First of all, this place has a lot of great food that isn't chicken wings. My personal favorite are the monster fries! Five stars you guys... it's not just the food. Their customer service is exceptional and better than that, if you listen to how the employees talk to one another you quickly realize that there is a really positive group of people working here. They have excellent beers on tap and if you come out on Fridays there's live music! Definitely not just your run of the mill wing place! Just ordered wings and chicken fingers for pick up. I was told it'll be 20 minutes. So I show up about 20 minutes after calling and was told it'll be about 10 more minutes. Long story short. After a little more than an hour I found out that it hasn't even been started (lost ticket? Who knows). In my 40 plus minutes sitting there and waiting I got to enjoy watching almost all of the staff eating their food. When I asked what the deal was the guy at the register was apologetic and went back to try and rush it out. They still forgot the sauce for my fingers. They did throw some extra wings in for my time. I would say their food is great but I called to order. They had me on hold for 10-15 minutes and gave me attitude when I called them back. The lady had said she was trying to get back to us but didn't hear anything. Which is false because she straight up just ended the call. I'm very disappointed, not sure why this time the customer service was so rude. Please fix that. read more

First off it took an hour and a half to get our order, second when it came it was COLD, third it was awful, and forth it was wrong. We will NEVER order from here again. Ordered delivery. It took 1.5 hours (2 miles away). Got medium wings that were just dusted with a spice mixture that lacked any heat and was overpowered with what tasted like clove. Also, we ordered a Philly that was the saving grace, but still nowhere near as good as Napoli's. I miss Wingstop. read more

A few weeks ago I ordered teriyaki chicken sandwich with everything and 30 garlic Parmesan wings for pick up. The sandwich had no toppings, the wings were plain and they shorted me 3 wings. I went back and they remade the sandwich and wings and said they would put credit on my account. Today I order 30 garlic Parmesan wings for pick up but only get 20 ( with no credit from their last mistake that mysteriously didn't get put on my account). I feel they assume you won't drive back after picking up your order, so to me their business practice is to short you wings to make a profit. Got a philly and a bucket of wings, extra hot, bbq, and medium. The wings were tasty and the philly made to order with exactly the toppings requested. I find their heat ratings to be a little less than accurate. Extra hot brought no sweat to my brow, and medium seemed really mild. Maybe I've just burnt out my taste buds with too much food tourism is East Asia. I picked up my order at the restaurant and the wait ended up being longer than expected. Ordered our food through yelp and picked it up. Wait was estimated between 10-30 mins, waited about 15 including the drive over. Food was really good. We ordered 10 extra hot wings, 10 lemon pepper wings, and the 5 wings (BBQ) with an 8" sandwich, chips, and a drink. Got the Philly cheesesteak as the sandwich and YUM! it was legit! We ordered wings and had them delivered to us. The wings were small, over cooked and had a very strange flavor to them. We ordered 20 wings and only ate 7 because we lost our appetites. We also paid extra to have them heavily sauced and there was hardly any sauce on them at all. The fries were also very soggy. We ordered two 8 inch garlic cheese rolls over the phone, and the guy apparently put the order in wrong because we now have 16 inches of plain buttered bread. When we called to have them correct the mistake they kept putting us on hold, then wanted us to drive in and bring it to them. Then they told us we needed to pay extra for them to correct the order, and they were going to take the buttered bread back. The girl sounded maybe 16-18, and had horrible customer service, she started arguing with my husband and had a horrible attitude. When I asked to speak to her boss she refused. I don't know who they're making management, but they need to look at that choice closely. They food is pretty good, but we're no longer ordering from them because of their lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you enjoy getting the food you actually ordered, and speaking to professionals. read more

Delivery was super fast and everything tasted great. I tried the nuclear wings and the bacon cheeseburger, based on the recommendations. The wings were hot enough that I had to take a short break, while usually, the spiciest levels at other places have little to no effect on me. The ones I had were coated in a dry rub with a bit of oil left on the wings, and there wasn't a lot of discernable flavor beyond the heat and the peppers. These were among some of the smallest wings I've ever had. The burger was good but not mindblowing. It was correctly made to order and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. The bacon was on the softer side. The bun was a bit soft from the steam, and I could see how it might be soggy if delivery were to take a while. I think other burger delivery places use vented containers to help with this? The seasoned fries were good, especially the seasoning, but I think they would also benefit from a different container, as they were getting on the softer side as well. Otherwise, thumbs up. I'll have to try some of the other wings flavors at some point. read more

The wings might be good but the service over the phone was horrible. There was a very rude lady that took my order. My kids love these wings but not worth it when you have to wait two hours and get bad service. I realize they are behind but I just called to see if picking it up was easier and the lady just said, "Can you hurry up and let me know what you want and decide, I don't have time to sit here on the phone and wait for you." I went for wings on Saturday but I was not happy at all. The store is clean and the ppl are very friendly. The wings not so good. My plate drowned in grease. I can tolerate some grease but not to this extend! After I "degreased" my wings and tried one...and then I was even more disappointed. They didn't taste good at all... This is definitely one of my go to spots when I'm lazy, don't feel like cooking or running out to grab anything. Delivery always arrives within the hour, sometimes as fast as a half hour. Zero stars for this place. Ordering for delivery, I had to repeat EVERYTHING multiple times. We ordered 10 wings, 2 combos of wings with sandwiches, and a sandwich combo. Delivery comes 1 hr later, half the order. We ONLY received the wings and drinks, absolutely no sandwiches or their chips (which online says fries, I might add). We call to let them know, no record of the sandwiches being placed. The wings are so disgusting and over cooked. Soaked in this disgusting sauce and seasoning, could only eat 2 or 3 and lost our appetite. The celery and the canned drinks we received was the best part of the meal. I prefer their burgers. Any one of them. Cheeseburger, hamburger, with bacon or without. You wouldn't usually expect a wing place to have an amazing Burger, but by far the BEST burger I've ever had, no exaggeration. Everything on it, fresh ingredients, perfect proportion of sauce, and the juiciest thing out there. Only about 8 bucks apposed to a $20 Red Robin burger and beats any one of them in a heart beat. Pretty much everything on the menu is great and the environment including the employees and all is friendly and welcoming. Only complaint is that they could be a little stingy with extra ingredients but other than that I HIGHLY recommend trying the burgers, I couldn't help but notice there was nothing mentioned about it in other reviews. I had really high hopes for place. It's close my house, the delivery fee is minimal and I can order on GrubHub. I was disappointed the two times I have ordered. The first time I had a 10pc wing with seasoned fries. I asked for both to be extra crispy but nope! They were soggier than a babies diaper in the morning. The wings had an ok flavor but were lacking. The fries were half cooked and I was disappointed they were straight from the freezer. Now I know having it delivered would mean it wouldn't be as hot and crispy as it would be at the restaurant but it was lacking. The second time I ordered it was chicken strips and fries. I again asked for both to be extra crispy but all I got was extra soggy. I asked for the sauce to be on the side but nope my strips were drowning in sauce so this caused them to be soggy. I will say if you like burning traditional sauce, try theirs, it is super good. Their ranch is to die for. They remember weird custom requests which is nice, and they make it right. These wings taste exactly like Wings N' Things wings, which isn't a bad thing but explains why I was confused because I thought they WERE Wings N' Things (which they were but changed their name?) We visited on a early Sunday evening and the place was larger and nicer than I thought it would be, with multiple TVs hanging and even a small stage area for bands. It was empty at first but picked up later. We ended up ordering 20 parm garlic, 10 hot and 10 extra hot wings. The service was great and the girl who took our order extremely nice and our food was delivered hot within 20 minutes. The wings overall were good, crispy and hot. I preferred the parmesan garlic over the hot and extra hot only because I prefer a hot sauce based chicken wing with that vinegary tang..these wings were more of a paste/rub mixed with oil base. Anyone who has had Wings N Things knows what I mean. Overall we had a positive experience and had some pretty tasty wings and I'd like to try out some of their other flavors for sure. read more
