Our local Thai spot and always so reliable. Service is warm and the ambiance is super warm and cozy inside. Food always takes a little bit, which I like - made to order. Oh also, be warned, their spice 3 star is crazy hot, at least a couple notches more than any other Thai place I've been too. I'm a spice fiend, I have 5 or 6 ghost pepper sauces in my fridge at all times, and even their 3 star is a touch on the hot side for me. Prices and portions are excellent! Parking is easy - a few spots in the lot (it is quite tight) or there's usually plenty of spots on 15th or 83rd in the neighborhood.

So delicious ! Got chicken Phad Thai to for carry out but my goodness, will be back for in house service because it was so good and their customer service was top notch. So cozy and welcoming inside and it smells amazing from the moment you walk in. So happy to have found a cozy , delicious, reasonably priced spot, and with parking and amazing customer service? Amazing 10/10

Cute neighborhood spot in north Ballard with lovely decor and super friendly staff! Huge shoutout to the owners for giving back to the community and providing meals for the less fortunate during the winter holidays. That said, the food was ok but not great. The crispy garlic basil chicken was very dry - either over-fried or the chicken was really old. It also had no garlic flavor to it and basically just tasted like dry chicken soaked in honey. The pad thai was fine but nothing special (you could get similar quality and greater quantity for less elsewhere). The papaya salad was the standout of the meal - crunchy, sweet, and savory with plenty of peanuts. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back for the food but I appreciate what they do for the community so I'm adding an additional star.

I think there could've been other good things on this menu but reading the description of this dish enticed me. I like the duck but not the other ingredients like pineapple or the lychee and the ratio was off with not so much duck, given that it was around $23. Service was really fast since we ate when there was 30 minutes so shoutout to the amazing servers and chef!! I like the small restaurant and would probably get something different!

    $28 worth of food.

Smallest amount of food for largest amount of money I've received in all of Seattle. They offered me to come back to get more, but I'm already home... Does the photo look like $28 worth of food to you? Sure doesn't to me.

Came here for dinner and got the pad see ew and fried rolls. The pad see ew was pretty good and the noodles were flavorful and sauce went well with everything. The fried rolls were just okay, not super special. Was pretty busy though when I came and there's usually a wait.

I was so happy when I found this place while looking for dinner. It was so good that I came twice during my 3 day stay here in Seattle. The pad thai was amazing as it was sweet, sour, saucy and the noodles were chewy. I got the pad Thai both times. The pad see ew was good too and definitely something I would try again. Everything else we ordered from the menu was still out of the world with flavor and the portions were big. If I'm ever back in the Seattle area, I will definitely come back!

Pad thai good, just a bit salty I ask for more lemon Overall i gave 5

Khao Soi was good too but I wasn't impressed- the noodles were not cooked too well and kinda stuck together, but it wasn't major. However seating was a bit confusing as you had to find an empty table and the server would bring you the food. When it was busy the line and wait got messy and it's possible to get your food without having a table so I don't recommend coming here when it's super busy There were around 8 tables and some bar seatings. You can see staff making the food over the counter and the ventilation was done well even with all the stir fry and cooking.

I started with the crab rangoon, and it was a great appetizer. It had the perfect crunch on the outside, was creamy on the inside, and came with a delicious sweet and sour dipping sauce. The pad see ew had thick, chewy noodles with a great balance of vegetables and meat, making it both filling and satisfying. The standout, though, was the pork belly with green beans. It was absolutely incredible. We ordered it at spice level 3, and it definitely brought the heat. I was sweating by the end of the meal! From the outside, we noticed the restaurant takes up a good amount of space in the building. Once we arrived, there were several people waiting to be seated. We added our name and number to the list. It was about a 10-to-12-minute wait for our party of 2. Throughout the restaurant, the lighting is dim and suited for night life. Once we were seated, we were given the menus. We ordered the Grilled Calamari, Uncle Odds Flank Red Curry Wild Betel Leave with Sticky Rice, Battered Chicken Red Curry, and Durian Tiramisu. The food came out at a respectable amount of time. The Grilled Calamari was an enticing appetizer off the menu based off how big it was. However, we were a bit disappointed once it arrived at the table. It was much smaller. It was still good regardless. Once our main entrees arrived, we were also a bit surprised by the lack of vegetables there were in the curry. Even though the menu states exactly what was in each of the curry dishes, we were still just shocked and questioning why that was. We both enjoyed the curries anyways. I wouldn't order the Battered Chicken Red Curry again only because the batter of the chicken was getting soaked the longer it sat in the curry and became a bit mushy. The texture was throwing me off. It was very filling as there were lots of chicken compared to the other curry we had which was a much smaller portion of protein. Lastly, the Durian Tiramisu was amazing! Definitely the star of the show for us. If you don't like durian, it won't be for you. For the durian lovers, this is a must have!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we were looking forward to the bold flavors we've come to love. The visit started off a bit oddly. The front desk server, Tar, asked to see my wife's ID--even though she's 36 years old and we weren't seated in the bar area. It felt inconsistent, especially since younger guests nearby weren't asked, and it's something we've never experienced at their other locations. Unfortunately, moments like that made us feel singled out, and honestly it sometimes feels like they tend to pick on Asians, whether intentional or not. That feeling alone made the experience uncomfortable and will likely make this our last visit to this location. That said, the table service was excellent. Moo took great care of us, and Cece from the bar was attentive and kept our water filled throughout the meal. Unfortunately, there were a few moments that took away from the experience. While I was taking photos of our dishes, a young staff member alongside Tar appeared to be giggling and mocking me, which made things uncomfortable. It may not have been intentional, but it didn't feel professional and only added to the awkward atmosphere we already felt. Food-wise, there were some inconsistencies. The chicken didn't taste as good as we remember, and several plates had visible fingerprints, which was off-putting. The galvanized metal plates also gave off a slightly unrefined feel--more like cafeteria-style serving ware. Additionally, the sticky rice, which is usually presented in a traditional bamboo basket, was served in a Ziploc bag, which felt like a downgrade in presentation. On a positive note, the papaya salad and pad Thai were still very good and delivered the flavors we expect. We'll continue supporting Isarn, but we'll likely return to the Kirkland or Lynnwood locations next time. Sadly, after this experience, this Queen Anne visit will probably be our last.
