This place is beyond incompetent. I went in with a friend. She had an appointment so I agreed to cover her cost since all she was getting was an orange juice and an UNTOASTED chocolate croissant. There was 1 person waiting to check out and 3 people behind the counter. I ordered: ONE Bacon Egg and Cheese on onion, ONE breakfast burrito with sausage, ONE cinnamon bagel toasted, ONE UNTOASTED CHOCOLATE CROISSANT, and 2 coffees and a orange juice. I asked the eldest woman behind the counter to please give me the chocolate croissant right away and I would pay at the counter at the end. I had to ask SIX TIMES (she kept repeating "Yes" back to me) but then NOT doing it. I don't know if she couldn't understand me behind the face mask or if her language barrier is too intense to understand what I was asking. What I do know is that she, instead of doing what I asked, kept walking away and then GRABBED A SECOND UNASKED FOR CROISSANT. Then finally the man behind the counter after my SIXTH attempt of asking her to please give me the UNTOASTED chocolate croissant slammed down the normal (not ordered) croissant in a bag. My friend was able to leave but that was just the beginning of the issues. They had to be told my order (a simple BEC, no substitutions or additions, on onion multiple and a Breakfast Burrito with sausage) I had to repeat my order multiple times. Keep in mind there were THREE people behind the counter and the only person in front of me had long since paid. It took 3 people MULTIPLE times to get that order. Despite repeatedly being told the order - in the end, they added bacon to my breakfast burrito which I HATE. I hate bacon so I just threw it out. THEN CAME TIME TO PAY! They didn't give me a receipt with itemized cost. They failed to demonstrate what I paid at all. I don't normally do it but I even did the text receipt option. Look below at this nonsense! No itemization to confirm what you paid for. Why does this matter? They tried to charge me TWICE. And in fact succeeded because I was about to scream in their face. They charged me for the TWO CROISSANT. They had ALREADY charged me once for the single croissant I asked for and then they made me pay for the second croissant which (a) we weren't given and (b) WE NEVER ORDERED. And their system is so antiquated and unorganized that they couldn't even pull a receipt to prove that I hadn't been charged. This place is not worth the incompetence. Point blank. Nothing about their food is worth their inability to listen and follow simple directions. Add in the fact that they decided to try (and succeeded) in hustling me for extra cash for items we didn't ask for or want. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. read more

I'm sorry but I had to update. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes to buy a bag of day old bagels. Meanwhile they are filling orders on all these delivery apps. While a line of customers wait. I saw a man who had a delivery insulated bag the size of a small suitcase today. WHY don't they hire more people? WHY are customers who are physically present less important than these app people? Another app person comes in and instead of helping all of us one of the only two people working gets out some pad and pulls her order off and starts making it. So the app people get to cut in front of all the people who physically show up? I noticed when I pulled up their Yelp it's full of info on how to order online. Apparently they don't care for the customers who park their car and walk up to their storefront. When I finally got up to the counter with my bagels I said ' I just want to buy this' She says $5. I said 'well I don't have exact change so you're going to have to walk to the register and make change.' This is beyond ridiculous. There bagel to cream cheese ratio is 10/10. Toasty exterior, chewy interior, and great flavor on the onion flavor on the onion bagel. I can't speak and won't speak to their sandwiches as I am a bagel purists and only get a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They were efficient and had good customer service. I shared a sunrise bagel sandwich (with add-ons) and a large Vietnamese iced coffee with my husband, both were really delicious. The ingredients were fresh, bacon was crispy, and egg was moist and fluffy. So much so that we decided to get the ham and cheese croissant and chicken bake we had been eyeing while in line to go. The turkey was really good, it tasted like a turkey BLT but on a bagel, there was a good amount of avocado and bacon! The staff were nice and the food was fine, but there is an issue with the pricing. I ordered a plain bagel with egg. At checkout, I was told a bagel with a plain omelet is $6.01, but a plain bagel is $1.75 and a side egg is $2.50. That totals $4.25. It should not be cheaper to order them separately. I tried to ask the staff about the pricing disparity, but they did not have any options. They said the pricing is in the computer and all they can do is push the buttons. They stated they will share with management. I hope management addresses or responds. I have not seen any response to the other reviews on this site.
