F'n' FANTASTIC! Just visit from SC for an Army graduation & found The Barrel Room; what a gem! Staci (bartender) greeted us upon opening the door and the place was slammed. She motioned us to the bar where we sat & the fun began! Staci is super friendly, listened intently, asked a few questions about what we liked & made great recommendations! I had the smoked Old Fashion w/ pecan & hickory...AMAZ-BALLS! My friends had Chardonnay & a beer. Best Old Fashioned I've ever had & never had one smoked. Sabrina (co-owner) made an appearance & we quickly chatted her up too. We reviewed the menu. & asked a million questions & asked for recommendations. Sabrina & Staci were patient, engaging & helpful with making recommendations. When we got our food it was absolutely spot on & delicious (see photos). My one friend had the stuffed mushrooms which were outstanding. My other friend had the beef tenderloin medallions with mashed potatoes & roasted broccoli & I had the Chef special red snapper with black garlic mashed potatoes & roasted/seared green beans. The food was beyond delicious & very unexpected when we walked in the door (being 1st time customers we didn't know what to expect). DO NOT miss this place! Make sure to see Sabrina, Staci & Amelia. While Amelia did not serve us, she was the only server & hustling her butt off but made time to chat with us, crack some jokes, & make us feel even more welcome than we already did. Second time visiting. First experience was amazing, food was great & drinks were delicious. Me and my husband spend $50+. As we were leaving we accidentally went out the wrong door, went under the rope they have as a "patio" and the owner screamed at us, yes screamed. She told us she could lose her liquor license, we didn't have an alcohol on us? If you wanted a more secure patio, it shouldn't just be a rope.. Second time going, after we swore to never go back, we brought my in-laws for a farewell dinner. I just had a baby two weeks ago, and we were turned away bc he was under 19. He's two weeks old... I understand there are requirements for your liquor license.. but imo they should advertise as a bar and lounge and not restaurant with a full menu... Very disappointed & we won't be back. read more

Solid 4.5. Fairly small space; best for smaller groups or couples. Small draft list, but a pretty good overall selection and the ranchero cocktail was pretty fantastic. We got the spicy garlic wings, pulled pork tacos, street corn, and ice cream cookie sandwich. The flavor on the spicy garlic wings was fantastic, and the house-made ranch was the clincher, although the skin on the wings could've been a bit crispier (we got naked wings, though). Pulled pork tacos were beautifully put together, although the pork itself tasted a bit under seasoned. Street corn changed my life. The ice cream cookie sandwich was great, with a homemade crispy and buttery chocolate chip cookie surrounded by homemade vanilla ice cream. Wow. I just have to say I am very impressed with this place. I am a little spoiled from living in Austin, Texas for so long. But this is a spot you have to check out. The staff are very friendly, great choice of whisky, the food is EXCELLENT. I don't know who is in the back but they must have some culinary experience. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE FRIES, they are in my top 5 for sure. This restarting/bar is amazing. The food is delicious. It is reasonably priced. There are great decorations and funny pictures of sloths everywhere, lol. It is modern, cozy, Very fast service, and great drink selections. My 1 complaint is that it is very small. They will accommodate a LOT people in this small location, they also how outside seating and water bowls for your doggos. Overall this place is amazing. Only came here during a game night and it was ruined. Showed up and found out we had to get tickets in advance. We just wanted to have a drink and was told the only way to stay was to buy a ticket. Since it was sold out we would be buying a ticket for a seat when no one was there yet, but told if they showed up we would have to leave. I have mixed feelings about this place because it's One of the only places open past 10pm which is awesome with enterprise area having no nightlife whatsoever, but sadly food and drinks are not worth the expensive prices and service is pretty bad. The quality of the food was good enough to be satisfied it just seems like it was way to expensive. read more

This place is such a great BAR. Classy bartenders making great cocktails and knowledgeable about their craft beers. The menu is from a small kitchen and has creative made-from-scratch pub fare. Like I said before it's a bar, not a restaurant so you have to be over 19 to come enjoy the place. But who doesn't want to hang out and have a few drinks and maybe a bite to eat without any kids around? If you aren't a fan of crowds; try it out on a Monday or Wednesday night. My husband likes to go for lunch almost daily. He enjoys great conversation with the daytime bartender, Colin, who knows more about beers than anyone we've ever met. I want to start off by saying this used to be our favorite place to eat. Unfortunately, since they reopened I feel like the service has just went downhill. Tonight we were there at 5:40pm, and there were probably 10 other people in the restaurant. We had to continuously ask our server for refills, she just wasn't checking on us regularly. We had to asked where our dinner was after waiting over 40 minutes, she sticks her head into the kitchen window and tells us it's being plated. Once it came out, half of it was cold and then she completely forgot about our drinks. The food is pretty good, and the atmosphere is great. We will go back a few more times, but if the service continues to be like this we will stop going. read more

The Barrel Room is back and better! They have expanded the deck and the ambiance is great. Most importantly, the food is amazing. I ordered the pork belly left nothing on my plate. Enterprise is not known for its culinary prowess but the remake of the Barrel Room definitely shatters that standard. Ashley, the waitress, provided us exceptional service. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable of the menu. Place is awesome. Great beer selection with a handful of bourbons. The food menu, primarily the build your own burger with the option to select your own meat was absolutely awesome! Finally tried this place out I've been wanting to for awhile and I loved it! My husband and I have been looking for a place with good craft beer and cocktails since we have just moved here from Colorado. Julie was our waitress and she was fantastic! I asked her for a cocktail and she said "no problem I just made up this drink that I want you to try" and it was so good! I can't remember what she called it but it was delicious. Best service at this place to go along with the food and drink! I recommend going to this place and asking for Julie she's very nice and super attentive and helpful. This is a small intimate restaurant with outdoor seating, a great compact menu with a variety of options (vegan and vegetarian), an open bar and a great drink menu. The service was outstanding and even a server who were not assigned to our table frequently asked if we needed anything when he was in our area. The inside vibe was cool, relaxed, somewhat bar feel but not loud or crazy atmosphere like a traditional bar. It was a nice night so we sat outside. I ordered the spinach and mushroom quesadilla which was delicious and the chips (forgot the actual menu name) with spice and those were very tasty. The potatoes were a good combination of crispy on the outside and soft but not mushy on the inside. A perfect fry I would say. So, why 4 stars and not 5... unfortunately about an hour in, a loud group of guys showed up on the patio nearly drunk and belligerent.. after maybe 20 minutes of this, we discussed asking them to lower their voices thank goodness they left the restaurant. The waiter and waitress agreed with us that they were too loud and that was the end of it... I guess it is technically a "bar" so that behavior is acceptable but it was nearly a buzzkill. The outside patio is very small and it directly in front of the parking lot so there is no scenery or anything. Closer to the grass area are two tables under an awning that would be okay but there was no light on that side so maybe better to sit there in the day. It's a seat yourself establishment which is cool. If seated outside you order drinks at the bar, leave a card if you plan for an open tab, take menus with you and the waiter or waitress comes out and take the orders from then on. This is a really neat place and the food is great. Definitely a must visit in Enterprise. read more

As someone who has been in the area a very long time, and has been a customer at the barrel room since before 2021 and through several owners, I appreciate local businesses and love to support them every chance that I get. I can't comment on the taste of the new food at this establishment, but i think it is absolutely absurd to deny someone the opportunity to eat food at 12 pm on a weekday at the restaurant because they "look young". I most certainly do not "look" under the age of 19 years old which is the entry requirement of this establishment, I am 26 years old and have never been denied entry to be able to eat food at a restaurant in my entire life. I have actually been served previously by the person that denied me entry. Bottom line, I really hate to leave a negative review, as I was very excited to try the lunch here and support new ownership. However, this experience in itself has left a bad taste in my mouth and I thought that I would make others aware of their strict nature. read more
