Jason and Nick ( along with their team) pretty much rescued our move out of a messy situation. We had scheduled another company to move our family of 5 from GA to TN (5hrs away). With only days before our move, the other company doubled our price and said they couldn't guarantee our items would get there sooner than 7 days.. I frantically searched and found "The Back Saver Movers". I spoke with Jason over the phone and we set up a plan to pack the next day and move our family and belongings up together on the date we had originally planned (2 days notice!). The team showed up on time,and were above and beyond with their work ethic as well as their care for our belongings. The team Lead, Will was kind, extremely professional and worked his tail off to make our move happen with ease. Through the process, both Jason and Nick personally reached out via text/ call to make sure everything was going well. Nick even showed up to my house on the day of the move to check in on everything. After being taken advantage of by the previous company, Back Saver Movers were such a godsend. They delivered on their promise and did it for half of the cost that the previous company was charging us. I cannot emphasize enough that if you are reading these reviews and trying to decide on a moving company, these guys are it! Don't wast your time with scammy sales guys selling you some ridiculous moving package.. Go straight to Jason, Nick and their team. Literally amazing. I've had several moves unfortunately. This one was a little complicated and it was moving from a very messy home to a very clean one. It was moving a lot of stuff out, but a lot less in. From the very beginning, it was smooth sailing. In a day when almost everything is done through the Internet, it was so refreshing to have a balance. So, I found them on yelp. It made me feel a lot better that they had their own insurance, but we're also backed by yelps insurance. I sent out a message and was very promptly responded to by Damon. Then, I spoke to Jason the owner and I really felt like the quote was extremely reasonable without completely screwing over the guys who are doing the work. I also really like that. It is a "small business". The guys met my parents at my previous home and they were so kind of my parents and listened so well. Then, when I met them at the home I am in now, all four of them were so pleasant, hard-working, and great attitudes. The only problem I had (jk) was a certain guy who will remain nameless trying to steal my dog. I know that my dog is amazing. You will have to take him from my cold, dead hands. Seriously though, I could not recommend this bunch more than I already have. The fact that they communicated so well with my parents who are in their 80s and then communicated just as well with me, in my 40s, you could just tell that these guys were people-people. they were hard-working and I saw absolutely nothing damaged. read more

I just moved last week and hired Back Savers in advance about 3/4 weeks out for a local move here in Buckhead one bedroom apartment to another! Anyway, the service was great! The communication was great! Everything was moved perfectly to a T and the professionalism of the team that showed up was on point + spot on!! They took direction and guidance very well, they were polite and kind, and listened and paid attention to every detail! They even surprised me by getting smaller things I didn't think would fit and that helped me so much; it was such a relief to utilize this moving company to help me get through such a stressful exercise like moving!!! As a veteran, I have experienced my fair share of moving, and I dread every part of it from start to finish. Having had both good and bad experiences with movers, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I wanted to complete the process as quickly as possible. The movers arrived early and immediately got to work. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They informed me that the truck I rented would not be large enough to hold everything I needed to move, which was an unexpected disappointment. However, they did such a great job wrapping, packing, and stacking that I requested the same team to return when I secured another truck to finish the job. The second and final move was even quicker than the first. My overall experience with this company, from the administrative and management team to the movers who visited my home, was excellent. After living in my house for 21 years, it was time to pack and move. I had a lot of anxiety, but that was gone in the first 20 minutes once they arrived. From my first call till the last box/furniture was unloaded, Jason and Nick with their supervision and hands on work packing and moving are the BEST!!! It is rare these days to find such an upstanding company that followed thru with EVERYTHING they quoted and completed just as they said. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with the back saver movers that I felt it was worth sharing. Jason and the team professional, on time, and handled everything with care. The movers were also very friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process even less stressful. Everything was covered and moved with care. We had a move with stairs and a decent amount of furniture, so I was expecting it to take longer, but the crew stayed organized and kept things moving efficiently the entire time. The Back Saver Movers were great. They showed up on time, were professional, neat, clean and friendly. They sent out 4 movers and a 26' truck. Got there and went straight to work. Broke down and wrapped furniture and loaded it with care, like they were moving their own belongings. When they arrived at new location reassembled furniture. They had given us a very reasonable quote prior to the move and there were no surprises with price at the end of the move. You hear so many horror stories about experiences with movers and I am so happy with our experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I think they really deserve 5 stars. I was helping my grandma move from a house to an apartment, and we also needed to move a lot of extra furniture into a storage unit, so it wasn't a simple job. They showed up on time and got everything done way faster than I expected, but still handled everything carefully. I hired The Back Saver movers to move my piano and they did a great job. My piano cost over $5000 and I was really worried about it because it's very sentimental to me.
