Flavors were delicious, portions and prices were good. I would recommend it highly. We had the Spring Roll appetizer and Pad Kee Mao and Garlic Pepper.

    44. Green Curry and Thai Iced Tea

I've frequented this Thai place a couple times now and my go to is the Green Curry ($15) and Thai Tea ($5) to go! This time, I ordered online on their website and it was a very smooth process! I've eaten in the restaurant before and the ambiance was fine :) It's usually pretty quiet and there's a lot of seating. The curry was pretty solid! It came with eggplants, pork and veggies and it was delicious! I do feel like it is a little expensive however for the amount of stuff that's actually in the curry..I also heard from a couple friends that they used to have lunch specials, but they don't have that anymore :( As for the Thai tea, I LOVE it!! was really refreshing and very authentic, and well worth the cost!

The mango sticky rice was amazing!

Everything about this place was excellent--from the rich curries to the perfectly seasoned noodles. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. To top it off, the mango sticky rice was incredible: Huge, juicy, and sweet mango with perfectly cooked sticky rice--this dessert is a must-try here! Will definitely be coming back!

    Tom Yum Noodle Soup

I'm embarrassed to say it took several visits to Thailand to try Tom Yum soup, or anything Tom Yum-related. But when I finally did a few weeks ago, I fell in love. I tried several places in Portland to try a hot and spicy soup like you do in TH. Most places were very tomato soup-like. I was hesitant to try here, but I was really craving a good bowl. My husband picked it up on the way home. It did not disappoint!! He ordered it 4-star spicy, and it was actually spicy! I usually order mine as spicy as you can get it, and it's usually super mild. This was perfect! Make-your-nose-run spicy. It had a ton of chicken and seafood too. It did not lack. My husband ordered Massaman curry and it was excellent. Nice spice for him at 3 stars. And plenty of meat and veggies. We also got sticky rice and peanut sauce. Yum!

10/10 we're coming back for sure. This was the best Thai food I've ever had! Our server was great and the place was really chill.

There is plenty of seating there and It looked like there was a space for live music and string lights - probably a fun spot to grab dinner in the evening. We came for lunch and ordered the chao mian with chicken (spicy) and bian bian noodles (spicy). The noodles are cooked to order and we were served quickly. The serving sizes are huge. Neither one of us could finish ours. We'll likely order one dish to split next time, and that'd still probably be more than enough. The flavor of the chao mian was a bit lackluster. It was savory with a soy sauce flavor base, but got a bit repetitive with each bite. It was decently spicy and texture was there with the veggies, but I wish there was a way to customize with more spice or vinegar to taste. The bian bian noodles were more flavorful and also spicier. Fun noodle texture. There are also other vendors in the garden so you can pair a dessert, drink, or side with your meal while staying in the same area. Overall, a filling meal for a good price! Would come again to try their beef noodle soup.

Since we had our dog with us, we ordered everything to go and enjoyed it back at our hotel just down the street. Just a heads up if you're planning the same, there wasn't any outdoor dining available. Being from the SF Bay Area, one of the first things we looked for was Har Gow and Siu Mai, but they weren't labeled the way we're used to. After asking, we found out the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings are their Har Gow, and the Shrimp Siu Mai contains pork, which was exactly what we were looking for. We ordered two of each. We also ordered two Beef Chow Fun, Combination Fried Rice, Eggplant with Minced Pork, Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs, and three pear sodas. The dim sum absolutely hit the spot. The Har Gow and Siu Mai were well seasoned, nicely prepared, and exactly what we had been craving. The Beef Chow Fun was another winner. We were glad we ordered two because we found ourselves reaching for it more than the fried rice. The Eggplant with Minced Pork was also delicious. The eggplant was cooked perfectly -- tender without becoming mushy -- and the seasoning was right on point. I'm also glad we changed our order from the House Special Spare Ribs to the Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs. Unlike many versions, these weren't battered and fried, so the pork maintained a great texture while still being coated in a flavorful sweet and sour sauce. One unexpected favorite was the pear soda. It's made with Asian pear, so the flavor is much lighter and more refreshing than the sweeter pear sodas we're used to. The only hiccup? They're bottled with a traditional cap, and since we were staying in a hotel, we quickly realized we didn't have a bottle opener. Let's just say we got a little creative. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff noticed our large takeout order and packed it thoughtfully. They included six extra takeout containers, plenty of forks, chopsticks, and napkins, which ended up being incredibly helpful since we were eating in a hotel room with no paper plates or utensils. It's a small gesture, but one that definitely didn't go unnoticed. Overall, we were really happy with our meal. This place lived up to being on my bookmark list for over a year, and I'd happily come back the next time we're staying in downtown Portland.

We devoured everything and left no crumbs but the dishes I would likely gravitate back towards are the hand pulled noodles, wings, and actually the Mandoo! The hand pulled noodles were coated nicely with a spicy sauce and had a great chew to them. I loved the thickness of the noodles and added crunch from the cabbage and other veggies. Half sweet and half spicy for the wings was the way to go - each wing was doused in sauce and sesame seeds but still maintained its crunch. As someone that doesn't usually like wings, these were fantastic. Lastly, the Mandoo surprised me! It was the sauce that sealed the deal. It was like a thousand island, poppy seed kind of dressing that worked very well. I couldn't stop eating them. If you're looking for authentic Korean food, this is the place!
