry. Fried pineapple shrimp rice was flavorful with lots of fried cashews and shallots and other tasty stuff. Service was quick and our server was very friendly. read more

We went for lunch. Lunch portions were way to small. I would have needed to eat two plates to be full. Waitress was very pleasant. I ordered the mixed vegetables and garlic sauce with chicken. I also had oyster sauce added to the dish. It was delicious!! Loved it. I also had the coconut rice a must have if you love sweet rice!! So overall I loved the dish and rice but just wasn't enough portions. read more

Kind of a let down. The food was just sorta...meh. It wasn't terrible or anything, but it was not memorable food at all. Also, they were playing this awful Christian music super loud the entire time. Maybe some people are into that, but it just makes me feel really uncomfortable while I'm eating my lunch. Also, the portions were kind of small for $8 (the lunch price) I can get more, better tasting Pad Thai at my local place in WA. But, if you're in Silverton and wanting Thai, I'd recommend the one other Thai place in town-- City Thai-- they're not AWESOME either, but they're better and less expensive than this place. read more

Best Thai restaurant in Silverton. Always get the pad Thai or the spicy friend rice. Portion are decent and the flavors are amazing. Customer service is great and quick. Most places don't know how to make proper spicy fried rice. It's usually too oily, bland or doesn't taste right but this place I give two thumbs up! Also they can make it really spicy almost to the point you can't eat it (tried it once and won't do it again) just get medium spicy and you should be good! read more

There are two thai places in silverton. We were told one was excellent. We picked the wrong one. We were very very disappointed. Lemon chicken had peanut sauce poured over the chicken. Not delicious. -1 star The salad rolls were served with honey. Not peanut sauce. Not delicious. -1 star The pad sew was Okay. Small serving size. + 1 star. Yellow curry was quite good. +1star Thai ice tea large was huge and good. Go to the other thai place. Cold and drafty. -1 star. One and done for this place. read more

This was a surprise to us. A very pleasant one! Pals who are locals took us here for lunch. I have been to Thailand and have to say, this is very authentic food! A special today was Evil Jungle Noodles with Seafood. Not sure the derivation of that name, but it was a delicious, spicy curry dish with mussels, squid, shrimp and Thai basil over wide rice noodles. Wow! We added Eggplant with Thai Basil, and Pad Thai. Everything was top notch. Pleasant, attentive service, too. read more

Would highly rec! The food has always been good and it is fairly quick too. Great for take out or whenever we have dined in.
