I am greeted by familiar faces because I been going so long. This is a great location for all your Thai favorites. There is a variety of dishes from Pad Thai to Green & Red Curry and everything in between. They give you a little cup of broth before your meal which is very pleasant. The beautiful Family that runs this restaurant are loving and kind, the food is absolutely great! I've already introduced my Friends and Family and they also enjoyed it very much. They do close from 3-5pm from Monday through Friday and they close on Sunday, take a looksie at the schedule before you venture forth. When in Japan I thought Japanese food rating sites were too stringent but after eating here, a four and a half star restaurant, I now understand. A four star restaurant by Japanese standards is excellent in ambiance, food, and service, that is not the case here. The restaurant needs updating, the food is average, the curry watery, the beef boiled, the tofu comes stiff and fried, the spring roll just okay nowhere near four stars. Forgot to take pictures but this was definitely one of the better Thai spots I've had. Inside was low key, with the music not to too loud and the staff was friendly. I had the Panang Curry, Drunken Noodle, and Pad Thai. All the dishes were excellent and flavorful. The peppe s and basil and the other veggies all looked and tasted fresh. read more

Was in the area and wanted some Thai food. I came across Thai House 2 on Yelp and they had a 4+ rating. So I stopped in. Yes the food came out quickly. Yes the service was great. And YES the food was DELICIOUS!!! OMG!!! Come here to eat!! It was a later lunch so it wasn't packed but there were people eating in and picking up take out. Thai House 2 definitely deserves its Yelp rating. I ordered the pad see ew and they put it in without spice but brought me a spice tray and it was perfect. Located near the medical center, I was looking for a quick but satisfying lunch option. I was immediately greeted when I came in and had a complimentary bowl of soup as soon as I placed my drink order. The soup was chicken and cucumber. I was skeptical of the combination but it was delicious. The menu has a large variety so there is something for everyone. The lunch specials are reasonably priced. I opted for the Thai pork rolls and lunch special Pad Thai with chicken and tofu. The restaurant has a festive decor and there is plenty of dining room space. My appetizer arrived quickly and was so hot and fresh, I had to wait for it too cool down. The pork rolls have a lot of flavor and the portion is big enough for two. Then arrived the Pad Thai (it also comes with an egg roll). They do not skimp on the portions here. The noodles had a wonderful smoky flavor and had a tame level of sweetness. Most restaurant Pad Thai is way too sweet but this had a balanced flavor. Their spice level starts at medium so be aware when ordering. It's not a bad spot at all. I'd definitely revisit if I happened to be in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The Pad Thai Tofu is alright, but I've had tastier versions elsewhere. Stopped by for a late lunch the other day. Thankfully it wasn't too busy. I have to say I prefer this one to the other one near Austin Hwy but that's just me. They have a decent lunch menu with reasonable lunch prices! They come with soup, an egg roll, rice, and a decent sized entree. I even took home leftovers. The food came out quickly but my egg roll was lukewarm which indicated it had not been freshly fried. I did not address it with the waitress. My food was good but it did need some spice. My wife and I visited this restaurant for lunch on a Thursday in mid-September. This was our 4th or 5th time and Thai House has become one of our go-to Thai restaurants. We were greeted as we entered and kindly told we could sit where we like and was then provided menus. Shortly after they brought us waters and some soup I'd never had before. It was a light broth with a bunch of cucumber in it (which actually sounds not very good, but it was actually very good). My wife ordered the pad see ew with chicken (medium). The dish was well flavored and very saucy (good) but needed a bit more spice. I ordered the pad kaprow (medium) with fried rice. I enjoyed it just fine. Both lunch specials came with a spring roll which tasted great but had a soft texture in the middle that neither of us was a fan of. The restaurant is dated but clean and quiet. All the staff was very kind and attentive. Total for two lunch specials (we both drank water) with a generous tip was $25.63. read more

Honestly, I haven't had a bad dish yet. The small cucumber soup (that's what I'm calling it), is really tasty. The appetizers are delicious as well. Usually service is very quick, but the last time we came, there were no clean tables. A true sign of a good restaurant with small staff. Nonetheless, they have always given service with a smile. For the record, I haven't physically been to this restaurant because my team ordered food through DoorDash. I debated on ordering level 4 spice, but Thai hot was the PERFECT level of heat. Ordered online, drive there for pickup, and restaurant employee brings it out to park lot to my vehicle. That's it and off I enjoy my favorite delicious dishes! The Beef Pad Thai was a balance of salty, sweet, and sour! Sooooo good with a squeeze of lime! The beef was moist and not dried out.
